«We stayed during renovations in the building which may have caused our first room to not have hot water. The staff reassigned us rooms quickly and the stay was pleasant. The hotel is just across a bus exchange from Jilin Railway Station, extremely convenient for traveling. The furnishings are retro but classy. The bathroom was a single space divided by a shower curtain separating the shower area from the toilet. Do note that there are smoking and non-smoking floors, make sure you specify which one you are on if it matters to you.»

«Comfortable hotel, with a big space area! Perfect for 2 travellers with big luggages. The aircon doesn’t work during winter, so we had to open the windows for some airflow. It’s a popular local hotel, as we can tell from many tour buses that drop people off there. They say there’s a limit of 4 bottles of water that they can give a room. Which was disappointing especially when we tend to drink a lot of water. The laundry room also closes at 9pm, and only opens at 10am. It’s very easy to get didi there though, so it’s great.»

«This is the second time I choose this hotel because of his excellent location however, this time I came with my family. On our first night my card couldn’t work so my husband went to the counter to settle the card issue while I outside my room. While waiting I saw someone sneakily try to take a photo of me but when I chase out the person escaped via the fire exit stairwell. The experience creeps me out. If it’s a staff trying to check why I was wandering outside the room he or she could have come to clarify with me, not sneakily take a photo or video of me at the corner without showing the face. But if it’s not a staff that’s doing that then something is wrong with the hotel security»

«Номер был просторный, но ремонт очень старый, местами отходят обои, мебель обшарпаная. Кровать была очень большая 1.8 м, хотя в описании написано 1.5 м. Для нас обои и мебель не очень были важны, так как мы приходили только переночивать, все время на экскурсиях. Из минусов - кровать была очень жесткая, спать было не удобно. Впринципе нормально за свои деньги (четыре ночи нам обошлись 7500 р.), учитывая что входят завтраки. Завтрак вкусный сытный, но однообразный. Так же большим минусом было отсутствие сейфа. При бронировании в описании номера был указан сейф, я из за этого и снимала номер, нам это было важно. Но по прибытии в отель выяснилось что сейфов у них вообще нет, и мне предложили сдавать свои вещи в камеру хранения на ресепшене, что крайне не удобно. Зачем вообще указывать что есть сейф в номере? Не понятно. Если бы я знала что сейфа нет, я бы снимала другую гостиницу. Вообщем жирный минус за обман. В качестве извенения за это недорозумение ни чего предложено не было. Так же у нас должен был быть номер с видом на город, но по факту был номер с видом на внутренний двор (открываешь окно а перед твоими глазами крыша нижнего этажа и больше ни чего не видно), ни каким видом на город там и не пахнет. В описании номера так же были указаны банные халаты - их тоже нет! Были только полотенца. Для нас это было не сильно важно, но все таки тоже обман получается. Так же я обратилась за помощью к сотрудникам на ресепшене по поводу Wechat, я попросила сотрудников положить мне денег на Wechat по кьюар коду, а в замен я дам им наличные, но мне посоветовали обратиться к своему гиду, я обьяснила что мы потешествуем самостоятельно, на что меня просто послали и помочь мне отказались. Хотя могли бы и помочь после всех этих недорозумений, раз исправить ситуацию с сейфом и видом на город не смогли. Вообщем сотрудники на ресепшене не отзывчивые, им как бы наплевать на гостей, помощи от них вы не дождетесь, исправление ситуации тоже.
Одним большим плюсом этого отеля было то что все таксисты его знают.
Посоветовала бы я этот отель для проживания - если по такой цене, за которую сняли мы, то можно (но ждать хорошего отношения и сервиса не нужно), если за большую цену - однозначно НЕТ!»

Instalaciones: El hotel no enciende el aire acondicionado en invierno.
La ventana de mi habitación da hacia adentro. Incluso con el extractor encendido y la ventana abierta, el termómetro solo alcanzó una temperatura mínima de 25-26 grados Celsius (esta era la temperatura nocturna después de haber estado fuera todo el día; sospecho que durante el día rondaba los 27-28 grados Celsius). Esto hizo que la habitación estuviera extremadamente calurosa y seca.
Me desperté alrededor de las 4 de la mañana la primera noche con los labios resecos. Fui al mercado flotante e inmediatamente regresé para recuperar el sueño. Me desperté de nuevo alrededor de las 11 de la mañana por el calor; las sábanas estaban empapadas de sudor. Pedí que me cambiaran de habitación.
La segunda noche, mientras me aseaba, tenía mucha secreción nasal sanguinolenta. En el hotel, pensé que se debía al cambio de ambiente o a la exposición al viento frío durante el día, pero solo estuve al aire libre poco más de una hora. El problema persistió después de regresar a casa.
Sospecho firmemente que la habitación, calurosa y seca, fue la causa. Aunque me comuniqué y conseguí que me cambiaran de habitación al día siguiente, la falta de descanso de la primera noche ya había afectado mucho mi estado. Me quedé sin palabras. Todo lo demás estuvo bien.

