Recientemente tuve la oportunidad de alojarme en un hotel en Harbin y debo decir que en general mi experiencia fue bastante positiva. La ubicación del hotel era conveniente. Los miembros del personal fueron amables y serviciales y brindaron un servicio eficiente durante toda mi estadía. Las habitaciones del hotel estaban limpias y bien mantenidas, ofreciendo un ambiente confortable para relajarse. La ropa de cama era acogedora, lo que garantizaba un buen descanso nocturno después de un día agotador explorando la ciudad.

Es realmente muy bueno. El baño está separado en zonas húmedas y secas. Hay cepillos de dientes, pasta de dientes, jabón, champú y secador de pelo todos los días. La ubicación es muy conveniente. A la izquierda del hotel, al otro lado del río, se encuentra Zhongyang Road. Camine hasta el final del camino y encontrará un río. Camine hacia la derecha y gire a la izquierda en el semáforo en rojo. y camine hasta aproximadamente 2 intersecciones de semáforo en rojo, será St. Sophia Hay una estación de autobuses al aeropuerto en el lado derecho del hotel, a sólo 2 pasos. La única pequeña desventaja para nosotros es que el aire acondicionado está demasiado frío. Sino porque mi amigo y yo somos gente fría y estamos resfriados. Pero la suma total es 10, no deducida. Habla con nosotros a través de WeChat. Pregunta cualquier cosa a través de WeChat. El dueño respondió muy rápidamente.

Very well located. Right in the city center, close to everything, at 20 minutes away from Ice and Snow World by metro, 2 minutes away from Central Street. Clean room and good breakfast.

The location is excellent and is about just 100m from where the bus stops. It is situated within the central street where all the actions are. The room was clean but basic. The view from the wndow of our room was simply gorgeous - picturesque snow mushrooms. Staff were very polite and helpful. The young man at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. He suggested what activities worth doing, and made all the necessary arrangements for us - transport, tickets and etc.. At his suggestion, we therefore visited Datudingz Mountain and Snow Valley - the two must visit places when staying in Snow Town. He also helped with the arrangement of our transportation to Harbin, our next stop. Coming to the not so good, we paid a 5 star price for a 2-star homestay type accommodation. While this is understandable, as the hotels here operate at most five months of twelve, during winter only, the amenities provided could be better and be better maintained. There was a foul strench from our toilet throughout our stay. Accessories were loosely secured due to wear and tear but should not be the excuse of leaving them.unrepaired. Disposal towels rather than proper towels were provided. These were thin and insufficient at drying the whole body. Also, there was only one piece provided per person for a two night stay, so no daily fresh towels.That said, I guess that most or all of the motels in Snow Town are of that state. Hopefully, this review will encourage some improvement.

Fascinatingly designed boutique hotel with literally international 4-Star standard amenities. Could see how much details was put into the design of each room and each guest hall. In the room, The smart toilet was a must have for me. The shampoo was what you will get in 4-star hotels. The bedsheets were crisply ironed and clean. The mattress were the supportive type. The pillows were superb too. They even have humidifier in the room. The reception contacted us a week before the trip, that’s really assuring to me as a foreigner without a local phone number. So I managed to get a lot of info established before hand. Really great! Because I like to be informed in advance. Response via WeChat was super prompt and organized throughout our stay. The reception team works closely with the drivers and attractions to personalize your experience for you. I felt that the touring arrangements were really seamless. In their guest hall, guests can access the smart washing machine, microwave, hot water, drinking water, tea etc. WiFi was not stable. The breakfast was delicious and healthy with more variety than expected. The hotel was humbly saying that they only offer “millet porridge and salted duck egg” but no no no, they actually offered a mini buffet of 10 different dishes with freshly made soy milk. Overall the stay was way beyond expectation for me. Highly recommended for international tourists.

硬件設施應該是漠河最好的酒店了，還有免費接機送機服務，前面是河，後面是林，景色很好，打的很方便，去哪都是5塊錢到位，本地人和外地人一個車價，特別實在。就是服務意識還有待提升，完全不會變通也不會通融的，1點退房，就算飛機晚兩小時走，也不會給延遲退房的，延遲退房要加錢，多要礦泉水要加錢。讓續房打掃，衹換浴巾，問為啥不整理床鋪、不拖地，就隨便鋪一下、拖一下，還要反駁幾句，更不要説擦桌面枱麪，補拖鞋和抽紙了。整體來説，衝著前面的優點，以後到漠河還是會住這個酒店，因為硬性條件好。

Location is perfect, literally meters from the main street. that's pretty much what and all you are paying for. We were in the basic room so expectations were low. I would say it satisfy the basic needs in terms of space and amenities. I mean is a decent place to sleep for the location. However, the room is really small, a bit cold, old and pretty much falling apart here and there. Bed was good, comfortable and soft. Rooms are not soundproof so expect to hear everything going around. However, we were lucky to not have many guests around. Wifi was horrible and slow. Reception was great and the staff at the entrance has been friendly and available with any requests. For the low score to service it is meant to the cleaning. Room was still dirty on the angles when we arrived. Soups were never refilled in the bathroom (not even the hand ones) and we had to ask everytime to get a refill. Feels like cleaning lady entered, put the cover on the bed back in order and left without caring much on whatever was needed to be refilled or cleaned in the room. Barely touching the bottom of the job. Anyway back again, low expectations, decent room, great location. Satisfy the basic requirements and if you get it for a low price might be worth it.

El personal de recepción fue excepcionalmente amable y acomodable, lo que hizo que el proceso de entrada fuera una experiencia agradable. Aprecié especialmente los dos distribuidores de lavavajillas automáticas y dos secadoras del hotel, que hizo lavandería una brecha. El hotel se encuentra en una zona de 3 estrellas.

La habitación es linda y está muy caliente. La cama y Wang han sido muy invitados, y nos han prestado atención en unos días. El nuevo comité institucional y el campo de nieve solar fueron a casi diez minutos de coche, Wang Zheng recibió todo el viaje y ayudó a hacer un viaje a Zhang Lu. Si hay necesidad de encontrar Wang Zheng, es correcto. Cada día Wang nos recoge a nuestras casas de vacaciones y cocina personalmente para nosotros. Encontrarás que la comida de cada mes es ligeramente diferente. Wang Wang preferirá comer cuidadosamente de antemano según sus propios sabores. Este viaje es caliente en el corazón ～㊗️ y Wang Xiang Primavera feliz ～
