La estancia fue muy grande, necesito quedarme en algún lugar mientras estaba trabajando en mi casa. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y tienen baños, había un gran escritorio para trabajar en y la conexión a Internet era perfecta, tuve múltiples videoconferencias y nunca se dejó una vez. El hotel está muy bien, pero no es muy agradable. Justo al lado de una gran propiedad de confianza nacional tenía algunas hermosas caminatas de otoño Sin embargo, no hay absolutamente ningún mensaje de teléfono (Vodafone) obviamente nada que hacer con el hotel es sólo información adicional sobre la zona!

This was my second time staying at this hotel, and once again, I really enjoyed my experience. It’s not often that you find somewhere that offers such good value for money while also being clean, comfortable and convenient, but this hotel definitely ticks those boxes. The price was one of the biggest positives for me. I believe I paid around £40 for the night, which I thought was extremely affordable considering the quality and facilities provided. For anyone looking for somewhere reasonably priced without having to compromise too much on comfort or cleanliness, I would definitely recommend considering this place. What I particularly like about the hotel is that it has more of an apartment-style feel, which makes the stay much more convenient than a standard hotel room. Having access to facilities where you can heat up food is a great bonus, especially if you arrive late or have bought something to eat and don’t want to go back out. It gives you that extra bit of flexibility and makes the room feel more practical and homely. The room and the hotel were also very spotless and well maintained, which is extremely important to me when staying somewhere. Everything felt clean and looked after, and overall I had a very comfortable stay. The staff were another highlight. We actually decided at the last minute that we wanted to extend our stay, and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. They were able to let us extend our time, with the option to increase the stay by the hour, which was incredibly convenient. It’s these little things that make a big difference, especially when plans change unexpectedly. The staff were friendly, helpful and understanding throughout. The location is also not bad at all. You can walk into town, which is really useful if you want to explore the area without relying on transport. There is also easy access to trams, making it convenient to get around if you don’t want to walk everywhere. Another thing I liked about the location is the amount of takeaways and local shops nearby. There are plenty of places within walking distance, including options that are convenient if you arrive late at night and want to grab something to eat without travelling far. Having local shops and food options nearby makes the hotel even more convenient Overall, I was really pleased with my second stay here. For around £40 a night, I feel it offers excellent value for money, especially with the cleanliness, apartment-style facilities, helpful staff, convenient location and nearby food options. I would happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable, clean and practical place to stay.

El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no hay nada que no sea un hotel. Había un problema con la reserva desde el lado de Trip.com que el administrador de la oficina Declan podía resolver en un manor a tiempo, haciendo también la espera muy agradable con un buen chat. El edificio está impresionante y rodeado de hermosos bosques, perfecto para un paseo. Las habitaciones están un poco fechadas, sin duda, pero ¿por qué estás buscando pasar todo el tiempo en tu habitación? Más que suficiente para dormir cómodo. Good location- easy to find and close to the train station. We drove so used the car park in front of the hotel where there is a discount for staying at the hotel just let reception know you are parked there - is a set fee for 24hrs. Rooms were clean and quite basic but sufficient for what we needed - downside no fridge to chill your drinks. There is a kettle to make hot drinks and room has tv which is good. Ordered the breakfast which was lovely - options to have cereal, fruit,yoghurt,toast,pastries and a full English with coffee/tea and juice. Restaurant overlooks the river which was nice as we could see the ducks and swans Hotel has a bar which was nice to have a few drinks in the evening when we arrived Hotel staff were really friendly and helpful - would definitely go back if we needed to stay in Nottingham again Price was good value for money!

We needed accomodation in Newark due to a family funeral. Location convenient for both the A1 and East Coast main line. I was driving up from our home in thr South of England whilst husband and kids were comimg down by train from Scotland. Everyone was kind and helpful. The hotel has a bit more character compared with large chain establishments. The accomodation was supurb with my husband and I had a double room and the children sharing an adjoining twin room with a spacious shower room. The breakfast was included and included a wide selection of items. It was also possible to make use of a large enclosed garden. I would recommend to anyone visting Newark. It was also excellent value for money.

The stay was generally fine, but we did encounter a few issues: 1. We were not informed in advance that a new PIN would be sent by email shortly before check-in. We assumed the PIN on our original confirmation was the one to use and spent quite some time trying to figure this out. No one picked up the customer service phone line. 2. We were unfamiliar with the key vault system and again spent time working out how to open it. A simple instruction sheet on the wall would have helped. 3. The shower design does not prevent water from spilling onto the bathroom floor. 4. Using {sitting on} the toilet during a cold night was uncomfortable because it is not heated.