Usuario invitadoWhen I arrived at this hotel early in the morning, I actually felt puzzled, wondering if all the surrounding shops and other hotels were closed. It seemed that not only was it not the peak tourist season, but the economic situation might also be unfavorable, which likely explained it.
Since I arrived at the hotel too early, no rooms were ready yet. So, I left my luggage with the hotel first and set out for a tour of the western course of Mount Baekdu.
When I returned, my luggage had already been placed in the room assigned to me.
The condition of the room was impeccably clean. When I woke up in the morning and opened the curtains, the bright sunlight streaming into the room made me feel incredibly refreshed.
I went down to the lobby for breakfast, and the hotel owner personally set the table. The food was exceptionally neat and delicious.
Moreover, the owner spoke better English than anyone else at other hotels, which was a great help.
It was a clean, cozy, and comfortable hotel to stay in.
The only drawback was the lack of an elevator, but carrying luggage up one floor shouldn’t be a problem for most people. And considering that the hotel is right across from the western tourism center of Mount Baekdu, its location more than makes up for the inconvenience of not having an elevator.

而且，老板的英语比其它任何酒店的员工都好，这给了我很大帮助。
这是一家干净、舒适、温馨的酒店。
唯一的缺点是没有电梯，但提着行李只上一层楼对大多数人来说应该不是问题。考虑到酒店正对着长白山西坡旅游中心，其优越的地理位置完全足以弥补没有电梯的不便。

- ในส่วนของการบริการอาหารที่นี่มีแม่ครัวที่ทำอาหารอร่อยมาก ถ้ามาสามารถลองสั่งเมนูไก่ตุ๋นเห็ดมาลองทานกันได้ มีรสชาติหวาน มัน มีกลิ่นสมุนไพร แต่ไม่เลี่ยน รวมไปถึงที่พักมีคาเฟ่ชานมสำหรับคนที่อยากดื่มด้วยเช่นกัน

- Gran ubicación con acceso a muchas pequeñas tiendas y restaurantes alrededor
- El hotel está situado en uno de los edificios más altos de Changchun
- La selección del desayuno fue excelente y el servicio del personal estaba maravilloso
- Room assigned was on 33rd floor with great view of the city
- El tamaño de la habitación era grande a pesar de tener un pequeño espacio de ventana
- Hotel futurista y minimalista con robot para enviar comida a su puerta (entregas)
- Aproximadamente 10 minutos a pie a “The Hill”/“Wanda Shopping Mall” y Tram 54
Cons:
- No es fácil encontrar la ubicación exacta en Didi App como es muy nuevo y hay unos pocos hoteles del mismo nombre alrededor de la zona
- Se dijo que habían desactivado el condón (aire frío) durante el invierno y sólo se va a ahorrar aire caliente.
- Para maximizar el espacio, no había ninguna zona de ahorro adecuada que podamos usar para ahorrar nuestros abrigos de invierno

- Grande hotel para su ubicación y con muchos placeres locales alrededor. El servicio era grande con una gran selección de desayunos. Alta vista de piso de la ciudad. Sólo muy mal no había ningún aire acondicionado que podíamos usar, ya que la ventana estaba estrechamente cerrada. Grande habitación para familia que es un punto más. Feliz de volver quizás en verano la próxima vez.

My stay here was, in a word, amazing. From the warm welcome to the heartfelt farewell, every aspect was defined by a level of personal care and hospitality that truly sets this place apart.The beautiful, peaceful surroundings provided the perfect backdrop. Stepping into our room, we were delighted to find it lovely, spacious, and wonderfully warm—a cozy and immaculate retreat after a day of adventure. Waking up to the provided hearty Chinese breakfast was a daily highlight, offering delicious, authentic flavors that fueled our days perfectly.
However, what truly made our experience unforgettable were the owners. Their kindness went far beyond the expected. They were incredibly helpful with booking our activities, offering expert local advice. Most extraordinarily, they personally drove us to places in their own car, transforming simple logistics into cherished personal tours and conversations. This genuine, above-and-beyond service created a feeling of staying with friends or family, not just at a hotel.
Overall, this is more than just a place to sleep; it's a haven of personal hospitality. If you are looking for beautiful comfort, fantastic food, and hosts who truly make you feel at home, look no further. I cannot recommend it highly enough and will absolutely return.

first of all the room is ok, very good view, but you will see like the wall is like scrap or old glued. amenities is there.
but what make me feel my safety is not insecure
theres those kind of ADULT MASSAGE ADVERTISE PAPER stuck in between my door!! how can you like this kind of thing into a hotel? I travel to many parts of china this is my first time seeing this kind of stuff. I dont know is culture or not, but this is supposing to not appear in a hotel.
And secondly, when i lock my door, the chain lock is not there, the in door lock is like shakey.
than the toilet cover is sooo dirty luckily the second cover is clean. other than that, the view is very nice
and the attitude of the worker there is good, sorry for not directly speaking to you guys about this. its my fault.
Please do improve your hotel security .
And i ask for a non smoking room, the first thing i enter the first room i was suppose to live, the smell of smoke is strong. than i ask to change to a second room, thank god is better. Thank you hotel receptionist. I appreciate it alot.
