房間寬敞舒適，乾淨衞生，設備齊全，環境好，前台工作人員服務有個小姐姐服務不好，我們到了遊客中心説來接我們，也沒説什麼車，我們等了半個多小時也沒車來，打了幾個電話她説車來了好幾趟沒接到我們，也沒給我們打電話，我們也不知道來的是什麼車，問了幾次才説是酒店的觀光車，要我們去找，最後是找到了，要我們理解她，真沒道理可講，早餐票也沒有給我們，等到晚上別的工作人員才給我們，説上午忘記了，這個小姐姐還跟我們説接送衹一次，進出要自己去坐公交車，但其他工作人員聽到後靜靜告訴我們，如果等不到公交車就打電話告訴他們，會派車接送，第二天還是這個小姐姐，我們跟她要一瓶水，她説不提供水，房間裏有，真沒有人情味，我們來新疆一個月了，就是這個小姐姐給我最不好的體驗，我住酒店一般都是給好評的，這一次給這個小姐姐差評，其他的都好。我們長者出來旅遊，要的就是服務態度好，聽了暖心，一般的人對我們會很好，我們也會説謝謝和感恩

有機場接送，可載運2輛裝箱自行車。飯店9:00(還是6:00)即可入住，讓轉機的旅客可提早入住休息。 因入住時，飯店的早餐時間尚未結束。前台讓我們先行用餐，對於因為搭早班飛機未用餐的旅客很是體貼。 因行李較多，感謝前台幫忙升等房間。房內設施完善，一次性毛巾、浴巾很方便，面料柔順。早餐選擇比較多，湯麵、粥，或是西式麵包、中式小菜、水果，還有豆漿、牛奶、咖啡。 服務人員友善，笑臉迎人，對於旅客的需求，會盡可能幫助協助解決問題。 唯一缺點，廁所沒有掛勾，無法吊掛衣服，浴室地板略滑。

The location is good because it is not far from the expressway, and there are both slow and fast EV charges available at the hotel, the check-in process was not as smooth as other hotels as per my experience, they did not add the Wechat in advance which led to slower communication. The amenities were not good because we booked a room for three, but they only included items for two people, even after requesting for extra drinking water, we only got two more bottles, the washroom was not completely clean because we found strands of hair and the drain was not completely unclogged, it is still value for money based on the price I paid.

The location is very good. The room size is very good as well. But the rest of the things need real improvement. As a foreign traveller the initial check in was not easy, the reception plainly refused me stay just because they didnt have qualified staff to register my passport (thats what they told me). The cleanliness definitely needs improvement, the carpet and the toilet in particular. Though the hotel sends you a message before hand that the hotel is dated but they focus on cleanliness, but that wasn’t visible. The breakfast too lacks coffee/tea and options for foreigners. Overall I dont think the price justifies the value given. I know Urumqi is a tourist destination, but some things are basic and must be kept updated.

The hotel is quite nice, the restaurant downstairs is really the best! Situated far away from the train and bus station but I guess everything is in Urumqi! Close to the parks in the center though!

The hotel is strategically located within the ancient city. Since cars are not allowed inside the city walls, our driver dropped us off at the nearest gate, and we had to walk with our luggage to the hotel. Fortunately, the receptionist met us at the gate and guided us to the property. There are also plenty of street food stalls right below the hotel, making it very convenient for dining.
