Hotel was close to several train and tram stations, making it easy to access a variety of routes and lines. There were also plenty of great food and drink options nearby — from morning coffee and afternoon matcha to flaky pastries and comforting hot meals. While some places were not immediately next door, they were still comfortably walkable, including Little Rogue, Matcha Kobo, Puzzle Coffee, Time After Time, Lulu’s Malaysian Hawker, and many more. Also worth mentioning, I arrived in Melbourne earlier than expected and called the hotel to ask when the room would be ready. The staff were punctual and reliable, as I was able to check in exactly at the time they advised the room would be available.

The hotel is flanked by a wide array of both Western and Oriental restaurants, catering to every craving. Major shopping centres are also just a stone’s throw away, making it an ideal spot for retail therapy. 🙏 Exceptional Hospitality A special shout-out to the wonderful staff, whose warm hospitality truly elevated our stay. I’m incredibly grateful that they accommodated my early check-in – after a long journey, this thoughtful gesture meant the world and set a positive tone for the entire trip. 🛏️ Comfortable & Well-Equipped The room was spotlessly tidy and surprisingly well-appointed. Everything you could ask for was there, with all the essential amenities thoughtfully provided. It was a cozy, quiet, and comfortable retreat after busy days of sightseeing. Verdict: Highly recommended for solo travelers, couples, or business visitors looking for a clean, convenient, and friendly place to stay in the heart of Melbourne. Would definitely book again

I recently stayed at Quality Hotel Westmeadows for the second time and once again I wasn't disappointed. The whole process was seamless, from choosing my standard of room to phoning them on my arrival at Melbourne airport and phoning for their complementary shuttle bus service I had a 10 minute wait for the nice shuttle bus driver and when you arrive at reception after a 5 minute trip you are greeted by the most friendly team. My room poolside was absolutely spotless and had everything I needed for the night. It was also very quiet despite being close to a busy road. I had buffet breakfast which had a good selection plus surprisingly good coffee from a little machine. I had a very pleasant chat with the lovely lady who runs the buffet. Just a quick 5 minute walk up the road are a few good eateries and a little further along a couple of fast food places. I really can't fault the place or the staff and confidently recommend it to anyone wanting the convenience of a place to stay close to the airport at a good price.

La ubicación es fantástica, en pleno centro de la ciudad y muy cerca de muchas atracciones y restaurantes. La habitación es espaciosa y perfecta para descansar cada noche, ya que probablemente estarás explorando durante el día. La habitación no tiene mucha luz, así que puede parecer oscura y sombría por la noche. Además, la ducha y el lavabo tienen un diseño un poco peculiar: están expuestos a la habitación y no tienen puerta que los separe. No hay dónde poner la ropa en la ducha.

Absolutely loved our 2-night stay at YTI Garden Hotel The location was unbeatable -just steps away from the market and some of Melbourne's most iconic restaurants. The room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully laid out with two comfy single beds and a handy little kitchen that made all the difference. Staff were warm, professional, and went above and beyond, even letting us store our luggage after checkout. Perfect blend of comfort and convenience-highly recommend!

Esta segunda estancia fue al aeropuerto para llegar a la mañana y a 15 minutos a pie. Si es conveniente, es una buena opción cerca del aeropuerto de Melbourne. El personal también es muy amable y responde con paciencia. Si hay una caja grande para tener cuidado, sin el ascensor, nos quedamos en el segundo piso dos veces, así que está bien.

Estaba ubicado en el centro de la ciudad, en la zona gratuita del tranvía, por lo que pude viajar cómodamente. La cama y la ropa de cama estaban limpias y no olían mal. Hay varios baños dentro y fuera del pasillo. Fue agradable que el baño y la ducha estuvieran juntos y pudieran usarse de forma privada. Lo limpiaban cada 5 horas, así que estaba bastante limpio, pero había muchos huéspedes, así que a veces olía mal. Todo el personal fue amable y explicó las cosas bien. Si vuelvo a Melbourne, planeo visitarla nuevamente porque la relación costo-beneficio es muy buena.

The shampoo smells like Chinese 5-spice, which is a good thing! Wish the scent was duplicated with other amenities but the current scents are nice complements to the shampoo. Friends say I smell good! 😊 Rooms are small but sink is one of the deepest ever encountered in a hotel. Front desk staff was lovely. Rooftop impressive. Small stain on sheets. Almost looks like bitters. Would I pay full rate? Probably not.
