Las habitaciones son agradables... sólo necesitan un poco más de atención a la limpieza.

El hotel es muy agradable, la habitación es grande y limpia. Teníamos una estancia cómoda. El desayuno no es buffet, pero el crédito de 40$ en un restaurante, lo suficiente para dos personas, no muy malo.

El hotel está situado en el centro de Las Cruces, y es muy limpio. Tampoco tenemos ningún problema con traer a nuestro bebé de pelo con nosotros.

No es bueno, el precio es también práctico, el suelo de madera, se garantiza que no hay olor, la habitación es lo suficientemente grande, la cama es muy grande, muy cómodo, si no se acerca a la carretera, quiere vivir otra noche!!!!!!

Un gran hotel cerca del aeropuerto con un servicio de transporte gratuito cada 15 minutos. Desayuno caliente fantástico. Todo lo que pueda necesitar, incluido un restaurante en la calle (2 minutos a pie) si desea algo más ....

ダブルベッドx2のスイートを予約し、連日歩き通しのプランなので疲れを取るため事前に浴槽付きの部屋が確保できる様ホテルへ直接メールで念押し確認しておいたのですが、当日に団体客が入ったとの理由から滞在中全てシャワーのみの部屋になってしまい、残念でした。また室内にコーヒーメーカーがなく、朝11時までフロント近くのバーエリアに設置されるのを取りに行く必要があり不便でした。部屋からはすぐの距離ですが、しかたなく身なりを整えてコーヒーを取りに行ったところ、たまたまバスローブ1枚で前をはだけて、下は**・裸足の方がいて、そこまで気を使わなくて良いのだと学びました。こちらは慌てて目をそらしたので、その方が女性だったのか男性だったのかも不明です。 朝9、10時くらいから夜22時まで、サンタフェ中心地のマップ内（地図をもらえます）であれば、どこでも無料シャトルバス（チップのみ）を頼めるのは便利でした。 ホテルから出発する際はフロントに伝えて入り口で待つと1～5分程度でとてもフレンドリーなドライバーが来てくれます。また外からホテルまでのピックアップはフロントに電話で場所を伝える必要があります。今回はアメリカ国内で電話が使えなかったので、帰りは毎回Uberタクシーを使いましたが、サンタフェ市内Uberタクシーの利用は問題ありませんでした。日中に中心地まで歩くのは問題ないですが、暗くなってからの帰りは安全面のため徒歩は避けたほうがよさそうです。歩いて数分の所にあるTomasita’sというレストランは南西部料理がとてもおいしかったです。またホテルのドアを出てぐるっと駐車場エリアを回ると、裏口から土曜日朝のファーマーズマーケットまですぐです。ファーマーズマーケットと隣接して現地の生産者から直接アクセサリーやタイルアート等のお土産が買えるエリア（屋内・屋外）もあり、楽しめました。 夜になると暖炉のあるレストランエリアで生演奏が楽しめます。ネイティブアメリカンの笛の演奏はとても幻想的で素敵でした。 部屋は天井が高くゆったりした作りですが、洗面台にドアがついていないため誰かが寝ているときにドライヤ―を使うのははばかられます。ベッドが高くて日本人にとってはよじ登らないといけず、ちょっと腰かける様に座ることが出来ませんが寝心地は大変よかったです。

77 dólares, y el precio es bueno. Medio ambiente: Wal-Mart, McDonald's, etc. Instalaciones: la salchicha no es limpia. La zona del cuarto es demasiado pequeña. ¿Hay alguna? Higiene: común. Ambiente: Está bien, el estacionamiento es suficiente. La variedad de desayunos incluye huevos de melocotones, pan, maffia, café de fruta, etc.

El estacionamiento es amplio, al aire libre y gratuito. La habitación es grande, pero la decoración es bastante antigua. El servicio en general es bueno. Está ubicado a las afueras de la ciudad. Hay muchos restaurantes cerca y es seguro.

Conducía un camión en movimiento con un remolque de coche y tenía el estacionamiento que necesitaba. Estacionamiento seguro también. Piscina fue una gran pausa de conducir durante el verano final de calor.

