Price: Very cheap for a 4-star hotel. Good value for money. Location: Quite far, located in the an Naseem area, but like the vive there. Shuttle bus : very excellent and very punctual. Room: Overall okay, but the toilet is quite small. Breakfast: Has a good variety, but the menu is almost the same every day. I stayed for 7 nights and ended up eating nearly the same items daily. Staff: Generally okay, but there was a serious incident that affected my stay. One night, a bellman attempted to open my room door 2–3 times. Fortunately, I had engaged the inner lock, so he was unable to enter fully. He was accompanied by other outsiders, which was a clear breach of guest privacy and safety. I immediately made a complaint to the reception. They offered a room upgrade, but the room change process took a very long time. I waited from before Maghrib until after Isya, and eventually had to go to the reception myself to follow up. Wi-Fi: After changing to the new room, the Wi-Fi signal was very weak. I had to sit near the lift area just to get a stable and stronger internet connection, which was very inconvenient.

¡La oportunidad de hospedarme en este hotel me ha abierto un mundo de posibilidades! El hotel está conectado con la Gran Mezquita a través de un pasaje subterráneo. Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas, tranquilas e impecables. El desayuno es bastante variado y completo. Y lo más importante, ¡las vistas desde la habitación son espectaculares! El personal es amable y atento. Lo único es que, durante las horas punta, el proceso de check-in fue un poco lento; esperamos media hora. Por lo demás, todo perfecto. En general, me encantó. ¡Volvería sin dudarlo!

Lovely hotel very clean and calm and peaceful. Gym was smaller than expected and weights don’t go more than 20kg. Ac works great. The pillows were like balloons which wasn’t comfortable but overall stay was lovely.

L’hôtel est propre , toute les commodités dispo la piscine est bien juste pas assez de transat disponible si non le reste excellent !

Fue una buena estadía con mi familia. Muy cerca del Haram y hay un centro comercial que conecta con el hotel. Personal amable y servicial. Habitaciones limpias pero el servicio fue lento. Muy recomendable.

Hotel location is very good, reception staff was so cooperative, housekeeping is perfect. the only one comment is that wall partitions between the rooms are not isolating the voices properly which was a little annoying.

A very nice and clean hotel, located close to the Haram. The food is delicious, and the reception staff are extremely helpful and kind. The room is fantastic and cleaned daily. Highly recommended.

I had a very Nice experience there. The room service is kind and friendly. The room was clean and spacious. I recommend it.
