There is no lobby welcoming you, but a Front desk running 7am-12am everyday in a room served with free drinks and magazines. We appreciated the early check-in at around 2.30pm, which was 1.5 hour before the normal check-in time. The check-in was quick and smooth. There was no hair dryer in our room. When you wanna make a phone call for help, there is no landline telephone in the hotel room, meaning that you have to walk out to the office to ask for a dryer. Luckily, we found it out an hour before mid night and the front desk was in the storage room. There is no amenities here besides of a free access to the mini golf course opposite the road. It will be boring during rainy days, especially the shops nearby closed early around 5pm. The location is great, right to the main road. This hotel company also owns Tide’s Inn and the Mini Golf Course where they are at other two corners of the intersection. Mini golf is free to access and the pool table is CAD2 for each game. The upside of this hotel room is that everything in this room is newly built. Many plugs on the wall. There is a. Work desk, containers for your belongings, a fridge, a microwave, a TV, a clothes rack, a luggage rack and a coffee maker. We love the mattress here, unlike those in the old hotels. They are firm and supportive to my back. Also, the car is just outside our door, it makes the luggage unloading very convenient and quick. There is a big window with mosquito net in our room, but the window faces inside the car park, where people would walk around, drop on and off their luggage. We don’t feel private not to put the curtain down, and the sun light couldn’t come into the room when the curtain is down. Especially during the days we don’t use the air conditioning or heater, we can always hear the noises from next door, outside the car park and the main road. Also, we found that the bedsheets were wrinkled when we flipped over the duvet. Not sure if the bed sheet was not ironed or was not changed to a new one. There is no desk lamp on the desk meaning that if I turn on the main lights, the lights on top of two beds will be very bright and disturbing to whom is sleeping. There is laundry room with 1 washing and drying machine on site. It charges CAD1-1.5 for each laundry by card payment via an app according to the front desk. There is no iron equipment in your room, not sure if you can borrow one by asking the front desk. Reminded to bring your own slippers, tooth brush and paste. And always check what you need is missing for your stay before the front desk closing.

La habitación está muy limpia y la cama es bastante cómoda. Sin embargo, ¿no hay zapatillas ni cepillos de dientes en la ducha? Debe prepararlos usted mismo. El servicio es muy bueno. pero no me dieron dos botellas de agua el segundo día. Se sintió un poco extraño. Hay muchos restaurantes chinos y sushi japonés en los alrededores, así como el supermercado T&T, que es muy conveniente para ir de compras. La mayoría de la gente habla chino y hay un minibús que te lleva desde y hacia el aeropuerto.

Reservamos este hotel porque estaba cerca del aeropuerto de Vancouver. El servicio de transporte estaba completo para nuestra hora, así que el hotel nos consiguió un taxi sin ningún coste. El servicio fue excepcional. La habitación era luminosa y limpia, con un baño precioso, etc. El desayuno incluido era excelente. El único problema que nos dimos cuenta al llegar al aeropuerto internacional de Vancouver fue que deberíamos haber estado en Abbotsford, a una hora y media de distancia.

Cuatro familias con niños tienen negocios en el río Campbell, por lo que las instalaciones de reserva para un día son un poco incómodas, pero en general buenas

Absolutely stunning view. Cabin was older but very charming, we made the most of the fireplace in the room and enjoyed a view of the lake from our balcony. Bathroom was clean with everything we needed. Coffee also provided in the room which was nice. I read the beds were uncomfortable on other reviews and I’d partially agree - not the best but again not the main reason or expectation for visiting emerald lake. I will say the pillows were extremely thin and uncomfortable.  Staff were very friendly and attentive. Shuttle service was easy. Restaurant was pricey but overall good. No wifi or signal in the room is something to be aware of, but heightened the experience in my opinion. Overall, great!

¡Excelente ubicación a un precio excelente! Recomiendo ampliamente este lugar, especialmente por su increíble personal y servicio de limpieza diario. El edificio en sí es un poco antiguo, pero se nota que la administración/propietarios actuales están haciendo todo lo posible por mejorar las instalaciones. Lo bueno: lavandería de monedas a un precio asequible, cocina común, habitaciones muy amplias, un increíble patio en la azotea y sauna, ubicación impecable en el centro de Vancouver. Lo no tan bueno: no hay opciones de desayuno, las ollas y sartenes de la cocina común se ven dudosas, instalaciones un poco antiguas (pero las zonas comunes definitivamente han sido renovadas en los últimos años). ¡Me alojaré de nuevo si vuelvo a la zona!

