Es un hotel relativamente nuevo y algunos equipos no funcionaban correctamente cuando me registré. En general, estuvo bien y el desayuno fue aceptable. El mayor descontento es que las ventanas de las habitaciones no se pueden abrir, algunas habitaciones de hotel deberían indicar que las ventanas no se pueden abrir para que los clientes puedan elegir libremente.

Отель очень понравился, не большой, но очень уютный с качественным ремонтом. Расположен в удобном месте, на тихой улочке. В 10 минутах ходьбы от Регистана. Номер у нас был просторный, двухкомнатный с красивым видом во двор. Администраторы приветливые, были на связи перед поездкой, уточняли детали заезда. В день приезда мы заказали сауну с бассейном на час. Вода прохладная, долго не покупаться (мы были в январе). Сауна платная 100 тыс.сум с человека за час, бассейном можно пользоваться бесплатно. После долгой дороги нам такой вариант понравился. С другими постояльцами отеля встречались только на завтраке, а так никого не было слышно, что нас лично, очень порадовало. Очень хотелось отдохнуть от суеты. Еще один плюс отдыха в несезон. Завтраки проходят в соседнем корпусе на нижнем этаже, в форме шведского стола с 7 до 10 утра. Все было вкусно. Много выпечки, фрукты, йогурты, блины, сырники, колбасы и сыра несколько видов, сухофрукты и орехи, жарят яичницу по запросу и делают кофе. После такого сытного завтрака, второй прием пищи у нас был только вечером. Отдельное спасибо Диле, готовила все с душой и по домашнему. Собрала нам ланч боксы, тк в день выезда мы не успевали позавтракать (был ранний вылет). Поездкой в Самарканд остались довольны. Отель рекомендую.

There was a misunderstanding with my previous booking for another property in the same wellness complex near Samarkand, but when I got to the nearby Hilton Garden Inn Sogt instead, I felt in good hands from the first minute - and all there was perfect, at least for my understanding. Cozy, warm, quiet and simply, but stylishly furnished rooms, amazing bed and bathroom, huge TV (which I didn't use for a second, but it's nice to know you have one), and all this - in a very peaceful, quiet and beautiful surrounding. Probably the best hotel service you can get in Samarkand, is in that area. Airport is 20 minutes away, similar is the time to the downtown and historic area of Samarkand. Yandex taxis are available day and night, and their rates are something you can't even dream of in the Western world.

Beautiful hotel, clean, modern design and great facilities. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to try their breakfast which sounded promising. The spa facilities (pool, sauna and hammam) are very clean and not busy at all. The room was very spacious and even though is a huge hotel it didn’t feel crowded.

I didn't take pic of the room as it is basic but spacious enough. The hotel is strategically located in between various sightseeing sites. For travellers who opt for tram and bus, you choose the right location because opposite the hotel just accross the road, there is a tramvay stop and bus stop. Tramvay goes to and for the main train station if you are departing for Tashkent or Bukhara. While bus goes around the city. Take bus 22 to go around the city area such as Registan centre. Take bus 31 to and for airport. Really convenient, affordable, and I highly recommend it.

Everything was excellent until the black out happened twice in one morning on our last day at the hotel. ID of the toilets need improvement - need the racks to be spaced out for hanging clothes and towels. WiFi can be improved, randomly getting cut out, not so ideal for working. Heated water in the shower was a tad too hot and couldn't make it colder. Mr T. loves the bidets and the multi-functioned toilet bowls. Breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide range of selection.

Olvidé tomar una foto de la habitación 2 minutos a pie de la estación de tren de Samarkand Muy buenos empleados de habla eng. Todos los empleados fueron muy amables y informativos La habitación era absolutamente hermosa y limpia También se ha hecho una gran ducha. Me gustaba quedarme aquí.

El Khan Hotel está estratégicamente ubicado, casi en la zona pintoresca del centro de la ciudad. Las instalaciones del hotel son nuevas y limpias. El desayuno es rico y delicioso. La actitud de servicio del personal es excelente y le ayuda a reservar hoteles, comprar billetes de avión y tomar taxis. No se siente como si estuviera en un país extranjero. Es un hotel con un alto rendimiento en costos y vale la pena hospedarse. Si tengo la oportunidad de venir a Samarcanda en el futuro, definitivamente me hospedaré en este hotel nuevamente.

Хороший отель, ресторан работает до 22.00 (еда вкусная). Бара нет (так как халяльный отель). Завтрак хороший многообразный. Коллектив очень добрый, внимательный и отзывчивый. Единственное конечно, что смутило не работал бассейн (на сайте про это не пишут), хотя на улице уже 26-28 градусов тепла. Поэтому если вы едете в Самараканд и хотели покупаться лучше прилетать в мае, тогда все будет работать.

Прекрасный гостеприимный Самарканд начался с этого отеля. Красиво, чисто, просторно, шикарные завтраки, уютная обстановка двора, роспись на стенах. В шаговой доступности от многих интересных мест - площади Регестан, мечети Би-Би и многих других. Единственное, в ванной маленькая площадь душевой, но это никак не повлияло на общее впечатление )
