Hoteles de 3 estrellas en Ontario, Canadá

My husband and I stayed here from September 9 to 10 last for our 20th wedding anniversary. We had a medical appointment down the road so it was a convenient location. Here are some of our observations where they could do better. 1. l use a cane with my disability, and there was no luggage trolly in the lobby when we arrived. I had to haul two heavy bags on one arm while using my cane with the other hand. 2. I checked to see that there was body wash for our evening and morning showers and the bottle was completely empty. The housekeeping staff hadn't refilled and we had to find someone to put a new bottle into the shower. It's a good thing I checked and didn't get a rude awakening in the morning. 3. The picture in the room looked as though something was thrown at it and went down the glass. There were two streaks and it was very disgusting. Obviously, the cleaning had not been done properly in the room. 4. Nowhere on the website was there mention of a continental breakfast so we were quite surprised that there wouldn't be your typical eggs, bacon, sausage. Etc. It was very disappointing. We only found out because we got on the elevator, and there was an ad taped to the inside of the elevator. At the time of booking, all it said was free breakfast included. 5. The shower-head sprayed all over the ceiling when it was turned on, so we had to put a face cloth over it to contain the spray 6. The microwave glass tray did not rotate so when you put something in there, it didn't heat it up evenly. It actually burned the item. 7. Bathroom light fixtures were covered with caked on dust. I wrote my name in one of them. It's Obvious that the housekeeping staff does not pay attention to cleaning - only does minimum.

We had a great stay at Holiday Inn Downtown Toronto! The hotel is conveniently located near the heart of downtown, making it easy to explore nearby restaurants, shops, and attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. The only small downside was the hotel parking, which was a little pricey at $40 per day. However, there are plenty of cheaper parking options nearby, so it wasn’t a major issue. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay here again!

El ambiente es genial y la temperatura interior es cálida. El dormitorio es limpio y tranquilo por la noche, y cada cama tiene una cortina para mayor privacidad, luz de lectura y enchufe. El personal es amable y el registro es fácil. Una buena opción para quienes viajan solos.

This was our first time staying at Americana and we are very pleased with the experience. We drove 3 hours from northern Ontario and it was worth it! We went with another family for New Year's Eve and our children had such a wonderful time. We ordered room service, went to the waterpark several times, played in the arcade and our kids had so much fun. We are planning to come back next year!

Clean, worth the money, reasonable for economic travel, not far from the waterfall, near the casino.

Instalaciones: Instalaciones hoteleras estándar. Excelente ubicación; a solo 5 minutos a pie de las Cataratas Horseshoe por la mañana. Hay muchos restaurantes y un Starbucks en la planta baja. Limpieza: La habitación tenía un ligero olor, probablemente debido a su proximidad a las cataratas. También estaba bastante húmeda, pero por suerte solo fue por una noche. Servicio: Bastante correcto. Cobraron alrededor de $70 por una tasa de protección ambiental, pero no la entendí bien. El precio es razonable, buena relación calidad-precio. El estacionamiento cuesta $35 CAD, pero se puede encontrar estacionamiento cerca por unos $10. Se puede regatear; los indios son impredecibles. Se puede estacionar durante 15 minutos en la entrada para registrarse.

The view from the room was amazing and it is in a very good location, walking distance to the CN tower. The check-in was a bit confusing but it was sorted. The room was cosy and the bed was very comfortable. Sharing living room and the bathroom. It

Me alojé en el piso 20 en una habitación premium con vista a las cataratas y dos camas queen. La vista era increíble, pero como es invierno, la ventana estaba helada, así que no pude ver mucho por la mañana. Creo que es mejor consultar el tiempo antes de reservar. Aun así, la vista nocturna era genial, así que la disfruté en general.

Cuando se habla de Radisson Blu, la gente puede pensar en un hotel de 4 estrellas, pero mi experiencia con Radisson Blu no fue tan divertida. La falta de comunicación comenzó desde que nos registramos. En Trip.com, decía que podíamos tomar un desayuno estilo buffet por $25 por persona, pero al preguntarles, dijeron que era a la carta y que debíamos pagar en el restaurante. No había buffet disponible. Me pidieron que enviara un correo electrónico para confirmar si la información sobre el desayuno era precisa, tal como se mencionaba en trip.com. Lamentablemente, nadie respondió a mi correo electrónico hasta el horario del desayuno (de 8 a 11 am) y no desayunamos por la mañana. La habitación está bien. No es tan emocionante como suena como Radisson Blu. Me he alojado en Radisson Blu en otros países, pero la calidad de la habitación que tenían allí ni siquiera es comparable con la del Radisson Blu Toronto Downtown. La habitación en el Radisson Blu Toronto Downtown es como la de cualquier otro hotel. La máquina de café estaba muy sucia. Cuando nos quejamos en recepción, no nos enviaron ningún recambio. Otra cosa es que no nos proporcionaron kits dentales como deberían proporcionar en todos los hoteles de 4 estrellas. Al solicitarlo en recepción, nos enviaron kits dentales como una hora después. Cuando le hice el check out a la recepcionista, ella era una aprendiz. Le mostré la foto de la máquina de café sucia y le expliqué nuestra insatisfacción. Ella dijo que no podía hacer ninguna compensación ya que la habitación estaba prepagada. A cambio me ofreció una botella de agua para nuestro viaje 😄. Quiero decir, no necesito una botella de agua como compensación. Luego me ofreció que el estacionamiento sería por cuenta de la casa. Ahora, estoy esperando la devolución de mi depósito de seguridad de $100. Aparte de eso, la ubicación del hotel es muy agradable y conveniente. Justo en el corazón del centro. La torre CN era visible desde la ventana de nuestra habitación. Considerando todo, no cumple con el estándar de un hotel de 4 estrellas.
