Heard Yang Yang was in Kaifeng. I specially drove over from Zhengzhou and booked a hotel room. Figuring a full day of sightseeing would be tiring and sweltering, there was no point heading back right away. Staying overnight lets me keep exploring tomorrow anyway, since the ticket’s valid for three days. I compared tons of places online, and this one’s fairly priced with a nice look. Just went ahead and booked it—take a chance if it’s not perfect. Dragged my tired self and family over to the hotel area. Traffic wasn’t bad today, otherwise parking would’ve been a hassle. Lucky there’s a free parking lot right here, no need to hunt for a spot. But surprisingly, there’s a charging station right opposite! Why didn’t the hotel mention it at all? I went to charge my car tonight. It’s a hybrid, but every bit saved counts. The hotel itself is solid and decent: clean, simple, with all the basic amenities you need. Pretty great! Checked out the next day fully recharged to keep having fun. Still out and about now, nowhere near heading home. Bored hiding in the bathroom right now, so I’m writing this review to recommend it. If it gets too late, I might even book another night here again.

Stayed for 6 nights. I do not usually give poor reviews as I know competition amongst hotels is tough but I do want to share my experience so that other customers can make an informed decision. Overall, my stay was alright but not outstanding (probably subpar for China’s hospitality standards). An aspect I enjoyed was the location. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from Yanzhuang metro station. As this hotel is located in residential area, food/lifestyle options are largely catered to locals - not too worry as they are mostly modern and suitable for the younger crowds too. For the negative aspects: 1. I felt that the service provided by hotel staffs were mediocre at best. The vibes I got was that they hated their job and being there. Basic things was not done on check-in day. For eg. introducing the hotel and its facilities, establishing communications, and informing me of my entitlements - free afternoon tea on day of check-in, check-out timing, daily coffee etc. When I returned to the hotel to rest, they would stare at me coldly which made me fairly uncomfortable. 2. Daily housekeeping was done properly and thoroughly, although there was an incident where housekeeping entered the room at 10.30am when I was still asleep. I do feel its quite inappropriate to enter the room that early, especially on a Saturday. The hotel should strongly consider fixing the housekeeping indicator or implementing a mechanism so that housekeeping knows when to enter the room. 3. Maintenance of the room could be improved. For example, the toilet flush was barely working (required multiple flushes after each use) and the water temperature fluctuates a lot when showering. The light switches were not intuitive to use and some were spoilt too. In summary, I was taken aback by the subpar standard as other branches from this hotel chain has been excellent. While I enjoy the convenient location, I will probably not stay here again the next time I visit Zhengzhou. Please feel free to contact me if you require further information. Thanks.

Además, en el vestíbulo hay unos gatos preciosos y adorables que crean un ambiente muy relajado.

Esta estancia es una sorpresa especial, el entorno global es limpio y elegante, la disposición de la habitación es razonable, la luz es buena, la higiene está limpia y los cornos muertos están limpios. La actitud del personal es modesta y intimidad, los detalles están muy listos, viven tranquilos y cómodos, es una experiencia de estadía muy cómoda y la próxima vez que viajamos elijo a esta casa.

Instalaciones: Las instalaciones son muy buenas. También hay una lavadora y una cocina separadas en la habitación. Servicio: Las señoras de la recepción estaban muy entusiasmadas e incluso mejoraron el tipo de habitación. Medio ambiente: abajo está la ciudad de Zhenghong, que es muy conveniente para viajar hacia y desde el metro.

El hotel está muy bien situado, cerca de una estación de metro en una calle con muchos restaurantes. ¡Tenía una habitación ”interna”, que era grande, no hay luz que se derramaba, no hay sonidos. El hotel está cerca de la estación de tren; lo mejor es usar el puente peatonal, ya que la recepción se encuentra en el segundo piso, cerca del puente (aunque hay que llevar el equipaje, lo cual es bastante cansado). Si se entra al hotel por la planta baja, el olor es desagradable, como a obra. La habitación estaba bien, pero no tenía ventana exterior y la mesa era bastante pequeña. El aislamiento acústico era aceptable. El baño tenía ducha y WC separados, y proporcionaban aire acondicionado, lo cual se agradecía. El único inconveniente, y uno fatal, era que no había absolutamente ninguna cobertura de móvil en la habitación. Era imposible hacer llamadas o recibir mensajes. Sin exagerar, la señal era prácticamente nula. Llamé a recepción, expliqué el problema y pregunté si podía cambiar de habitación; al menos tendría cobertura. En recepción me dijeron que la señal era mala en todas las habitaciones. Silencio. Decidí buscar otro hotel.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about this homestay in Dengfeng. It was the highlight of our trip to the Shaolin Temple area! The Room: The room was incredibly spacious—way bigger than we expected! And it was very, very clean. Everything from the bedding to the bathroom was spotless and well-maintained. It felt like a home away from home. The Location: Absolutely fabulous. We were close to all the main sights, including the Shaolin Temple and Mount Song. It made getting around so easy, and there were great local restaurants just steps away. The Staff (The REAL Highlight): The staff were super, super friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. But one moment truly touched our hearts. We were running late for breakfast and arrived just as they were about to clear everything. Even though there was still plenty of food left, we only ate a little because we felt bad keeping them waiting, and we quickly headed out. Just as we were about to leave, the owner came running after us with two packs of milk in her hands. She said, ”You didn't eat much breakfast, so please take this milk before you go.” It honestly melted our hearts. That small, thoughtful gesture showed just how much she truly cares about her guests. Final Verdict: If you're visiting Dengfeng, do yourself a favor and stay here. Spacious, spotless, perfectly located, and run by the warmest, most generous people. We will definitely be back!

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel, and I can see the good improvement. The check-in was quite easy, and having the self-service laundry room was very helpful. The hotel is a short walk to the new Wanda Long'an shopping mall, which is convenient for me and very close to the new museum as well. From the hotel to the Anyang Dong railway station by taxi it takes around 40 minutes in the morning. Rooms are clean and very quiet, I will choose this hotel again for my next visit to the city. 这已经是我第二次入住这家酒店了，能感觉到明显的进步。办理入住很快捷，自助洗衣房真的帮了大忙，非常方便。酒店的位置很好，步行就能到新的龙安万达广场，离新博物馆也很近。早上打车去安阳东站大约需要40分钟。这次我住在高楼层，房间不仅干净，而且特别安静。下次再来安阳，我还会选择住在这里！
