The hotel itself is fine and the location is excellent, but we had several awful service experiences. First, the king bed room we booked was not available when we check in, so they put us in a double bed room and said they would move us the next day. Then when we went to the front desk to move to our new room, the person at the front desk was not friendly and was taking so long to handle our situation. We were worried we would be late for our tour, so we asked if we could leave and they could move our luggage to the new room. She said no, we can't change rooms until we are ready to move the luggage ourselves, and that our luggage would stay in the old room. When we came back later that day, they moved us to our new room but our luggage was not in our old room or the new room! We were so worried they lost our luggage. Finally they figured out that they moved our luggage to a 3rd room, and they tried to blame us for it. All of these interactions took a long time because the front desk was so slow and the line was long. After all that trouble, they only gave us a meager $25 credit as an apology. Lastly, we accidentally left a small pouch of personal items in our first room and when we told them about this, they made no effort to try and find it. When we checked out, we also left a souvenir we had bought in the room accidentally. We tried calling the hotel to see if they could find the missing item and ship it to us. We waited on hold for a long time before the front desk transferred us to the wrong place, the automated reservations agent. So frustrating! It is clear the staff there do not communicate between shifts or departments and just don't care about treating their guests well. Simple things like contacting the lost and found about a missing item should not be this difficult. The only good staff interactions we had were with the interns who were there on a training program. Also the wifi is not free. How are big hotels like this getting away with charging for wifi in 2025? Tl;dr: staff are not helpful at all, their communication is awful. Wifi not free

El hotel está justo encima del casino. No hace falta decir que es magnífico. Simplemente coma, beba y diviértase en el casino, pero el tráfico para ir a otra parte es un problema. Tienes que conducir solo.

La habitación es limpia y agradable, pero hay un pequeño ruido de ascensor. Hay una ventana pero no hay vistas en absoluto

Muy buena ubicación Porque además de que aunque no está en la zona de fiesta está en una zona muy tranquila muy cerca de la zona de fiesta pero extremadamente cerca del Museo Nacional de la Segunda Guerra Mundial. Es un vecindario seguro y muy muy tranquilo. Su desayuno es muy completo y excelente.

Service was good. Room was nice size, clean and well appointed. The only problem I had was the shower/bathtub. The water pressure was not very good and the shower curtain was not big enough to close up while showering. Other than that it was a lovely room and bathroom.

La ubicación del hotel está tranquila y puede llegar a unos 10 minutos a pie de las atracciones. El servicio del hall es amable, la habitación es limpia y limpia, debe ser todo lo posible, la sala de fitness está en el piso superior y las instalaciones deben estar completas. Отличная цена, шикарное местоположение. Чисто убирают каждый день. Но отель очень странный, в номере нет холодильника (вообще никакого), пришлось просить ресепшен забрать лекарства, которые требуют хранения в холодильнике. Также нет сейфа, нет шкафов (вместо шкафов пару вешалок на стене). Нет раковины в туалете, раковина стоит в комнате с кроватью. При этом места в туалете много, спокойно бы туда поместилась.

Fantástico como siempre! Estamos siempre disfrutando de nuestra estadía. Zoey Duplichain es un fantástico concierge y muy atento a los detalles. Nuestro especial pedido de chocolate de bolo fue fantástico. El agua era perfecta y la comida es deliciosa. Nos encantaba y volvemos la semana que viene! No podemos decir lo suficiente sobre eso! ¡Nos encanta la factura en la playa y Austin es un gran servidor. La playa es grande para caminar por la noche y la atmósfera es grande! Muchas cosas que hacer y mucho que ver para todos. Nos encanta el nugget dorado. El jack negro es maravilloso y mantienen las bebidas en camino. Nos vamos a celebrar mi cumpleaños 21 de los gemelos el lunes. No puedo esperar que sea absolutamente perfecto. Hemos pedido un queso de Vic y Anthony’s. Estoy seguro de que no será nada menos de sorprendente.

Enjoyed my stay. Nice, clean room. Witness a guest stumble past 2 staff members with a beer in his hand. The guest eventually fell at the elevator. I informed the staff members present. ID staff informed me that he called someone but did not leave his post. A third staff member arrived as we entered the elevator. I can understand the member checking ID could not leave his post, but the other guy standing closer to elevators could have made some type of effort to assist.

The Hotel is beautiful the restraints were a complex JOKE, the food was horrible, extremely overcharged for terrible tasting food. We couldn’t be more disappointed in a Hight Class Hotel having such low class restraints affiliated on there premises. We will never book a reservation with you again. Shame on you!!! BOOO,
