The place is beautiful, and the amenities were great. We really had a good time. But I have to be honest about a few things that were negative. We booked a room called the lovers room which was ~600 euros per night and the photos advertised were showing a room that was not the one we got. The room we got was still amazing, with many amenities, spaceous, great design, but it was not what was advertised. We even hired a photographer because it was our 1 year anniversary assuming we would get the room advertised which was two floors and had great views. We also called to mention that it was our anniversary the day before and the only thing they could offer was a wine bottle or a cake which is ok, but the service didn't make anything special about it. I think they have to be trained better for these things, because at the dinner, they sat us in a pretty bad table and we had to ask to be changed to a better one, but they should know this since I called in to tell them it was our anniversary. The dinner was also very slow. We sat for 1 hour with only bread. And the food was ok, not bad, not great, we paid 200 euros for an ok meal. And we had to wait hours because they were under staffed. One lady was serving near 10 tables. It was not a good experience. Finally, a boutique hotel that opens the sauna at 11am feels not well thought of. I think they have to figure out how to make the recovery amenities open from very early around 6/7am to very late around 10/11pm to accommodate for all guests. The final thing was that there was no butler and guests are expected to carry bags from the the parking to the lobby. I think they need to hire a butler at the entrance. Thats basically my feedback for this hotel given the price which is what you pay per night at the best 5 star hotels. Apart from that, again, the service was kind and helpful, the hotel design is beautiful and the location is insanely gorgeous. The rooms are also very well done.

Every aspect of our time was stellar at the palace! The extraordinary service began with Maria at the front desk and Luke helping us ladies get settled with all of our bags. Our rooms had views of the manicured gardens with mosaic walking paths. We opened our window for the cool breeze and was serenaded by a multitude of birdsong. Lunch was unique and flavorful at the Lake House. Dinner was in the bar lounge with the most decadent, flavorful brownie in the world! Morning breakfast in the parlor has so many delightful choices to fit the palates and dietary needs of any guest. Sarah provided a personal tour of the palace. She was full of historical facts and knowledge of the family dynasty. Sarah and other staff also excelled as a hosts and concierge. A shout out is deserved to all staff who worked tirelessly to make such a stay effortless by providing comfortable accomodations and pampers each guest.

Este hotel está muy bien ubicado cerca del aeropuerto. Puede tomar la línea roja del metro desde el aeropuerto y luego la línea amarilla o verde hasta la parada de metro más cercana al hotel, o bien tomar el autobús 783 desde/hacia el aeropuerto. El hotel es un hotel de 4 estrellas de lujo con camas cómodas y un desayuno excelente. Lo recomiendo para estancias en el aeropuerto o incluso para estancias más largas para visitar Lisboa, ya que está muy bien conectado con el transporte público.

Me he alojado en este hotel varias veces, pero este año ha sido el peor. No había cepillo ni pasta de dientes en la habitación, ni siquiera café instantáneo o una cuchara pequeña (aunque no quería tomar café instantáneo). Pregunté en recepción y me dijeron que algunas habitaciones simplemente no tenían estas cosas. Me sorprendió un poco haber elegido una habitación seleccionada en el hotel. ¿Por qué ni siquiera tuve una cuchara pequeña? Los estándares de servicio de los hoteles exprés nacionales no volveré a elegir este hotel el año que viene. Sin embargo, el departamento de catering del hotel es muy bueno. El personal es entusiasta y atento. Debido a que se quedaron aquí durante 6 días consecutivos, el personal se familiarizó inmediatamente con los hábitos gastronómicos y pasatiempos de los huéspedes y fue muy profesional.

The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Although it’s not located in the downtown area, the surroundings are quiet and peaceful, which made my 3‑night stay relaxing. Breakfast was good too, with a nice variety to start the day. Unfortunately, the spa experience was the downside. The male manager with grey hair was unexpectedly rude during my first interaction. It left such a negative impression that I chose not to return to the spa at all throughout my stay. A pity, as I had been looking forward to using the facilities. Too bad! I on purpose book this hotel for that!!!!

El hotel está limpio y cumple con los estándares de los hoteles Iberostar, si ya se han alojado en otros, con un agradable aroma en el vestíbulo. Usé el gimnasio, que era pequeño, pero tenía el equipo necesario, así que estuvo bien. No probé el spa, pero se tiene acceso gratuito durante una hora si se reserva con antelación. El servicio fue bastante deficiente durante toda la estancia. La primera noche, al llegar, no había zapatillas en la habitación y me sorprendió que no hubiera zapatillas en recepción. La segunda mañana, tuve que esperar frente al restaurante para desayunar, con muchas mesas libres dentro, que no limpiaban a tiempo. El personal no gestionó bien la cola; dos grupos de huéspedes se colaron, e incluso un grupo entró directamente al restaurante sin que el personal se diera cuenta ni nos lo explicara. No mostraron ninguna consideración por nuestra espera fuera del restaurante. La tercera mañana me dijeron que no había desayuno reservado con la habitación, pero resultó que el personal había introducido números de habitación incorrectos en el sistema al comprobarlo. El personal nos acompañó a una mesa sin cubiertos. El personal de recepción fue amable, pero no ofreció un servicio de la más alta calidad para un hotel de 5 estrellas. El tiempo de respuesta podría ser menor. El servicio del restaurante fue pésimo, teniendo en cuenta lo anterior. No se disculparon por lo sucedido.

