After the long and soggy Christmas I endured I decided to book a lovely family holiday to Nepal. We woke up horribly early for our flight and hopped on the local bus to the airport. On arrival it was overall chilly and wet. I don't want to traumatise anyone so I'll give an overall airport summary. Children screaming , adults crying, dogs dying. We waited a long and painful two hours and went to hand in our wet and girthy luggage to be told it's too heavy.They are obviously lying to my face as my husband tong weighted the luggage pre leaving. I believe if anything it's from all the rain getting it soggy and very moist. After removing some kids toys from the suitcase it was the correct weight. We move towards boarding and hop right on the plane for a ride. DISASTER STRUCK! My youngest baby andrew was separated from us at boarding where we didn't find him until we had sat down in the seats. I am someone that suffers very horribly with crippling anxiety and losing my baby did NOT help.#dobetter. I don't want to yap on about the flight so I'll also summarise it for you . Soggy food, screaming kids and smelly feet. Upon arrival the private transport we had booked came to take us to the hotel. Hot , sweaty and sticky is all I can say. When we arrive at the lovely looking hotel we enter and give our bags and jackets to the staff. We go up to the counter and are told our room isn't ready yet as we arrived 4 hours before check in. I politely explained I have two young sons who are shattered and emotionally drained from the soggy smelly flight. She explained to me that if I wanted a room immediately it would have to be a DOWNGRADE. I explained to her that 4 beds is just not enough for the four of us as my youngest Andrew prefers to have the option of two because of his autism and he's just simply getting too old to share with mummy.One thing led to another and I am verbally abusing the woman at the counter. I was then asked to leave but peacefully protested in the corner with my lovely family until they allowed the upgrade. When we hike up the set of stairs to the room we are greeted by wrongly folded duvets, towels hidden in cupboards and the smell of cleaning products. As I make my way onto the balcony I dip my long leg into the hot tub where a hair politely floats up and wraps itself disrespectfully around my big toe. With a few phone calls all of this was sorted and we made our way down to the pool. We spot another young, kind , loving, caring , respectful family just like ours. We make our way over and William (oldest son) begins talking to a girl. Not impressed. She smiles at me in a rude way and asks how my days have been (I'm already having a terrible day) I reply well and she whisks him away to the bar. Bare in mind my son is far too young to be drinking as he has only just become allowed to around 6 years ago. Later on William comes running back to me only to tell me his little Alberta was only an Alberto and he only likes girls. I turn around

Se aprecia el lujo en cada detalle. Es un hotel increíble. Especialmente reseñable las atenciones que recibimos de Pradeep Adhikary en el hotel y de nuestro guía de safari Sukhi. Sí es cierto que está más pensado para grupos más grandes, que para personas o parejas que van por libre. Y por supuesto, no es barato, pero un hotel de estas características, y con las atenciones que te brindan, no puede serlo. Si quieres un resort para tener todo lo necesario dentro de las instalaciones, y que te vayan llevando a las distintas actividades/safaris como a un señor, este es tu hotel. Está tan cerca del parque que desde el jardín de uno de los bungalows es probable ver algún rinoceronte dándose un baño en el río a medio día. Pero si piensas más en poder pasear por tu cuenta, buscar barecitos, ver tiendas... Mejor busca algo más cerca de la civilización. Tuvimos un problema muy grande con los vuelos de Qatar Airways y todos se volcaron a ayudarnos todo lo posible y hacernos sentir mejor. Fue conmovedor. Nos alegramos mucho de haber elegido este hotel

Estaba aquí para mi negocio. El hotel es muy bueno con ambiente amigable. Bien el personal de gestión son muy buenos l. Reservamos habitaciones y sala. El servicio estaba en punto. La habitación era buena. Gracias especial a G.M. Sr. Manoj ji y F.O Manager Sudarshan ji.

