We had an amazing time at Timberland Highlands Resort! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and every moment was memorable. The s'mores night and movie under the stars were such delightful experiences, creating warm and cozy memories. The infinity pool offered breathtaking views and was the perfect spot to relax. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, with a sumptuous spread that catered to all our cravings. We can't wait to return for another unforgettable getaway! Regards, BOX Family with Love❤️

La habitación es muy limpia y es realmente como un hotel tiene un confort como los que ves en los hoteles que hemos aprovechado la deluxe habitación, por lo que no es tan espacioso especialmente la sala de confort sólo una persona puede acomodar. El hotel tiene un hotel de 3 estrellas con un centro de interés de 3 estrellas. También probamos su masaje completo por 1 hora que nos costó 750 pesos cada uno. Usted tendrá que ir a su restaurante para reclamar su desayuno gratuito si tiene la habitación que viene con un desayuno, no se entregará a su habitación pero puede elegir cualquier desayuno que tengan en su menú más viene con una sopa que es El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad, donde se encuentran los alrededores de la ciudad. El reverso del resort es su tiempo de operaciones el escritorio delantero y el restaurante está abierto sólo desde 7am-8pm así que si vas a necesitar algo del escritorio delantero después de ese tiempo nadie puede ayudarte porque se van por entonces sólo la guardia se dejará en la puerta delantera y también si tiene hambre en la noche puedes tener que comprar comida de su restaurante antes de cerrar o comprar de una tienda cercana conveniente porque tampoco hay panda de comida o grabfood cercana tiendas también cierra temprano así que tienes que planear tu La tarifa que se va a utilizar con el triciclo es 120pesos.Their piscina sólo está abierta hasta las 9:00 si quieres comer o beber cerca de la piscina que puedes usar sus cabanas. Otro descenso es la playa, la zona de playa se cierra a las 8:00. Su arena es gris (pero una arena fina) no se puede nadar en ella porque las ondas son fuertes y el agua no está clara y es sucia que hay mucho desagüe junto a la playa no está bien mantenida. Usted realmente necesita ir a la isla saltando que ya no forma parte de la actividad del resort, así que le dejarán firmar una renuncia. Hay mucha gente de la playa que es mejor montar por grupo hay sólo 2 de nosotros cuando navegamos el barco, así que es un poco caro, el salto de la isla le costará alrededor de 2000 (1 isla) a 3.5k (2 islas) hemos aprovechado el 3.5k. Fuimos a la piscina de corales (nos prestaron sus goggles gratis o traer sus propios goggles) y también fuimos a la playa de arena blanca que está en Bauan, Batangas, que también tiene agua clara y también puedes ver algunos peces y corales, el tiempo de viaje a esos 2 lugares es 35-45mins también puede traer su comida pero tenga en cuenta para cubrir realmente en plástico para que no se moja porque el viaje que va a ser realmente rocoso se mojará porque usted pasará por una fuerte onda así cubrir todo Sus propiedades. Estaba lloviendo cuando fuimos allí, tal vez por eso las olas son fuertes. En general tuvimos una explosión! ¡Tenemos una estancia memorable! ¡Hasta nos dieron un regalo cuando se dio cuenta de que son tan pensables! Our go-to place whenever we want to have a quick escape. The breakfast buffet is very giving! There are many selections of foods. Friendly staff, fun game room, 3 pools, and a little play area for kids. I haven't tried the gym and other areas. Will surely go back!

The unit we stayed in for a night is clean and spacious. One thing we liked is they have a partition for the room and living room. There are few things we noticed that need improvements. No slippers for guests but there is one pair for the bathroom use. They don't provide toiletries such as shampoo, toothpaste , toothbrush, soap except for 1 roll tissue. The shower drain is slow to drain. The toilet bowl is not fixed, no sealant and quite moves when you rise up after use (it can cause accidents if ever it may crack due to moving). It needs to secure for guests safety.They provide kitchen wares but lack a fork and spoon. All in all, those mentioned flaws did not affect our stay, yet we still had a good sleep even when we turned off the aircon due to windy and cold weather on Tagaytay.

It was wonderful experience in Altamare, even though the location is isolated from the city, it is worth to stay here. I have tried most food while we are staying here, and all of them are taste good and hygiene. Outside pool is clean and beautiful, you can see the sunset every evening. If you join the scuba diving, you will see many beautiful corals and small and big fish, even turtle (if you are in a right timing) Doing Snorkeling is also recommended. Satffs are very kind and friendly. But the wifi signal in the room was poor.

Food options are very limited. Di pa masarap yung buffet nila for lunch and dinner. The rooms are seemingly old, we got 3 king rooms, the other one had issue sa lock, other one naman didn't have bidet walang provided na bucket and dipper until we requested. Internet only worked day 1. Rest of the days we stayed (3 days 2 nights) wala na. We paid for 3 adults each room yet when we requested for replenishments ng toiletries and bottled water, they insisted na 2 lang kasama per room and may additional na fee if we request another 1 set. There's also a bed on the window side alloted if more than 2 pax will stay in the room, but it didnt even have any pillows or blanket. Need mo pa irequest. The cottages lack bulb installations so during the night agawan sa cottage na may ilaw. What's so hard to put a 3 watts bulb to make use of all the cottages. There was also 1 time we were at the bar for some drinks (this was around 9:45-10pm) I had to use the restroom and as I was heading in side the ladiew room, this lady hotel staff told she's already cleaned the ladies room hence I can just use the men's room anyway there's no one there and its not cleaned yet. I didnt want to argue so i called my husband instead to watch the door for me as i use the men's room. Not a very good customer service. Overall stay was manageable but definitely noy superb.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lake Hotel Tagaytay, and it was an unforgettable experience. This is an overrated hotel. It is too old and under maintained. The breakfast is not so nice and they do not replenish the breakfast at the extension area after 9am considering that the breakfast is up until 10:30 am and they have placed a lot of guest in the extension area due to full capacity of the restaurant where the buffet should be. The only good thing about this hotel is the location and the size of the room. The hotel was right beside Sky ranch and has a lot of places to eat nearby. The room, Deluxe Twin, can accommodate 3 adults and 1 child.
