El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente y conveniente, con muchos restaurantes cerca, incluyendo la cadena filipina de pollo frito Jollibee. El McDonald's de al lado también está convenientemente ubicado para excursiones de un día a las islas. Además, no está lejos del aeropuerto. El servicio de transporte del hotel al aeropuerto fue excelente; el conductor fue muy amable y charlamos durante todo el trayecto. La recepcionista del hotel, EWWAN, fue excepcionalmente servicial y paciente, incluso me ayudó a registrar mi tarjeta SIM el primer día. La habitación era espaciosa y limpia, y la cama muy cómoda. El desayuno comienza a las 6 a. m., y el primer día de una excursión, se puede desayunar en el restaurante a partir de las 5:30 a. m., ¡una gran ventaja! El hotel y el Henann Resort Alona Beach están en el mismo patio, uno al lado del otro. This hotel really is the Oasis you need after the hussle and bustle of Cebu. The rooms are BIG, Clean and the pools are fantastic. Like everywhere in the Philippines service and staff are 10/10. The staff are sweet and can not do enough for you The beach at this Hotel is man made but the landscape and pools really make it special. Its perfect for a 2 night stay where you do not want to leave the hotel. The surroundings are pretty desolate. But the sheraton has everything you need for luxury, food options and relaxation. Also they play great R&B around the pool

had a pleasant stay! managed to get our room early with no added charges & loved that the lifts always came fast~ airconditioning in the room also worked well. location was great! only 10 mins stroll to the massive Ayala Center Mall which has so many things & always took less than 1 min to secure a Grab from the hotel to get around Cebu City the staff also always helped us get the door & our luggages, thank you Mandarin Plaza!

Buen hotel, pero lamentablemente no hay agua caliente, solo agua tibia en el mejor de los casos. Al llegar, me dijeron que la piscina no estaba disponible debido al mantenimiento, que es muy deficiente y no me lo informaron al reservar. Además, estaban haciendo obras encima de mi habitación, lo que generó mucho ruido desde las 7 de la mañana, lo cual fue muy molesto. El personal es increíble, muy amable y servicial, y la comida y el servicio fueron excelentes.

Check-in was smooth and pleasant. We were offered a complimentary upgrade to a seaview room and the view from the room was amazing. The bed was also very comfortable. We were also served welcome fruit just after we finished lunch in our room. What a pleasant surprise and a lovely touch! The breakfast spread was huge and the food was delicious. The gym was super spacious and well-equipped, with a dedicated studio space and a strength-training area. The seaview from the gym was a huge plus as well. The location of the hotel was superb. There is a mall directly connected to the hotel, while SM Seaside is only 1.2 km away. When we were at the TOPS Lookout, we could even spot the hotel from afar! It was also a short drive to the pier. My only complaint was that the cleanliness could be improved. There was some dirt on the bedsheet, although nothing major. When I tried to use the bathtub, the water came out looking yellowish, which was a little concerning. The breakfast area could also get quite crowded during peak hours and we waited about 15 minutes to be seated.

I had such a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything felt comfortable, welcoming, and well taken care of. The staff were very friendly, accommodating, and professional throughout our stay. They were always willing to assist whenever we needed something, and their warm attitude really made a difference. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for a relaxing stay. Everything was well maintained, and the bed was especially comfortable, which made it easy to get a good night’s sleep after a long day. I also appreciated how clean the bathroom and other areas of the room were. You can really tell that the hotel puts effort into maintaining a good standard of cleanliness. The location was also convenient, making it easy for us to get around and access nearby places. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and relaxing, which made our stay even more enjoyable. What I appreciated most was the overall service. Sometimes a hotel can have beautiful rooms, but it’s the staff and the little details that really make the experience memorable. Here, we felt genuinely welcomed and well looked after. Any questions or requests we had were handled politely and efficiently. Overall, I’m very happy with our stay and would definitely consider coming back again. It was a comfortable, pleasant, and stress-free experience from beginning to end. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with friendly staff and great service. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Bluewater Sumilon Island Resort, and overall, it was a beautiful experience. The resort is nestled in a stunning location, surrounded by clear blue waters that create a perfect backdrop for relaxation. The tranquil environment made it an ideal choice for a quick getaway. The resort itself is well-maintained, with lovely landscaping and comfortable amenities. The serene setting really enhances the overall experience, making it a great place to unwind for a two-night stay. One of the highlights of my visit was the friendly staff. From the reception to the poolside attendants, everyone was warm and welcoming. The pool guys were particularly nice, adding to the relaxed vibe of the resort. However, I did find that the food needs significant improvement. While the dining options were ample, the quality and variety fell short of expectations. To truly enhance the guest experience, I believe that more attention to the menu and food preparation is necessary. This aspect would play a crucial role in my decision to return. Another area that requires attention is the communication regarding trips and activities. Unfortunately, we often found ourselves headed to the wrong locations, only to be redirected to another part of the island. Clearer information about where to go for excursions would be greatly beneficial for guests. In summary, Bluewater Sumilon Island Resort is a beautiful destination with a relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff. However, improvements in food quality and clearer communication regarding activities are essential for a more satisfying experience. With these adjustments, I could see myself returning, as the stunning views and peaceful environment are truly commendable.

