Como huésped frecuente de este hotel, me entristece la aparición de bares de cerveza al lado del establecimiento, lo que en esta ocasión hizo que mi estancia fuera mucho menos agradable. El ruido se oía hasta altas horas de la madrugada. Cerrar la ventilación de la ventana abierta de los baños sería una buena idea, ya que los baños ya están ventilados por un ventilador. Por ahí entra mucho ruido. ¿También poner burletes alrededor de la puerta de entrada? Sigue siendo un buen hotel, pero no es la ganga que solía ser.

Amazing!! We already booked our next stay. Beautiful beach, kids activities like kids jet ski, swim up bar, great customer service! A bit pricey but well worth the cost.

This was genuinely one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally warm, professional, and accommodating. Being personally driven to our room added a unique and memorable touch to the stay. When we entered the room, we were honestly amazed. It is rare for a hotel to exceed its promotional photos, but this one truly did. The room was immaculate, beautifully presented, and thoughtfully designed. The complimentary minibar was a generous inclusion and added even more value to the experience. Service throughout our stay was outstanding. The front desk team were always available and quick to assist with any request. The restaurant delivered high quality meals for both dinner and breakfast, and the onsen and sauna facilities were incredibly relaxing and a fantastic benefit to have included at no extra cost. Considering the overall experience, the value for the price point is exceptional and well worth it. My only regret is not booking this property sooner. If I return to Pattaya, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Objetivamente no es un 5*... Bueno *3. El desayuno es escaso en cuanto a platos, pero todo es sorprendentemente comestible. Ubicación: la llamamos en ruso ”acogedor f...s”. A unos 5 km de la terminal 21, el mercado más cercano y las tiendas de masajes están a 2 km del hotel. El hotel en sí, aunque está en sus inicios, todavía está vivo. Limpian normalmente. El hotel es tranquilo, a diferencia del centro de la ciudad.

Servicio: El personal es muy agradable desde el check-in, el campanario, el restaurante, el check-out. Alimento: definitivamente podría mejorar. We stayed at this hotel for more than 30 days — in fact, over a month — and we can confidently say that we are leaving with the warmest and most wonderful memories. You don’t feel like just a guest — you feel like a friend. Each morning you greet the staff, chat with them, and gradually guests begin to connect with each other too. It creates a very special and warm environment. This hotel is perfect for a calm, adult-oriented holiday. It is not a place for loud parties or busy entertainment — it is for those who truly want to relax and recharge. That is exactly what makes it so unique and valuable. We would also like to highlight how professionally and discreetly the entire team works. This is especially noticeable during events: sunbeds are quickly removed and returned, spaces are prepared and restored almost invisibly, without any noise or inconvenience for guests. In the evening there is an event — in the morning everything is perfectly clean again, as if nothing happened. A very special thank you to our beloved Nunnapat Wongpipit (Lyn), Executive Assistant Manager. She is a true example of inspiring leadership. Thanks to her, you can feel how united and positive the whole team is. She is always in touch with guests and genuinely tries to make their stay even more enjoyable. This was not our first stay here — and it certainly won’t be our last. We return because this is exactly the kind of отдых we are looking for. Las habitaciones del hotel en los niveles inferiores tienen duchas que se inundan y duchas en los baños, lo que no es conveniente y es fácil resbalarse y caerse. El desayuno es terrible, de hecho, no ofrecen capuchinos y los croissants no son nada frescos.

Hotel resort. El servicio es excelente y las instalaciones, impecables. Es fácil acceder al centro de la ciudad en taxi, y las habitaciones familiares son un gran punto a favor.

Location is good, next to 7/11 and a short walk to the mall/shopping/food. There is also 2 restaurants close to the hotel, Japanese and Indian. At arrival the reception desk was very helpful and friendly, also very helpful during our whole stay of 5 nights. Great service at all times. Popcorn man is very friendly and nice. Have read other reviews before about the free coffee and popcorn, that is very nice, but they use a lot of sugar at the Popcorn! That is not for us Scandinavians. Thailand seems to have sugar in almost every things, in dried fish, smoked salmon, popcorn, juice and a lot more. To bad. Probably a way to make Thailand fat. Had a great room with mountain view and it was peaceful and nice. The room has a bathtub and Japanese style toilet, charging point next to the bed. Has a switch next to the bed to turn on a light outside the room door for clean the room or Not disturb. Old and a bit worn out hotel, but absolutely a nice hotel and good breakfast. A hotel with a lot of mirrors all over, and a lot of glass windows in and around the reception area and floors. Probably not a big cleaning staff to keep all the glass and mirrors clean at all times. The Onsen is like other guests has said before, almost no one use it. They should have made a steam room in the second shower room. It's a big room inside the Onsen that no one use. Would make a great steamroom size. And members and guests would for sure start using the Onsen a lot more. There is even room for making a female side at the Onsen, already a second pool that is covered up with no use. Split up the huge entrance rooms, leave a few showers for the women and a simple wall to close the gap for each side, and open the second pool with water flow from the big one. Then it would be happy guests of both women and men. The gym was back in the days a great and professional one, and it still works very well today. Worn out and a few leaks when it rains but can have a good workout any way. Did not use the pool, but used the sunbeds. There is 3 sunbeds and one of them is almost collapsed, no mattress. Bit of sun in the morning before the sun gets behind the hotel building, also sun at late afternoon. Too bad the tennis court is closed due to leaks and saggy floor. Suggest the Hotel to remove the chemicals that is right next to the pool in public We will come back, great staff, big room with a bathtub and good location.
