Bel hôtel neuf mais le personnel ne suit pas la nourriture est bonne mais pas extraordinaire personnel à l'accueil ne comprenne pas ce que l'on demande le lit dans la chambre (suite junior) faite attention au coin du.lit coupant je m'y suis blessée à la jambe !! Bref le prix est trop élevée pour ce que l'on reçois. Le JAZ AMARA EST BEAUCOUP MIEUX A TOUT POINT DE VUE !

Este es un hotel con una buena relación calidad-precio cerca del aeropuerto de Hurghada. Todos los minibares, incluida el agua embotellada, son de pago, y también hay una cocina y una nevera grande. ¡El aire acondicionado funciona bien y el wifi funciona! No utilicé la piscina, pero hay una piscina.

I LOVE THIS HOTEL VERY MUCH!
The room is clean and lovely. The bath water is hot.
The bed is soft and large.
Breakfast is 120 egp and definitely worth it, fantastic roof top view.

Omg it was sooo super amazing.Highly recommended. Great value of price and amazing sea marina view will make ur stay extra special. Bishoy was soooo kind friendly and helpful which made me consider to stay there for my next trip. Mahmood one of the best staff for sure aswell. Overall it is absolutely amazing. Who ever reading this review just go for it without any hesitation u won't regret😊

Como está en todo el paquete, esta vez me quedé una noche en 31 de diciembre 〜.
Debido a la fiesta de reloj del año nuevo, todos los restaurantes se cerraron después de las 15:00 y todos se reunieron en el lugar de la fiesta de reloj. El buffet es color 々 Qué bueno, pero es muy lamentable, porque quiero tener un restaurante, puedo comer y comer. Me alegro de que todos puedan fumar libremente, así que no soy un fumador, así que me fui antes de 々. Creo que es bueno para las personas que aman a los entusiasmos, pero para las personas que quieren relajarse, es sólo un dolor.
El edificio entero es viejo, pero limpio.
No hay instalaciones de conveniencia, por lo que debe llevarlos.

El personal se ocupa de todo para hacerte sentir bien. Personas amables con corazón para el caso. Situación agradable a 15 minutos a pie del centro de Dahar. Un poco fechado, pero estaban renovando aquí y allí. Muchos rusos con una bebida fuerte y pueden ser muy bien pulidos.

HHuseyinOzcanHotel is half-pansion system means you have a good breakfast and a good dinner. Hotel has her own beach and heated pool. If you used to huge hotels this hotel is like a small nice boutique hotel.
Hotel is very clean. Rooms are cleaning every day. Bottled water, coffee, tea and kettle are suitable every day in the room. Flat tv, refrigirator and clima are in the room. I couldn't be able to start the clima machine for heating but there is a good machine. You ask hair drier from reception for free.
Restaurant is also clean and meals are enough and delicious.
If you will go to early tour hotel prepare your breakfast for free and if your tour return late hotel prepare and serve your dinner late. Just tell the reception you will go early and returning late. They just ask 50 eygpt pound per person for packing the meals.
1 gb internet for room is not enough for the stay but you can buy extra from the reception.
Only one card for a room and extra charge for second room card is not fair.
Whole employee of the hotel are very kind and try to help you but each of them should ask everthing to manager.
Taking pitza or something from outside is a problem. Also alcohol is not permitted in this hotel as mostly in Egypt. I think hotel needs more customer needs and pleasures based; not rules based.
They need to have a fair price for early checkin and late checkout. May be just for shower.
Tour desk in the hotel is very helpful and fair price.
If you have any problem find Mr. Alla and Ms. Ruvan. Your problem will be solved faster.
I advice my two friends to checkin this hotel and they checkin. I will come back.

UUsuario invitadoThis is a lovely little hotel thay offers a beautiful sea and 2 lovely pools..
It is small and compact, you can go for a lovely walk along the sea upto the mangrove and see amazing wildlife, there are a lot of eagles flying around which I enjoy..
The hotel itself is far out so quite a drive out but I wouldnt let that put me off..
I have visited this hotel twice now and would visit again but I would only stay maybe 4 nights...
The downfall of this hotel is the food, I find they have very limited choice and the food has no taste for me at all, this might not be the opinion of every guest but for both me and my husband we found it hard to enjoy any meals...having said thay we would always fill our tummy's with something but for me the food is a huge part of enjoying my vacation, so this is the reason I would only stay a few nights..

The rooms are large enough and very clean, there are many swimming pools and even one warm pool
Beside the swimming pool at the aqua park area.
The Aqua Park is amazing has almost 36 slide and very fun also there is another wave pool for kids and adults.
I would love to come again definitely, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the food quality was very good and food plates are various.

Very convenient location for central Hurghada.
Considering how noisy the streets can be, inside Zak, it's lovely & quiet.
The pool area is great & although too cold the swimming pool kept well.
Rooms are large, nice size balconies, decent shower & comfy beds.
Wifi could be improved.
Kettle & fridge in rooms, no cafe/restaurant at Zak, but there's a decent supermarket less than 2 minutes walk
Staff are kind & helpful.
Overall, it was a great stay for a very reasonable price.

UUsuario invitadoEl hotel es como se esperaba, pero la habitación carece de agua potable, se sentó a la noche, no se lleva a ninguna parte, están en venta, pero es imposible pagar por la mañana, sólo un pago anticipado, estaba muy molesto, la noche fue torturada, Al mismo tiempo, el aire acondicionado fue muy fuertemente cliccado, pero el desayuno fue deleita, aunque poroso, pero grande!

Rooms & complex in general a little tired, but decent food & location, tranquility made up for it.
