La señora de recepción fue muy amable y profesional. Como necesitaba imprimir documentos cuando me iba a otro país, la ayudé durante mucho tiempo. Quería darle una propina, pero ella salió del trabajo temprano en la mañana. y nos fuimos, al final no la volvimos a ver.

Me he alojado en otros lugares de precio similar, pero la habitación aquí estaba en las mejores condiciones, y el servicio del personal fue excelente. El agua de la piscina estaba templada, así que fue agradable nadar por la tarde. En cuanto a la sauna, comparada con las de Corea, simplemente se agradece tener una. Un amigo que usó el gimnasio dijo que estaba bien. Mientras desayunaba en el piso 12, fui al baño del piso 11 y vi una clase de yoga con mucha gente participando. Es agradable que un hotel limpio esté ubicado en el centro de la zona turística. Una parte inesperadamente agradable de mi viaje a Nepal fue el tiempo que pasé paseando por las callejuelas de Bhaktapur.

Excellent location with many eateries right at doorstep. There is a Chinese restaurant in the hotel and serves excellent and delicious food. There is also a cafe at the lobby The room was superb I slept through the night especially after a long week of trekking The only downside is there is no smart TV and everything on the screen is Chinese. Best part is there is a washing machine at higher floor where guest can washed their dirty hiking laundry. Cleanliness of hotel:8/10

Got discount price from trip.com ,Excellent service and breakfast was included in it which we love it and would like to book again in future, didn’t got time to explore more . I would suggest management could do better for bike parking as we travel by bike and we could not find the shade and things got wet in my bike due to rain .

La ubicación es excelente, a poca distancia del barrio de Thamel. Está cerca de la zona, pero es tranquilo y silencioso. Nos ofrecieron bebidas calientes al registrarnos, lo cual fue perfecto para un cálido día de invierno. La habitación estaba muy limpia y tranquila, y el hotel tuvo la amabilidad de ofrecernos un pastel. El servicio de lavandería también fue muy práctico y eficiente. Todo el personal fue muy servicial. El tío, que estaba ocupado con nuestro equipaje, nos ayudó a identificar nuestras matrículas (ya que aquí las matrículas son en números arábigos), y el joven de recepción nos ayudó a reservar los billetes de autobús.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the attention to detail throughout the property. The location was also very convenient, close to shops and transportation. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay!

Yo viajé solo. Yo había reservado ocho días, pero me fui de la tienda antes. El hotel debería tener un bar en el piso superior. Si vives en el piso superior de la noche, duermes mucho, y el ruido es muy alto; Si vives en el nivel inferior, ves los detalles de la reserva, “con ventanas pequeñas” significa que las ventanas están cerradas y no pueden abrirse. Después de tres días decidí salir. Convenient Stay Near Kathmandu Airport The hotel is very well-located—close to the airport and right in the center of Kathmandu. Airport pickup and drop services were provided, which made our travel hassle-free. Food: The breakfast buffet was good, and the highlight was definitely the poori bhaji. However, the Nepal Thali was disappointing and needs improvement. Rooms & Property: Rooms were a bit small but had all essential toiletries. The building is a 7-story structure, so don’t expect spacious gardens or play areas for kids. Facilities: Swimming Pool: Available, but since it’s not temperature-controlled, it’s not practical in colder weather. Parking: Bikes should ideally be parked in B2, but there’s no lift access to B2, so you have to walk to the ground floor to use the lift. Suggestions for Improvement: Make the swimming pool temperature-controlled for year-round usability. Provide better access to B2 parking or reconsider the arrangement. Improve the quality of the Nepal Thali.

Hotel dom Himalaya in center city of Kathmandu, big room and clean , quiet and breakfest every morning , the staff very helpful exactly the receptionist ARPANA always smiling and speaking good English. I recommend this hotel.