I really appreciated the staff , real problem solvers and genuinely nice people. One even helped me find a less expensive place to stay to fit my budget. Complimentary coffee ( varied options) , water dispenser in lobby, and a fantastic very large tv in the bedroom were some draw cards. I could use my Netflix membership easily . I didn’t get the included breakfast as I booked through a third party so explore booking direct . The breakfast sounded good:) . It certainly offers a far nicer ambience than the less expensive place I relocated to . Their Nice carefully picked staff make a big difference. They should all be complimented ! :)

Good location and nice roof bar with great staff and drinks. Unfortunately, the room was not up to the standard the hotel claims and the TV's network connection did not work.

Ambiente: Está bien, el estacionamiento es suficiente. La variedad de desayunos incluye huevos de melocotones, pan, maffia, café de fruta, etc.

住了兩晚 每天早上都會很早八九點的時候被服務員叫醒 第一天是敲門 哐哐哐兩人都在睡覺的時候 説不需要打掃later later根本不管用打開門西班牙語説話很快也根本聽不懂 反正讓他她走 貌似一會兒又敲門了 很影響休息 第二天是熟睡的兩人九點多被客房電話吵醒。。接聽了對面沒聲兒 兩天啊都是被吵醒的 downtown很多酒店還有Loretto也很漂亮總之沒必要必須選這家為了地理位置什麼的 好氣啊 馬桶正常用一下就堵了 第一天打掃衞生沒有換毛巾 第二晚沒得用 房間裏沒有提供瓶裝礦泉水 甚至前台都沒有？！！！

Muy agradable aquí, muy cerca del centro de la ciudad, conveniente. La disposición de la habitación es cálida y cómoda!

A shower is not simply a shower for me. A shower is a way of acclimating myself to the lucidity required to engage in everyday life. It is a way to mentally and physically prepare myself for whatever may lie ahead for me for the day. It's a routine that borders on a spiritual ritual to allow myself to function in the world at my maximum potential. I am not exaggerating, then, when I say my shower at The Inn and Spa at Loretto was one of the most uncomfortable experiences in my life. I awoke early in the morning in eager anticipation to enjoy everything Santa Fe has to offer, and as I watched the sun rise over the Sangre de Christo Mountains, marveling at the beauty of the New Mexico sunrise. All that was left for me was to take my shower and prepare for the day. Nothing could have prepared me for what happened next. I stepped into the bathroom and made my way over to the shower, and turned the knob as I always would to roughly halfway to initiate the process. As I anxiously waited to begin my shower routine, the bathroom quickly filled with steam. After the cool morning air this felt nice at first, but of course I didn't want to scald myself! I turned the faucet back towards the cool side as I stepped into the shower, expecting that I understood where I would reach a ”warm” temperature. Within seconds I was blasted with ice cold water as if straight from a glacier. Pain shot up my spine to my neck as the icy water rained upon me, and I reflexively turned the knob back towards the hot side, thinking I surely had found the ”happy medium”. Within moments I was engulfed in red hot water that felt as if it had just been boiled in a tea pot across my face and neck, stunning me yet again. Frustrated, I moved the shower head directly to the floor, spraying my feet with the same steaming water. I then carefully moved the faucet, one centimeter at a time towards the cold side, gauging the point at which the water would begin to cool. Amazingly, there was no change. After 10 or so careful movements of the knob, the water began to cool, to my great relief. However, within moments the ice cold water returned, once again sending shivers up my spine. After more experimentation and constant discomfort, it became clear that there were only two options for this shower: burning hot or ice cold. The rest of my shower was spent doing a horrible dance of moving between excessively hot and cold water, moving my body out of the water frequently to minimize the pain. I ultimately managed to do the bare minimum necessary to get myself clean, with the chance of a relaxing and revitalizing experience clearly being out of the question. This is not how I would want anyone to start their day, and I feel this should be unacceptable for a hotel with the stature and reputation of The Inn and Spa at Loretto. While the rest of my experience there was quite nice, this shower left me with an awful feeling for much of my day. I hope they are able to ensure that future guests do not have to go through an experience like this.

No muchas cosas en el hotel estaban abiertas debido a COVID-19. Las criadas hacían servicio a las habitaciones todos los días, lo que me sorprendió. Nos hemos alojado en otros hoteles recientemente y las camareras no ordenaron las habitaciones durante toda nuestra estancia.

El hotel está muy bien, el servicio de oficina no parecía muy feliz ni hospitalario.
