What an incredible host! He speaks English, gave us a free room upgrade, and helped us out with everything. This trip wouldn't have been possible if it wasn't for the hotel owner. He went out of his way to offer us his car, drive us around, and even arrange a driver for us to head back to the train station. There are plenty of halal food options nearby, however don't come without a car or driver. The view is spectacular!

К уборке почти претензий нет, чистота приемлемая. Внутри есть всё заявленное оборудование и удобства. Всё, кроме, пожалуй, самого главного — статуса номера«для некурящих». Главный и очень серьезный недостаток этого места — повсеместное курение. Несмотря на развешанные таблички «Не курить», за соблюдением правил абсолютно никто не следит. Из-за этого табачный дым беспрепятственно проникает даже в те номера, где курение запрещено. В выходные дни ситуация заметно усугубляется: запах становится настолько концентрированным, что возникает стойкое ощущение, будто курят прямо у тебя в комнате. К сожалению, этот минус сильно портит общее впечатление от неплохого сервиса.

La ubicación es muy conveniente, a 5 minutos a pie de la estación de metro y cerca de atracciones y restaurantes. La recepción fue muy atenta, con un registro rápido y recomendaciones proactivas de atracciones cercanas. La habitación estaba limpia y tranquila, la ropa de cama era suave y cómoda, y dormí profundamente. Las comodidades también fueron muy útiles, con abundante agua caliente y un aire acondicionado potente. El desayuno era muy variado y estaba delicioso. La experiencia en general fue excelente. Ya lo he recomendado a mis amigos y sin duda volveré a alojarme aquí.

The stay was really nice. The room was spacious and clean. Also the view was amazing. They also have a free self aundry with washing maschin and dryer, which we highly appreciated. There was also a microwave and a water dispencer to refill the bottle. Everyhing was perfect only the shower could be a bit warmer. But I also like it really hot.

I love this hotel so much. Staff is helpful, room is comfortable. Washing machine is great and helper help us to take the cloth and put it into a recycle bag. Definitely will book this hotel again for next visit to China.

El hotel cuenta con una decoración lujosa, con habitaciones completamente equipadas con comodidades como chaise longues, escritorios, sillas, encimeras, perchas, artículos de aseo, lámparas y cortinas automáticas. La ropa de cama, los baños y los aseos están impecablemente limpios. El ambiente es elegante, el aparcamiento es gratuito y espacioso, y el servicio es atento. El desayuno es gratuito y abundante. Las instalaciones del hotel son ejemplares de un hotel de cinco estrellas, y la relación calidad-precio es excelente. ¡Alojarse aquí es una experiencia verdaderamente placentera!

The hotel itself was generally fine and met our expectations for a short stay. The room and shower were clean, and the facilities were in good condition. Breakfast was also pretty good, with enough variety to start the day comfortably. Service was okay, nothing exceptional, but overall professional and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the bus station, which made arriving and leaving easy. The main downside is the location of the city itself. It’s quite isolated, and except for Chaka lake there is nothing to do. The surrounding area didn’t feel very pleasant to walk around at night, with not much to do nearby. That said, as a place to stay overnight, the hotel itself was perfectly fine and comfortable.
