The location is fantastic, just exactly what I needed especially in Ramadan. The masjid next door makes it so accessible and easy for travelers. What I really appreciate about this is The receptionist ( a lady which her name began with M - i think she’s Indonesian originally , I forgot her full name - sorry) She was very helpful and kind. The service guys are always nice. The staff at the entrance of the dinning were very friendly. The buffe was delicious and had variety. The only not very pleasant experience I had was with this 2 specific security guards at the front entrance on the 25th Feb around 8:00pm. They acted very rude and unhelpful ( I don’t know their names but they need to improve in their humanity and manners. Other than this, I has a very pleasant experience here mostly.

¡Guau! ¡Qué hotel! Superó mis expectativas con creces y realmente disfruté cada momento. El servicio es increíble, especialmente el Sr. Muhammad, qué hombre tan amable y gentil. Él nos registró y nos registró. Tan pronto como entras al hotel te golpea el maravilloso olor. La decoración está fuera de este mundo. Los autobuses lanzadera eran muy frecuentes, la mayoría de las veces que esperé probablemente fueron 2 minutos, pero casi en todos los casos no tuve que esperar. Todas las puertas se abren para ti y te hacen sentir como un rey. El desayuno también era una variedad de buena comida. Definitivamente lo visitaré nuevamente. Era más barato que los hoteles cercanos. ¡Lo último que diré es Allaahuma baarik!

Excellent hotel with great service and a nice breakfast. Highly recommended! Compared to other hotels, this offers the best value for money. However, the location is on a hill, which may be difficult for elderly guests to access.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the reception team and delighted with a complimentary upgrade upon check-in. The upgraded room was not only spacious with breathtaking views but also impeccably clean and beautifully maintained, reflecting the hotel’s high standards. A special thank you to the reception manager, whose professionalism and welcoming demeanor made the check-in process smooth and set a positive tone for our stay. Their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring our satisfaction were truly appreciated. One of the thoughtful touches that enhanced our experience was the provision of bath salts, allowing us to unwind and relax after completing Umrah. It was a small but meaningful gesture that added to the overall sense of care. The service throughout the hotel was exceptional. The housekeeping team was proactive, consistently checking in to ensure we had enough towels, toiletries, and other essentials, contributing significantly to our comfort. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. The breakfast service team was attentive and welcoming, ensuring we were comfortable and well taken care of. They even provided a walk-around tour of the buffet spread, introducing us to the menu and explaining the dishes. The breakfast theme was thoughtfully curated, offering a wide range of delicious options to suit every palate. Desta and Sandhy stood out for their exceptional hospitality. They were incredibly helpful, attentive, and proactive in anticipating our needs, making us feel truly valued as guests. Hajar also deserves special recognition for her patience and creativity in resolving our requests with practical and thoughtful solutions. The in-room dining team, especially Farouk, provided excellent service. Farouk’s attentiveness and efficiency ensured that every meal was delivered promptly and with care, enhancing our overall experience. Raffles Makkah Palace sets the gold standard for luxury hospitality. With its outstanding service, thoughtful gestures, and exceptional team, it made our stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Makkah and look forward to returning for another incredible stay.

La habitación que costaba 2.000 yuanes la noche tenía vistas a la basura. La habitación daba a un aparcamiento y a ruinas. El desayuno no es tan bueno como el de los hoteles nacionales de cuatro estrellas. El número de platos calientes es inferior a 3 y son básicamente arroz frito y embutidos de baja calidad. Las instalaciones de las habitaciones son antiguas y el estilo es como el de un hotel antiguo de China. Además, el mantenimiento de las habitaciones no es el adecuado. Cuando me ducho, el agua casi entra en la nevera del hotel. está vacío y no hay nada. Aparte de la ubicación, este hotel básicamente no tiene nada que ofrecer. Los hoteles Hilton y Conrad contiguos son un tercio tan buenos como este hotel y su calidad es infinitamente mejor. Este hotel sólo vale 300 la noche, no más.

We stayed at InterContinental Jeddah for three nights over New Year’s Eve, expecting a special experience, but unfortunately the service was mediocre and underwhelming. Despite contacting the hotel two weeks in advance and receiving confirmation, the room was not prepared for three people upon arrival. Communication with reception and housekeeping was disappointing. An additional bed had to be requested twice, and when it finally arrived it was set up with a questionable brown blanket instead of proper white bedding. It took further effort to have it corrected. We also had to repeatedly ask for an extra towel for the third guest. The instant service phone line was constantly busy, forcing us to walk to reception multiple times. Even basic items like bath gel dispenser were not refilled, we had to call. Guest Relations contacted us via WhatsApp to ask about our stay, but after we responded, there was no reply at all—it appeared to be an automated message. Reception staff were forgetful and not proactive, despite the reception never being particularly busy during our stay. When asking about New Year’s Eve events, no one mentioned or attempted to upsell the hotel’s own buffet or any other activities. We only discovered the daily buffet (available until 1 a.m.) later when speaking directly with restaurant staff. There was also no information provided about Africa Cup screenings. On a positive note, the facilities are clean and well maintained, and the breakfast staff were the only truly attentive and professional team members throughout our stay. Particular thanks to the Egyptian(?) manager and his team. Overall, the hotel has potential, but the service level does not currently reflect the InterContinental brand, especially for a holiday stay.

Conectado al centro comercial del Mar Rojo, muy conveniente. La habitación es agradable y limpia, tiene todo lo que necesita. No se ha podido probar su comida, pero tienen un buen precio para el paquete de almuerzo ~55 Sar/pp.

Esta fue mi primera visita, ya que estaba de viaje de negocios al extranjero. No era el edificio principal, sino el de al lado. Las instalaciones no estaban al día, pero estaban limpias. Debido al trayecto hasta la ciudad, cené en el hotel. La comida estaba decente. También pagué el desayuno aparte (no hay descuento si no se paga por adelantado). Me cobraron un depósito similar al precio de la habitación. TT. Han pasado dos días, pero no lo han cancelado.

Overall good with the exception of ill naintained and ill eqipped gym and apsent of coffemaker in the room, everythind is upto expectation

El hotel ofrece excelentes instalaciones de 5 estrellas y un ambiente agradable. El personal de recepción es muy servicial y amable. Pude registrarme unas 6 horas antes sin ningún problema. El hotel está limpio y las habitaciones están equipadas con taquilla, báscula y TV. El gimnasio y la piscina son de primera categoría y el desayuno bufé es excepcional, con una amplia variedad de opciones. Me he alojado aquí dos veces en un año. Anteriormente, ofrecían un servicio de transporte a Ajiyad Road, que estaba muy cerca de Haram. Esta vez, sin embargo, utilizan autobuses más grandes que paran en la parte trasera de la estación de autobuses de Ajiyad, lo que aumenta la distancia a unos 500-600 metros de Haram. Solo hay dos autobuses grandes y salen tan pronto como están llenos, sin seguir estrictamente el horario. Terminé tomando un taxi por 10 riyales varias veces. A pesar de esto, recomiendo encarecidamente el hotel por sus excelentes instalaciones. Además, Albaik está convenientemente ubicado al otro lado de la calle.
