La ubicación es conveniente. El hotel en sí es antiguo, la habitación está deteriorada, la limpieza es mala, hay polvo y las cortinas están sucias. Hay muy poca luz en la habitación, una lámpara por cada bombilla; está oscuro. Hay pocos enchufes; para cargar el teléfono había que hacerlo en el baño con el secador apagado. Los desayunos son buenos, sabrosos y variados.

En resumen, me gusta mi habitación en el edificio B, habitación 314. Es una habitación grande para una persona que viaja sola, con dos camas y aire acondicionado funcionando bien. Está cerca del centro comercial Terminal 21; para ir a la playa, tuve que caminar 40 minutos desde el hotel. Si te alojas aquí y quieres ir a algún lugar cerca del centro de Pattaya, te recomiendo que no tomes un Mosai (una moto individual que te llevan y cuesta caro). Necesitas la aplicación BOLT, porque es más barata. No lo supe hasta mi tercer día en el hotel. Tomé un Mosai a Soi Buakhao y me costó solo 80 baths, mientras que si reservas en BOLT, son solo 30 baths.

Exceptional Return Stay – Personalized Service Beyond Expectations! This was my return visit to the hotel, and I must say I am as impressed as I was the first time. The consistency in quality and service is truly remarkable. I would like to highlight the exceptional service I received regarding my special requests for this stay. I had requested a complimentary birthday cake and a pre-booked Pavilion, both of which were handled perfectly and honestly exceeded my expectations. Special thanks to the following team members: Khun Pakakan (Reservation Office) & Khun Somporn: Thank you for the seamless coordination and for securing the Pavilion booking for me. The communication via email was prompt and professional. Khun Kaw (Front Office): It was a pleasure to be checked in by Khun Kaw again! The service was outstanding. She provided a very clear explanation of the facilities and all the exclusive privileges with a warm, genuine smile. Having a familiar face provide such high-level service made the welcome feel very special. For the breakfast, I noticed a significant variety of Indian cuisine during my stay. While it was more prominent than usual, it was completely understandable as there seemed to be an Indian group in-house at the time. The quality remained good nonetheless. Overall, it was another wonderful stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for attentive service and a memorable experience. I will definitely be back!

El minibar complimentario fue una amplia inclusión y añadió aún más valor a la experiencia. El servicio de la sala de estar era excelente. El restaurante ofrece comidas de alta calidad para la cena y el desayuno, y las instalaciones de la sauna y el onzén se relajan increíblemente y ofrecen un beneficio increíble que no se incluye a ningún costo adicional. En vista de la experiencia general, el valor del punto de precio es excepcional y vale bien. Mi único decepción no es reservar esta propiedad antes. Si vuelvo a Pattaya, no he tenido ninguna duda de quedarme aquí otra vez.

El personal del restaurante nos brindó un servicio excelente durante los dos días de nuestra estancia. A los niños les encantaron las piscinas, tanto grandes como pequeñas. Cuando llegamos, probablemente acababan de limpiar la habitación y el suelo seguía mojado. El aire acondicionado era agradable y fresco. La cama era cómoda, pero había muchos mosquitos. Las cortinas de la entrada podrían haber sido más gruesas. La luz exterior era muy intensa cuando dormía. El televisor era antiguo, lo que me mareaba, así que rara vez lo encendía.

The hotel atmoshere and interior are very good which had nothing to complain but the staff needed lots more too improve, so unprofessional handling. First ,we booked 4 bedrooms in connected 2 villas and arrived hotel around 3.05 pm which we are not supposed to wait for the room as it was already late afternoon but we had to wait for almost one and a half hour to get into our pool villas. Somemore we had to wait for almost half an hour to get just a glass of easy welcome drinks while you had so many staffs walking around small reception area and lots of guests sitting and waiting for their rooms and drinks. Secondly we went out to find some dinner later but we were not sure that in room had any dishs or any kitchen eqipments for us to use so we called the hotel staff to ask if any kitchenware in room available to use and told staff that we were outside hotel. The staff kept calling me few times to check my name and room to see if we could use their kitchen equip. For these common equip the staff should had info in their knowledge of work place to reply and know need to call few time to confirm customer name to check if they can use dishes in room. Last but not least , before checked out we were told that every room had the premium coffee sachets which would be charged if consumed but we didn't have these coffee from beginning which end up the staffs just found out that hotel itself had run out of stocks and didn't put them for guest inroom. Somemore we booked the yatch to go island at 9 am and we called reception about 8.30 am that we wanted to check out and asked to send housekeeping to check our room quickly before we checked out but they never come till we had to wait for them checking our rooms till 9.30 am as they couldn't find one coffee mug while we were waiting at reception and one manager had to go to help checking too. End up the staff wanted us to go back to room to help them searching for one coffee mug which finally they themselve found at pool area. Within half an hour and many staffs searching for one mug, we thought that if you couldn't find in house you must find out in any area that guests could spend inside the villa as we confirmed that nothing were broken or were taked by us. But not asked us to go back to help housekeeping staff and manager searching a coffee mug. These were rediculous that we never had before in any resort or hotel. We were experienced such an unprofessional and such a messy staffs handling without good communication among themselves. With these hi end hotel with high prices , it was not supposed to give any excuses for any rubbished service like low cost resort at all. Btw , we were given one BD cake from night shift staff who picked up the phone from us to borrow BD candle. We really appreciated these initiative and thoughtful from her. Thanks for your concern.

We stayed at this hotel for more than 30 days — in fact, over a month — and we can confidently say that we are leaving with the warmest and most wonderful memories. This is truly one of the best hotels in Pattaya. Everything here is beautiful: the excellent beachfront location with stunning views, the peaceful atmosphere, and the sense of privacy and calm. A special thank you to the Club Lounge team — the level of service they provide is truly exceptional. There is always a light, friendly atmosphere, with humour and sincere attention. You don’t feel like just a guest — you feel like a friend. Each morning you greet the staff, chat with them, and gradually guests begin to connect with each other too. It creates a very special and warm environment. This hotel is perfect for a calm, adult-oriented holiday. It is not a place for loud parties or busy entertainment — it is for those who truly want to relax and recharge. That is exactly what makes it so unique and valuable. We would also like to highlight how professionally and discreetly the entire team works. This is especially noticeable during events: sunbeds are quickly removed and returned, spaces are prepared and restored almost invisibly, without any noise or inconvenience for guests. In the evening there is an event — in the morning everything is perfectly clean again, as if nothing happened. A very special thank you to our beloved Nunnapat Wongpipit (Lyn), Executive Assistant Manager. She is a true example of inspiring leadership. Thanks to her, you can feel how united and positive the whole team is. She is always in touch with guests and genuinely tries to make their stay even more enjoyable. This was not our first stay here — and it certainly won’t be our last. We return because this is exactly the kind of отдых we are looking for. Las habitaciones del hotel en los niveles inferiores tienen duchas que se inundan y duchas en los baños, lo que no es conveniente y es fácil resbalarse y caerse. El desayuno es terrible, de hecho, no ofrecen capuchinos y los croissants no son nada frescos.

La habitación era excelente, muy espaciosa y estaba impecablemente limpia. Su ubicación era inmejorable, cerca de todo. La estancia fue muy agradable y confortable. Los alrededores ofrecían todas las comodidades y la conexión con la carretera era muy práctica. Lo recomiendo totalmente y sin duda volveré.

El estacionamiento es estrecho y no está disponible en los fines de semana. De lo contrario, buenos precios.
