From the concierge who provided excellent recommendations to the housekeeping staff who kept everything spotless, the level of service exceeded my expectations. I also had the opportunity to relax at the hotel’s RIVUE Tower Pool, which was a tranquil oasis after a day of exploring the city. «La gente estaba bien en el escritorio, pero el hotel necesita limpiar. La puerta tenía un gran crack cuando usted entró en el escritorio delantero. La habitación estaba limpia justo a la cama la lámpara no funcionaba y el plugin no funcionaba. La puerta exterior no funcionó con la llave y la llave de la habitación se detuvo dos veces durante la estancia.»
