布丹最神圣的寺庙，没有之一，是世界上十大超级寺庙之一。虎穴寺坐落在Paro山谷中3000英尺高的悬崖壁上，虎穴寺最早建于1692年，一场大火之后寺庙损坏严重，于1998年重建。现在的虎穴寺已经严禁普通游客进入，即使是教徒的进入也被严格限制

藏式建筑，土建古朴，雕花精美。

The zoo is located in a very peaceful area of Thimphu town. The nature and mountain surrounding the zoo is beautiful. The air is out and fresh. It is a great place for relaxing and taking time off from big city life. The draw back about the zoo is only Takin is there. It is truly a unique animal but wish the zoo kept more animals like deers and peacocks.
