What a fantastic place - we'll be back! We stayed for one night in a superior room with breathtaking views over the reservoir, it was super-clean and actually inside the castle itself. The bed was incredibly comfortable with aircon in every room, although there was a beautiful cool breeze flowing through the large picture window. We had a salon, with a TV but, oddly, just one armchair, a mezzanine floor with a couch and nothing else at all - also odd and a separate bedroom, I had to ask at reception for another chair to be brought in, as only one of us could sit down to admire the view and have a drink, but that was done immediately, without any fuss or delay. The two staff members were extremely courteous and helpful, really nice guys for whom nothing was too much trouble, the barman was also the waiter at the restaurant, located 30m out of the entrance in another building, but very close. Breakfast was served on-site and was very decent, only hot selection was a very good Spanish omelette (tortilla de patatas) and some pleasant mini cocktail sausages, the rest was fresh hams, bread, butter, toast, spreads & jams, cereals, yoghurts plus a lot of very fresh fruit - with the usual coffee and fresh orange juice,, so very good all-in-all. The downsides: 1. There is little or no Wifi coverage in the room (our one at least), plus almost zero cellphone coverage in the rooms; 2. The parking is down the steep hill that leads up to the castle, so a hard trip with luggage up to the reception. 3. The El Ajibe restaurant, which is part of the Hotel, even though it's just along the lane was extremely average to poor, I couldn't really eat what I ordered as it was burnt and very dry, but there are other places to eat in the village; Other than these inconveniences, I would highly recommend this spectacular hotel, maybe not the restaurant, but the castle itself is beautiful with much of the original features being built into the modern feel of the place, overall, it was an awesome stay and we will be back again, without a doubt!

호텔 위치는 너무 좋았습니다 도보로 이동하기 참 편리했어요 객실은 402호로 배정 받았는데 1.2호는 로비에서 가장 안쪽에 위치한 별도 엘리베이터로 3층에 올라가 다시 1층을 가파른 계단으로 올라가야만 했습니다 ㅠㅠ 로비 직원과 원활한 소통이 되지 않아 로비에서 캐리어 이고 지고 반층을 내려가고 난리도 아녔네요.. 로비에서 불과 열걸음 남짓인데 직접 알려주시지 ㅠㅠ 안내가 미흡했다고 생각해요 그리고 2박 머무는 동안 너무 추웠습니다.. 실내와 실외 온도차로 창문에 물이 계속 고였고 웃공기가 너무 차서 잠을 설쳤어요 화장실도 너무 추워서 새벽에 화장실 갈때면 오들오들 떨었습니다 반면 수압은 강해서 뜨신물 잘 나옵니다 알함브라 뷰는 아니었지만 객실 밖 중정? 테라스 흡연 구역 잠깐 나가서 성당 뷰 정도는 볼수 있었어요

El hotel está en el casco antiguo, y durante la Semana Santa se puede ver la procesión, aunque es un poco ruidoso y hay que cerrar las ventanas. El personal de recepción es muy amable y servicial, un sitio bastante económico y con buena relación calidad-precio. El transporte puede ser un poco incómodo si llevas maletas grandes, ya que las calles no son fáciles de transitar y el autobús no llega. Además, durante la Semana Santa cortan las calles, así que volver al hotel por la noche es un poco difícil. Lo bueno es que está cerca de muchos restaurantes y de las atracciones turísticas. Se tarda unos 20-30 minutos en coche o andando a la Plaza de España.

La ubicación es muy cómoda, especialmente si consideramos el tamaño de la ciudad. Se encuentra alejado del bullicioso casco antiguo, pero a una distancia razonable a pie de la mayoría de las atracciones turísticas y servicios locales. Está cerca de la estación de tren principal y de supermercados como Mercadona. Todo el lugar está muy limpio y ordenado, con un fuerte aroma a naranja. El personal es amable. Lo único que sugeriría para mejorar es instalar un minibar en cada habitación, teniendo en cuenta el calor del verano, para que los huéspedes puedan guardar fácilmente frutas y bebidas en la nevera pequeña. Aparte de eso, ha sido una experiencia perfecta y lo más probable es que volvamos a alojarnos aquí la próxima vez que visitemos Sevilla.

Este hotel supera todas sus expectativas y es un éxito. Todo el personal es muy amable y se enorgullece de que tu estancia sea perfecta. Durante mis vacaciones, tuve un problema con mi maleta, que no se abría (probablemente porque la habían lanzado en el avión). El personal me ayudó y encontró una solución para entrar: cortaron las etiquetas y las alisaron para evitar lesiones. Sin ellas, no habría tenido ropa para el viaje. Durante nuestra estancia en España, sufrimos un apagón nacional que fue totalmente ajeno a nuestro control. El personal lo gestionó lo mejor que pudo. Nos permitieron recoger agua de la piscina para facilitar el uso de los inodoros, que se vieron afectados por el apagón. Nos proporcionaron velas y cerillas. Además, las habitaciones tenían una linterna. Cuando volvió la luz, organizaron una reunión con bebidas y aperitivos de cortesía para agradecernos nuestra paciencia. Fue un detalle encantador, aunque no fue culpa del hotel. La habitación en la que me alojé había sido renovada recientemente y me impresionó mucho el nuevo diseño y las decisiones que se habían tomado. El fantástico equipo de limpieza mantuvo el resort limpio en todo momento, siempre con ganas de más. Todo el personal fue amable y se comprometió con el compromiso del hotel de reducir su impacto ambiental. El hotel no dispone de aparcamiento exclusivo, pero es muy fácil encontrar aparcamiento gratuito en la calle entre el hotel y el parque, así que esto no supone ningún problema. La ubicación está a pocos minutos del paseo marítimo y de una variedad de lugares para desayunar y comer. Ya he estado en este hotel, pero este año he visto una mejora considerable en la gestión del Sahara Sunset. Tengo muchas ganas de ver cómo siguen desarrollándose.

overall an okay place in a good location, but there’s definitely room for improvement. Noise: The street below doesn’t seem very busy, and we were on the third floor, yet we could hear every car and every group of people talking outside. Unfortunately, this made it difficult to sleep, both for me and my mother. If you’re a light sleeper, I recommend bringing earplugs. Kitchen Equipment: The apartment’s kitchen was a bit disappointing, as it didn’t include even basic essentials — no salt, nowelcome coffee for the nespresso machine, not even a kitchen towel. These small touches don’t cost much, but would make the stay feel much more welcoming and comfortable. Bathroom Design: The toilet setup is quite unusual and doesn’t provide much privacy. It’s separated from the bedroom by glass doors with a large gap (around 20 cm), so you can actually see into the living area from the toilet (s. the picture). Depending on who you’re traveling with, this might feel uncomfortable. Communication: Communication with the property could be improved. We received several emails in Spanish, which was confusing, and when I asked about luggage storage, I never got a reply. A bit more responsiveness and clarity would make the experience smoother. Rooftop Area: On the positive side, the building has a lovely rooftop area where you can relax on sun loungers, a great spot to unwind after a long day. Overall: A good location and an nice room, but the noise level, lack of basic kitchen items and poor communication could definitely be improved.

Hotel pequeño y cómodo en el centro de Torremolinos. Habitaciones pequeñas pero cómodas. Baños bastante anticuados. Personal de recepción amable y eficiente. Zona restaurante en ático muy agradable, Rocio muy amable.  Gracias

Grande hotel. Instantâneamente limpio. Todo en la habitación parece nuevo. Baño brillante, gran cubic de ducha con ducha de lluvia. cama muy cómoda. Situación a unos minutos a pie de la antigua ciudad. Desayuno bueno como incluido en el costo.
