The hotel has an excellent location, making it very convenient to get around. The staff provided good service and were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Having a convenience store nearby was a big plus and made daily needs easy to manage. Overall, the rooms were good and the stay was pleasant. Would recommend this hotel for its location, cleanliness, and service.

I booked a hotel for my family. They said everything was great, but they would have appreciated having at least one Russian TV channel. Also, there were no clothes hooks in the bathroom.

Very clean and service is great. Basic hotel amenities all there. Out of the hotel to your left, 10 mins walk you will reach St Sophia Cathedral and in front of the cathedral you find Manhattan hotel where you will find the underground shop that sells all winter products at a very low or reasonable price.( beside lucking coffee). Out from the hotel on your right, 5 mins walk you see Zhongyang Street. Another 5 to 10 mins walk , you meet the famous small muslim restaurant. They sell fried rice, pull noodles, chicken curry, beef skewers and other chinese halal cuisine. Most muslim tourists will frequent this restaurant. A great hotel to stay indeed.

La primera habitación a la que entré olía a humo. Llamé a recepción y me cambiaron a otra. El olor había desaparecido, pero de repente levanté la vista y vi un montón de telarañas. Me daba pereza moverme, así que simplemente lo aguanté. La razón del mal ambiente era la pésima insonorización. No dormí bien ninguna de las dos noches. La primera noche, la gente de la habitación contigua veía la televisión a todo volumen en mitad de la noche. La segunda noche, parecía que alguien estuviera discutiendo hasta muy tarde. Sin embargo, la ubicación del hotel es excelente, muy cerca de las principales atracciones y del metro. El personal también fue muy amable. Era mi primera vez en un Home Inn, y como es barato, estaba mentalmente preparado.

La ubicación es excelente, justo al lado de la Calle Central, ideal para disfrutar de su encanto particular en las madrugadas. Es muy fácil ir andando a la Iglesia de Santa Sofía y al Monumento a la Conmemoración de la Inundación. Además, la estación de metro de la Calle Central está a solo cinco minutos, lo que facilita mucho los desplazamientos.

I always come 5o this hotel in Suifenghe because there are not really othere decent options available for this price. The breakfast sometimes is very poor so I usually do not purchase it. The room overall is good but sometimes it smells a bit too much of cigarettes.

I paid for an Exclusive Light Luxury Double Room, but on the first day they gave me the smallest room in the hotel and only corrected it on the second day because I complained. The hotel look new but ours bed sheets was not changed. The room next to the elevator is not convenient because the room is not soundproof. In general the hotel is new and good location, have everything to be an excellent hotel. On the last day I was trying to talk with the receptionist about check out and she was playing game never look at me on the eyes, she thought i couldn’t see but i could hear.

房間很寬敞，這塊的自然環境太好了，但是我們來的時候可能是淡季，剛剛裝修 ，有些設施還不完善，吃飯不是很方便，但是離景區很近，周圍環境很好，老闆也很熱情，老闆送的早餐很好吃

Este hotel ofrece una buena relación calidad-precio; el precio es económico, la ubicación es buena y la ropa de cama es cómoda. Sin embargo, había una pestaña suelta que el huésped anterior dejó en la mesita de noche. El vestíbulo, para ser un hotel económico, es bastante satisfactorio; hay zonas para descansar y cargar dispositivos, una cafetera y un microondas. Como viajaba solo, y las raciones de la cocina del noreste de China son abundantes, preparé mi almuerzo para llevar al hotel y lo recalenté en el microondas para la cena, lo cual fue muy práctico. El único inconveniente es que hay escaleras desde el vestíbulo hasta el ascensor, y no había personal para ayudar con el equipaje. En resumen, sigo recomendando este hotel.

Me decepcionó mi estancia aquí, a pesar de haber pagado casi 600 RMB por noche (5 noches). Nuestras toallas estaban rotas y muy dañadas (literalmente, un 70 % destrozadas). El baño olía fatal durante toda nuestra estancia. A pesar de cambiarnos a una habitación nueva, las toallas que nos dieron estaban rotas otra vez. Realmente creo que no es un estándar hotelero tratar a los huéspedes con algo estropeado, roto o dañado. El camarero del restaurante fue grosero y agresivo con nosotros cuando pedimos agua sola. Siendo Harbin el principal destino turístico, ustedes arruinaron el estándar del alojamiento.
