«Eso fue genial! Si hay una cosa que necesito para mejorar, es el servicio de restaurante. Las órdenes tomarán un tiempo para ser servidos incluso bebidas canas. Y no puedes decirme que es debido a la ocupación. Es un día lento cuando nos ingresamos, no muchos huéspedes alrededor. En general es definitivamente un gran lugar. Volvería. Recomendaria. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I had a restful night’s sleep. The hotel’s restaurant served delicious food and the staff were always friendly and accommodating. «Our stay at Dusit Thani Lubi Plantation in Davao was truly a memorable family experience and exactly what you would expect from a high-end 5-star resort. From the moment we arrived, everything felt seamless and well thought out for both adults and kids. The resort itself is stunning, with beautiful swimming pools, pristine beachfront, and a wide range of water and land activities that kept the whole family entertained throughout our stay. Dining was a highlight. Every meal was consistently excellent, and having an onsite Starbucks was a great bonus for those quick coffee breaks in between activities. Breakfast each morning was especially impressive — a fantastic spread with high quality options that set the tone for the day. What truly made the experience stand out, however, was the team. Special thanks to Joshua and Clarise — with Clarise showing excellent management in complicated situations — as well as Dominic and Ralphe, for their outstanding service and genuine hospitality. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was smooth, enjoyable, and complete. This is a place that delivers on both luxury and warmth — perfect for families looking for a relaxing yet engaging getaway. We will definitely be back in September.»

«From the moment we arrived at Dusit Thani Residence Davao, we felt welcomed and well-taken care of. The lobby, though modest in size, exuded a calm charm and the check-in process was smooth. We were greeted warmly by staff who treated us with genuine hospitality — their attentiveness set the tone for our entire stay. Many previous guests also praised the staff’s politeness and readiness to help.  We stayed in a studio apartment, and it was nothing short of comfortable. The room came with a kitchenette, a coffee/tea maker, minibar, and free WiFi — extremely convenient whether you’re staying briefly or planning a longer stay.  The modern fittings and thoughtful layout made it easy to relax or be productive: there was enough space to move around, and everything was clean and well-kept. Cleanliness, indeed, stood out during our stay — a point frequently echoed by other guests.  One of the highlights was the leisure amenities. We took full advantage of the outdoor swimming pool — a serene little oasis perfect for a morning dip or evening unwind. The fitness centre, spa, and wellness offerings added to the sense of pampering. For those traveling with kids or family, there’s even a kids’ pool and a family-friendly vibe.  Breakfast and dining at the hotel also deserve special mention. The buffet breakfast was generous and satisfying — a great way to start a busy day in Davao. Many guests appreciated this balance of accessibility and tranquility.  That said, no stay is perfect, and a few aspects could be improved. Some guests mentioned that certain rooms felt a bit cramped or that balcony areas were under-utilized due to cleanliness concerns.  There were occasional gripes about maintenance — for example, shower drains draining slowly or small furniture quirks — and a few found the elevator access between towers a bit awkward, especially if coming from parking.  A minority even felt the place fell short of 5-star expectations in certain respects.  Still, for us, these were minor blemishes compared to the overall positive experience. «It could have been a beautiful and relaxing stay if the resort had been properly maintained and kept clean. Unfortunately, there were quite a few flies around the room, which became annoying, and the smell of the room was not very inviting. The water from the faucet was also brownish in color and had a salty taste, which was quite disappointing. Nevertheless, I truly commend the courteous, friendly, and attentive staff who did their best to make us comfortable despite these concerns. The resort itself is beautiful and has so much potential. The craftsmanship of the furniture and fixtures is quite exceptional and clearly reflects quality and attention to detail. However, it seems that the resort’s cleanliness and maintenance have been overlooked. With the price we paid—which is even higher than some 5-star hotels—I honestly feel that the experience was not worth the cost. It is a beautiful resort, and with proper maintenance, cleanliness, and attention to the overall guest experience, it could truly live up to its worth.»

«Overall, our stay was okay but there were some issues that need improvement. We had to request for an extra towel for the floor because it was not provided in the room setup. Breakfast was good, and we appreciated the variety and taste. However, our booking clearly stated 4 breakfast inclusions, but upon arrival, we were informed that it only covered 2 breakfasts, which was disappointing and felt misleading. During our stay, there was an earthquake (magnitude 5.5). Surprisingly, no alarm or safety announcement was made by the hotel, which was concerning. Proper safety protocols should be in place during emergencies. Overall, good breakfast but some service gaps and safety concerns need to be addressed.»

«We had a really great experience at Pearl Farm Beach Resort. The service was excellent, and the transportation arrangement was smooth and well-organized. I definitely felt like I got what I paid for. The staff and crew were very accommodating, polite, and attentive throughout our stay. Whenever we needed something, they responded right away. I also appreciated how friendly everyone was, some of the crew even helped take our pictures, which made the experience more memorable. The food was also delicious, and we truly enjoyed it. I’m giving 4 stars for cleanliness because I noticed there was a bird’s nest in the Samal House we stayed in, and there were times when bird droppings were present in the area. I hope this can be improved for future guests. Overall, it was still a wonderful and relaxing stay, and kudos to the whole team for their hospitality and excellent customer service.»

«Paradise Island Park & Beach Resort never disappoints. The cleanliness is superb, the rooms smell fresh, and the aircon works perfectly which really matters on a beach trip where the humidity is no joke. The food is genuinely good, and the waiters deserve credit for always checking in and making sure we had everything we needed. This place holds a special place in my heart, it’s been my childhood beach, where families and relationships have grown for the past three decades. Overall, 10/10 experience EVERY TIME.»