It was my second time staying at this hotel. There were two things I really needed to mention. First, I turned on Netflix and started watching a movie around 8:00pm but I fell asleep shortly after. Around 9pm someone started knocking on my door very loudly, which woke me up. I then heard someone outside saying, “Hey, lower the volume.” I was honestly super confused because the TV wasn’t even that loud???? and the knocking itself was louder than the TV and was what actually woke me up. I didn’t open the door because I found it creepy. After that, I called my friend, and he suggested I contact the front desk. When I called, the lady told me their housekeeper had already checked and there was nobody in the lobby anymore (which makes sense because it had happened around 20 minutes earlier). She also said other people shouldn’t be able to access guest floors without a key card. When I asked whether anyone staying beside me had complained, she said nobody was staying next to my room, and the guest next door had only just checked in. Maybe it was just someone passing by, but it was still really weird and uncomfortable. I’ve stayed in many hotels in different countries and have never experienced something like this before. The second issue was that both the internet and TV stopped working at night and were still not working the next morning when I checked out, which was really frustrating. I mentioned it during checkout, and the front desk staff simply said the whole building was having the same issue and they were trying to fix it 🥲 The good thing is they’ve now fixed the access issue, so everyone needs a key card to access their floor. The hotel itself is brand new, very quiet, and clean, which is why I chose to stay here again. Since it’s owned by Hilton, I honestly expected the staff to be a bit more professional when speaking to customers. The housekeeping staff were all super friendly though.

El servicio fue lo mejor, el personal súper amable, sobre todo la chica de recepción que nos ayudó con todas nuestras dudas. El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación y el desayuno de ahí al lado estaba bueno y nos dieron descuento por ser huéspedes. El único punto malo fue el costo del estacionamiento muy alto y por la zona es muy difícil encontrar otro lugar. Aún así me gustó nuestra selección de Hotel

1. Transporte conveniente: Muy cerca del aeropuerto y de las atracciones turísticas del centro, con una estación de metro a 1,5 km y una parada de autobús a 400 metros. 2. Instrucciones amables del propietario: Desde que confirmé mi reserva hasta justo antes de llegar a Vancouver, el propietario me envió rápidamente un correo electrónico con instrucciones para llegar a la propiedad, incluyendo dónde entrar y cómo llegar. Lo más reconfortante fue que, aunque llegué después de las 22:00, cuando ya estaba completamente oscuro, el propietario ya había encendido las cálidas luces amarillas de la sala de estar y el jardín trasero. Fue como un faro en la oscuridad, que me reconfortó al instante. 3. Instalaciones completas, limpias y ordenadas: La habitación estaba impecablemente amueblada con ropa de cama y sábanas limpias, y había un armario, un baño privado (con baño en suite) y wifi. No solo la decoración blanca era impactante, sino que, lo que es más importante, todo se mantenía impecablemente limpio, lo que hizo que la estancia fuera realmente agradable. 4. La planta baja también incluye cocina, sala de estar, lavadora y otras comodidades, lo que garantiza una estancia completa y agradable. 5. Excelente entorno y calidad del aire: La propiedad está rodeada de casas y árboles, y se encuentra alejada de la carretera principal, lo que elimina el ruido. Esto refleja plenamente las ventajas de un jardín urbano con buena calidad del aire. Fue una decisión muy acertada y afortunada alojarme en casa de Xiaoxia durante mi viaje a Vancouver. Espero tener la oportunidad de volver a verte.

Lo que puedo decir es que la ubicación era perfecta para nosotros. El transporte está a solo 2 minutos a pie de la parada de autobús, a 10 minutos en auto del centro y los centros comerciales están a solo 5 minutos a pie de este hotel. Pero hay dos cosas que me decepcionan, la primera es que en nuestra primera noche, en medio de la noche, el aire acondicionado se volvió demasiado ruidoso, el ruido era tan molesto al principio que lo ignoramos porque estábamos en medio de la noche y estábamos durmiendo. pero el ruido del aire acondicionado no se detiene y se volvió demasiado fuerte, por lo que debemos apagarlo. Como es media noche, simplemente lo ignoramos y volvemos a dormir ya que la temperatura de nuestra habitación todavía está fría. Entonces, por la mañana informamos en la recepción sobre el aire acondicionado para verificar el aire acondicionado de nuestra habitación. Pero la recepción no estaba segura de si se podía arreglar ese día, por lo que sugirió que nos dieran un ventilador de pie. Como no teníamos otra opción, aceptamos su sugerencia para el fanático del stand porque tenemos que salir del hotel e ir a algún lado. Regresamos tarde en la noche como a las 10 de la noche. Vimos el ventilador de pie, pero todavía lo encendimos, intentamos encender el aire acondicionado si está arreglado y no hay más ruido. Como 1 o 2 horas, el aire acondicionado está bien, es normal, pero cuando estamos a punto de acostarnos y dormir, el aire acondicionado comienza a hacer ruido y hace demasiado ruido. Entonces necesitamos apagar el aire acondicionado. Entonces, lo segundo es el ventilador de pie, no tenemos otra opción, así que lo encendemos, pero lamentablemente el ventilador tarda entre 10 y 20 minutos en encenderlo y cuando el ventilador arranca hace demasiado ruido, al igual que el aire acondicionado. Entonces, en nuestras 2 noches, cuando no duermas bien. 😂 Pero en general, la limpieza de la habitación fue excelente, excepto el problema del aire acondicionado y el ventilador de pie 🤣🤣🤣
