The hotel's location is undoubtedly one of its strongest points—conveniently situated near key attractions and easily accessible to public transportation, making it an ideal base for exploring the area. The air conditioning in the room was highly effective, providing a refreshing escape from the heat outside. However, I was disappointed to find that breakfast was not included in the stay, which would have added more value to the overall experience. Additionally, the walls between rooms seemed quite thin, as noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable, affecting the overall comfort and tranquility. Soundproofing improvements would greatly enhance the quality of stay for future guests.

The ambiance of the place is lively and vibrant, with tasty welcome drinks and a superb bar. However, there were two experiences that required attention from the management for improvement. Firstly, after checking in, we found that there were no towels available in our room. We requested some from the front desk, but they were still not delivered by the time we returned from dinner, necessitating another follow-up. Secondly, after we had transferred to another resort, my husband realized he had left his charger at Unwind. Despite calling the hotel's mobile number, we were unable to reach anyone, so we decided to drive back (a 26km journey) to retrieve it. Unfortunately, when my husband inquired about the charger, he was informed that housekeeping had not found it. We are certain that it's the only place where we left the charger because we still used it in the evening. We just forgot to unplug it when we checked out and transferred to another resort.

Staff are nice. They should improve their breakfast choices. Gym area is not ideal since it has limited equipment, area is small, and no proper ventilation.

I was supposed to stay for one night, but my stay was extended due to work-related obligations. Luckily, the staff was kind enough to let me stay in my room and extend it. Thank you so much!

Este lugar es tan bonito en todos los sentidos. Volverá a permanecer 100% y recomendar a todos los que sé. Es una de las mejores estancias que he tenido en el sureste asiático. Realmente especial y el personal y la propiedad están muy bien al margen de los increíbles alojamientos y la propiedad.

Tenemos 3 noches agradables allí. Es tranquilo y sólo oirá las olas y el viento. Las casas están en Bamboo y nos dormimos muy bien. El personal es muy cómodo, muy profesional y habla muy bien inglés. En realidad, se aseguran de que disfruta de su estancia, y en caso de que se produzca una cuestión de actividades planificadas (por ejemplo, si el mar se vuelve demasiado peligroso), entonces ofrecen inmediatamente otras actividades para compensar. This is my 2nd time here spending my weekend getaway. I always love the experienced here because. It gives me a quiet peace and relaxation i need. Also, the sunset is always a wonderful time to wrapped the day. Food is good but it woul be nice if they will add new food option on their menu.
