La dirección del hotel es de primera clase. Es muy conveniente para ir a todas partes. La autopista está justo al lado del hotel.
También hay muchos lugares de comida rápida y tiendas cerca.
La habitación es en general higiénica y el espacio está bien.
Cuando abras las dos pieles grandes, no sentirás ninguna obstrucción.

Nice, clean, modern hotel, amenities were good the only thing is that there's no pool only jacuzzi, at the time the kitchen/bar didn't have those many options but there's 10% off for the restaurant across the street.

El hotel está cerca del aeropuerto, a solo 5 minutos en coche. El servicio de transporte al aeropuerto es práctico, pero no funciona las 24 horas. La decoración de las habitaciones es antigua, pero está limpia. El aire acondicionado está lleno de polvo. Lo que pagas es lo que obtienes.

First of all, when we booked the hotel, neither Trip.com nor The Aster, Los Angeles, mentioned anything about the rooftop being closed on the dates we booked. On May 13 and May 14, we stayed in room 3 0 6. The hotel pictures showed and bragged about having a rooftop and plenty of pics of people there, and nowhere was revealed anywhere on their website or Trip.com that would not be available on those dates. When we reached out to Trip.com, they pretty much said that the rooftop amenities weren't listed as part of our package. Really Trip.com? You have to list the rooftop as the amenity... Got it. That was so lame a response. Everyone knows people book due to the pictures, and this was a seriously lame response from the Trip.com customer support personnel. We decided to save our opinion for this review.
The Aster had nice people, but it's hard to believe the availability missing on their website is a detail they would miss. Their hotel has impeccable detail and design. One can only surmise they conveniently left out the information because people would obviously not book there and go somewhere else. I told the front receptionist this as we were checking in. She mentioned, well, it said it on *******. But we didn't book through *******, we booked through Trip.com. And those specific details were not evident. After July 1st the Government is getting stricter on transparency with hotels having to mention things so we missed this window, but we're happy to hold hotels like The Aster accountable:-)
Also, on Wednesday, we checked out, and they had a fire alarm drill test that lasted about 10 minutes. They forgot to mention another minor ”inconvenience” when we booked on their website. It was at 10 am. It wasn't so bad, but to state the obvious, they left out the ability for customers to decide by not making that information transparent during the booking process. It's not like the fire department or tech people didn't schedule that in advance.
1. If you book through Trip.com, please make sure you specify, call their customer support, and get it in writing. The clickbait and pictures seem shady and sketchy and reflect a lack of credibility in the process.
2. Trip.com asked which room we wanted to be in. When we picked the room, we picked the city-view balcony. But we got put in the poolside view instead. It wasn't bad, but that was missing in the booking details that Trip.com sent to The Aster. My fiance ended up being okay with the poolside view, but it should have been in the booking details via Trip.com. So please, please make sure you watch this if you book through them and call the hotel in advance.
Lastly, the decor, valet, and, in general, the service people were very nice and thoughtful. We would give them 5 stars.

UUsuario invitadoLocation is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!

PPadroEl hotel recientemente renovado está justo al lado de Disney, todo es muy bueno, sin embargo, si no tienes una cuota de membresía para Internet, la tienda en el primer piso del hotel tiene café Starbucks y sándwiches y algunos productos de Disney. Lo más importante a tener en cuenta es la tarifa del estacionamiento, que es de una noche. La tarifa es 3 veces yuanes, por lo que no se trata solo de cuánto cuesta la habitación.

KKI recently had the pleasure of staying at Conrad Los Angeles and it was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, I felt the warmth and professionalism of the staff. The hotel itself is very new and beautifully designed, making for an incredibly comfortable stay. I’ve stayed in hotels that cost significantly more—sometimes 800 to 900 dollars a night—and yet this one exceeds them all in both quality and value. It truly is the best hotel of its kind, bar none.
I especially want to mention Lila at the front desk. She was kind enough to upgrade my room, and her helpful nature made me feel so welcome. Throughout my stay, housekeeping was excellent—my room was always spotless and well-stocked. Whenever I asked for extra items like a microwave or an iron, the staff brought them to my room right away and made sure I had everything I needed.
The only minor hiccup was with the mini-bar: I removed a few drinks to make space for my own water, and the next day I noticed a charge for using the mini-bar. However, once I let the staff know, they immediately assured me there would be no charge.
Overall, Conrad Los Angeles stands out for its beautiful facilities, attentive service, and superb value. I highly recommend it, and I look forward to returning in the future. Thank you again to Lila and the entire team for making my stay so memorable!

RRachel¡Las habitaciones del hotel aquí son increíbles! Mi estancia aquí fue muy relajante y cómoda. Tendrás que coger un coche para llegar a la mayor parte de la vida nocturna. Desafortunadamente, no tuve una buena experiencia con el personal, estaban impacientes y cuando nos registramos, la señora de la recepción fue francamente grosera. Lo cual es un verdadero fastidio porque la configuración del hotel hace que sea realmente difícil encontrar su habitación sin la ayuda de un miembro del personal. Sé que trabajar con personas todo el día puede ser difícil y estaría feliz de darles otra oportunidad porque todo lo demás fue muy bueno.

CChloe J LWe had a fantastic stay at the Westin St Francis. It exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it. The hotel and suite itself were amazing, but more importantly, it was the service that really impressed us. 5 Star service and we were so grateful for how helpful all the staff were. Particularly Luis who checked us in and was very kind. Also, a special thank you to Bikram who was most helpful when I left my AirPods behind and he organised for them to be returned to me!

Quería reservar un masaje en el spa, y se le dijo al spa, no forman parte del hotel y requieren 48 horas de aviso, ya que los terapeutas están en llamada. Así 1/2 La razón por la que me quedé allí fue por eso, que no se publicó de esa manera. a las 3:45 a.m. estaba despertado por alguien que intentaba entrar en mi habitación. Habiendo sido un error, me equivoqué. a los 30 segundos más tarde, ellos intentaron otra vez con más vigor. Llamé al escritorio delantero, y Colin dijo que iba a verlo. me llamó un par de minutos después dijo que no vio a nadie. mientras en el teléfono con él se hizo un intento más fuerte por ”nadie”. Llegó un grito, y le dije que necesitaba ayudarme. Dije que estaba empacando mis cosas y quería un escolta de mi habitación. llegó a cerca de 5-10 min más tarde y fui al lobby, a las 5:00. Cuando esperé hasta las 8:30 pm hasta que fuera luz y podría ir a algún lugar. Seguridad hay un problema. el personal no lo hace La policía debería haber sido llamada después de la segunda intención. ”Esto nunca ha ocurrido antes” no es la respuesta adecuada. Mi viaje fue roto, y un buen hotel se fue mal en prisa.

UUsuario invitadoEl aparcamiento es cómodo y gratuito. El hotel cuenta con un servicio de transporte a Disneyland, lo cual es muy práctico. Está a 5 minutos en coche y jugamos hasta que Disneyland cerró. ¡Fue divertidísimo! El desayuno era sencillo y la habitación muy tranquila.