We had a good time at Kasara. The staff was very warm and hospitable. We had booked the Jungle Plan for 2 nights and all the arrangements made were amazing. Special shout out to the team of Naturalists at the resort - very knowledgeable, made our Jungle experience amazing! The food (buffet) spread was decent. They have a different cuisine spread each day which made it versatile. The villa was spacious and clean. The bedroom and the washroom areas are separated by an open sit-out. The washroom area being semi-open does not have any heating. While it looks aesthetically pleasing, it is not the most functional. During winters, it can get pretty chilly especially in the early hours to go to the semi-open washroom.

I recently stayed at Jungle Crown in Chitwan, Bharatpur, Nepal, and it was an exceptional experience. The service was lovely, with staff demonstrating the best hospitality I've encountered. The food was delicious and diverse, catering to a wide range of tastes. The location is perfect, providing a tranquil escape surrounded by nature. Everything about our stay was enjoyable, from the comfortable accommodations to the exciting activities. I will definitely be back again!

Great service, beautiful hotel with comfy beds and linens. Food was yummy both in the bar and the restaurant. Awesome breakfast buffet with everything you would want to start your elephant safari day adventure. The national park entrance for the elephant rides is about a half hour from the hotel. Hotel has a taxi service for an additional fee. Super attentive staff who will accommodate all of your needs while staying at the Siraichuli Hotel. Safe and secure with entrance guards. Definitely recommend!

A perfect place to live and taste best local foods. we came here for family visit and it was pleasure stay with nice views great ambience. special thanks to Mr Shuva. hope will see you soon

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Meghauli Serai. Even though our plane was five hours late leaving from Kathmandu, we were greeted with smiles at the airport and at the hotel. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. The large bathroom and balcony were an additional benefit. We were thrilled to know the hotel has a policy of four garments free per day, per person for laundering our clothes which was greatly appreciated. Every meal was delicious with amazing detail to their presentation. When dinning, Sanjay always greeted us with a smile and was very accommodating with any requests. He was an ambassador for their resort including leading the guest in dance cultural dinner show. Buddhi, our safari guide was personable and incredibly knowledgeable as he led us on our trek into the park. He made sure we were able to see a rhino up close. Amit, as the Hotel Manager, you have an amazing staff. We appreciate your continued interest in our stay including making sure to adjust our arrival and departure coordination impacts due to delayed flights. No easy task. We enjoyed our stay greatly!

We stayed at this Resort in last week of March 2022. The property is clean, very good service, warm and friendly people. And efficiently manage the various safaris. Post Covid, they are still working with limited staff, but put in lot of effort. The rooms, pool, garden. Every thing is clean and well maintained. Wifi is pretty good Very pleasant stay with family. Located close to the market, and cultural centers.

Estar en este hotel ha sido como sentirse en casa. Desde el primer momento, el personal fue excepcionalmente atento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y a hacer que nuestra estancia fuera perfecta. Las instalaciones son muy acogedoras, con un nivel de limpieza impecable, lo que nos hizo sentir cómodos y relajados en todo momento. A pesar de que nuestro autobús llegó con bastante retraso, el equipo del hotel nos ofreció ajustar el programa de actividades para asegurarse de que no perdiéramos ninguna de las experiencias que habíamos contratado, algo que realmente apreciamos. La comida fue simplemente excepcional. Nos deleitaron con recetas tradicionales del país, sin duda la mejor comida de todo nuestro viaje. Además, siempre nos preguntaban si queríamos más o repetir algún plato, lo que demuestra la dedicación del personal a garantizar una experiencia gastronómica sobresaliente. Este hotel es, sin duda, un lugar que recomendaré a cualquiera que visite Chitwan. Si tenemos la oportunidad de regresar, no cabe duda de que repetiremos nuestra estancia aquí.

The stay was amazing! The entire staff was very friendly and helpful to set up all sorts of safaris. Babu was the best guide! He answered every question I had and made sure we saw a lot wildlife on the safaris. The location is great, next to the river and there’s even a rhino who comes by from time to time.
