Great location in the centre of Cheltenham with all amenities close by. Easy check in and room was clean! We made use of the swimming pool, which was a perfect start to the day. Breakfast was great too with a good selection. Good discount on the parking next door, will stay again!

Have stayed here several times and usually have a good experience, except for the breakfast arrangements at the beefeater next door. On this occasion, we arrived with relatives in their 80s to find the rooms that had been refurbished and only completed that day, had no electricity. There was only one person on the desk, and it was a busy day in mid Dec. The poor girl fried frantically to get the electric working in both rooms, for over an hour, eventually moving us to other rooms on another floor, but again, no electric. We we're beginning to give up hope. Already feeling low as we were attending a younger relatives' funeral the next day. But after 90 minutes, she finally succeeded by using 2 key cards in the lighting slot, giving us light. Needless to say we were all tired and weary. To her credit she offered a refund for the cost of breakfast to compensate, and on feeding our experience back to Premier Inn, they also discounted the cost of the rooms. So we were happy with that, and generally we would stay here again. Our only other gripe is with the arrangement for breakfast in the beefeater accross the carpark. Having booked full English breakfast, that is what you expect. But being asked on arrival have you paid or not is poor practice, and would expect the booking in and restaurant services to be linked, so that question becomes mute. Then to go through each item in the English breakfast menu to be asked how many of each item is required is really unacceptable. I do hope they seriously explore a better way to greet and serve their customers. Most hotels would usually just ask your room number, which tells them if you have paid for breakfast or not, and then serve you the item as listed on the menu.

Toda persona con la que interaccioné en el Volunteer Inn fue muy amable - desde la joven que me saludó y me inspeccionó, hasta los caballos del restaurante indio (no hay olor de cocina en los dormitorios, El hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad, y el hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad. Muchas opciones para los vegetarianos y los que sólo quieren cereales también. No me había quedado en un b&b con un baño compartido durante años, así que había sido un poco preocupado por ese aspecto, pero fue totalmente bueno, ya que el baño estaba abierto con una llave y sólo estaba compartido con otra habitación. Me sentí segura y cómoda, así que no era un problema. ¡Aunque soy de Cheltenham, no había estado en Chipping Campden durante décadas - WOW! Es una de las ciudades más despobladas de Costwold que he visto, con las casas más despobladas en un lugar que creo que he visto! Los pueblos con los que hablé eran tan útiles y amables (estaba en una búsqueda de nuevos apretados para mi reunión de la noche Biz!) Parece que la ciudad está directamente en el camino de Cotswold, así que volveré con mi hija y tendré un buen viejo jump! Recomendar muy alto - el dormitorio era simple, pero limpio y muy cómodo (la única razón por la que me puse a un 4 en limpieza fue porque mi pequeño depósito de residuos no había sido vacío de la estancia anterior ....senso un poco medio hacerlo pero, Bueno, es importante ...) ¡No puedo esperar a volver!

La ciudad tiene un buen olor de arte y es muy conveniente ir al agua a Burton y a Beberry. La habitación del hotel es muy grande y hay algunas sorpresas en el Reino Unido. This is a functional little hotel that is close to the train station. Don't expect luxury, but you can expect friendly and warm service, and a spacious room. The reason I booked this hotel was due to the rail strikes. I was on a business trip and meant to be taking the train to London that evening but wasn't able to. Furthermore, it was the Cheltenham races and all the other places had already been booked out. This room was a lifesaver for me. I was exhausted from an intense itinerary and needed a place to sleep and freshen up. I was pointed to the supermarket close by. As there were all the cutlery and even a microwave in the room, I had no issues rustling up a hot meal for myself. I am giving this hotel a high rating because the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I just want to make it very clear that guests need to understand this is not a fancy establishment designed for holidaying, but if you are travelling for work purposes, this will come close to being home away from home.

The staff greeted us with a warm and welcoming smile. The room was well laid out and very clean. We ate in the restaurant on our first night and the food was excellent. The service was prompt, efficient and friendly. Margaret made us feel right at home. The service in the bar was attentive and efficient. The barman was friendly and helpful. The full English breakfast gave us a great start to the day. There was plenty of choice and the service was quick and friendly. Parking on site was secure and there were plenty of spaces. We would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the near future.

Egypt Mill Hotel is an absolutely wonderful place to stay! The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with the added bonus of having coffee provided in the room. The restaurant is fantastic, offering delicious meals in a lovely setting. The location is perfect, right on the river, with amazing views that create a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Overall, it left a really great impression, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay!

Muy buena ubicación en la ciudad, cerca del pueblo modelo, el hotel guests can get free tickets for the village. El desayuno es genial. El personal es muy amable y agradable.