Absolutely top tier views from a bath tub. Location wise is also within 15-25 mins grab ride to city centre. Much appreciation towards our butlers who ensured that all our asks and requests were attended to promptly!

En días lluviosos o cuando vayas a un centro comercial a comprar recuerdos, te recomendamos utilizar un coche Grab (por cierto, el coche Grab desde el aeropuerto hasta el hotel cuesta unos 1.500 yenes). Habitación: tipo cabaña, lo cual es poco común en la isla de Mactán. Incluso el tipo básico es bastante espacioso y tiene una cabina de ducha y una bañera (es una pena que la cabina de ducha no drene muy bien). Tenía una Nespresso (cafetera de cápsulas) y 4 cápsulas, y en la nevera había 2 botellas de San Miguel (cerveza filipina), 2 botellas de zumo y mangos secos. Estos eran gratis. Había chanclas disponibles como pantuflas, pero si no te gustan las chanclas, te recomendamos comprar pantuflas desechables de Hyakuyen y traerlas contigo. Había un colgador de toallas en el balcón, pero no alcanzaba para secar los bañadores mojados, así que creo que sería mejor traer un colgador de alambre, un colgador cuadrado, un pellizco y una cuerda para lavar ropa. (Hay servicio de lavandería, pero no había lavadoras ni secadoras en el hotel.) Pueden entrar pequeños insectos, por lo que es mejor tener un insecticida simple (no se permiten aerosoles en el equipaje de mano ni en el equipaje facturado). tal vez. También hubo actividades gratuitas como aquabic y vóley playa. Por la mañana te entregan en tu habitación una copia impresa que contiene estos horarios, pero el horario es bastante vago (creo que es típico de Filipinas que sea flexible). Puede que fuera temporada baja, pero puedo aceptar que algunos restaurantes estaban cerrados, algunos salones de belleza y gimnasios estaban cerrados y la tienda tenía una selección muy limitada. Servicio: Me alegra que el personal siempre me salude cuando paso. No es que tengan un servicio particularmente de alta calidad, pero como eso no era lo que estaba buscando, quedé más que satisfecho con el precio.

Fue muy decepcionante que no hubiera pantuflas ni toallas pequeñas. La ducha parecía estar en obras; le faltaba la mitad de la puerta, lo que provocaba que el agua se derramara sobre el lavabo, mojándolo todo. La ropa de lavandería se devuelve muy bien doblada, pero tarda un día, así que recomiendo entregarla con antelación. Los trajes de baño se secan rápido en el balcón. La piscina tenía varios tipos y era muy agradable. La piscina frente al hotel está abierta hasta la noche. Los niños estaban encantados. La comida del hotel estaba deliciosa. El personal era eficiente y muy amable. Los taxis Grab llegan rápido, lo que facilita ir a un gran supermercado a unos 20 minutos. Incluso al hacer el check-out sobre las 5:30 de la mañana, llegó un taxi Grab inmediatamente. Hay seguridad en la entrada del hotel y solo se permite el acceso a los huéspedes, así que nos sentimos seguros. Me gustaría volver a alojarme aquí cuando visite Filipinas. La playa privada era agradable porque no había nadie, pero estaba un poco sucia, así que no pude nadar en ella.