Aunque recibió noticias el día anterior sobre el cierre de la zona de la zona de Sintra debido a las relaciones climáticas, el hotel estaba reservado y empezó de Lisboa según el plan original. Como se reservaba para ir directamente al primer palacio de Pena después de llegar a Sintra, pero se cerró antes de la tarde, antes de que se anunciara que había cerrado, tuve que ir al hotel (el hotel en Sintra, caminando por la estación de tren a unok, pero el paisaje de la carretera es bueno, y caminando muy bien) para decir que al menos envía un equipaje. Pero no esperaba que entrara a las 12:00, el hotel me hizo entrar a la habitación antes de que me quedé! ¡Es genial no tener que arreglar la lluvia ahora 2-3 hora!! Así que todo el tiempo ha estado en la cómoda noticia de la guarida en la habitación. ¡Finalmente, la zona de paisaje se abre la tarde, y cuando la lluvia se descansa, ¡hacemos que el palacio de Pena! El día siguiente, el tiempo se desconectó y se descansó ligeramente a pie directamente al Palacio de Regalera. Y el nombre de la habitación que vive muy astuto es el mismo que mi nombre inglés, y es muy honorable! ¡No es un hotel de cinco estrellas! El hotel fue construido en 1764, y tiene una historia muy grande, pero se mantiene muy bien en todas partes, no tiene un sentimiento de antigüedad y se encuentra muy cómodo. El desayuno puede tomarse por sí mismo, además de pan, sushi, tortas, frutas, leche, agua, etc. El resto es el punto actual de fabricación, un poco excitado es demasiado, el camarero también mantiene una actitud muy familiar, me ayudó a comer una mesa completa, aunque comiendo muy dulce, Pero todavía tengo un buen sabor para comer todo el plato responsable! Lo que me sorprende más es que el fruto de la panada sea directamente para mini-espinas, y es muy grande para sí mismo. El objetivo es el precio especial de la vivienda, que es superpropiado, y no necesita sangrar en ningún caso. Sólo que el clima en la montaña portuguesa en invierno no es muy bueno, necesita estar bien preparado psicológicamente. Pero si realmente no puede ir al área de paisaje completamente, me parece que vale la pena vivir aquí una noche. Recomendamos realmente 🥰🥰

Small cosy hotel in the Bairro Alto district which is closed off to Ubers. Taxis and personal transport needs to call from an intercom to get the bollards to the be lowered so you can be dropped off at the hotel entrance. Alternatively you can wait for your uber at the back of the hotel on Sao Pedro Alacantara road which is a very busy narrow road. Hotel is a short walk to Miradouro Sao Pedro Alacantara which has a magnificent view. Also walking distance to many Lisbon sights like Carmo archaeological museum, Rossi square, Praca commercio, etc. Breakfast is good albeit the same every day. Roof top view is spectacular. Service staff at breakfast is very polite and efficient. Front desk staff however is hit and miss. Sometimes you are ignored when you enter the hotel, at times you are warmly greeted. A point to note is the hotel is situated on a street with bars and the noise, shouting and revelry can last till 3am on the weekends. Closing the window shutters can lessen it somewhat but if you are a light sleeper the noise can be irritating. All in this hotel is nice if you don’t mind the transport inconveniences and the noise from the bars.

Durante nuestra estancia de tres noches en Lisboa, uno de nuestros miembros de la familia de repente desarrolló gastroenteritis aguda en la noche a las 8:00. Llamamos al escritorio delantero, y un miembro del personal vino inmediatamente a nuestra habitación y nos ayudó a identificar lo más adecuado. - ¿Qué? A la hora de llegar a la oficina, el director de la oficina principal Andre nos llegó a la oficina y nos preguntó si necesitaba que nos acompañara al hospital. Nos tocaba profundamente y aceptábamos con alegría su generosa oferta. Debido a las cuestiones de comunicación entre nuestra compañía de seguros y el hospital, tuvimos que cambiar a otro hospital. El hotel se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad. Nos encantaría que el personal del hotel, el personal del restaurante, e incluso el guía de viajes, se quedara en este hotel en nuestra próxima visita a Lisboa.
