I couldn't recall how many times I have stayed in Concorde Shah Alam. This hotel has always been my number 1 choice every time I come to Shah Alam. It's very convenient- the location, the hospitality, the amenities, the food, and the city view of Masjid Shah Alam. I can also hear Azan from the masjid- very calming. Keep up the good work, Concorde Shah Alam.

Pls have a look if you are planning to book this hotel. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had at a 5-STAR HOTEL! The problems started from the moment I arrived. During check-in, the receptionist told me that the system was down and was unable to check me in. After trying & waiting for a while, she switched to another computer to complete the check-in. I had to wait around 7 mins just for what should have been a simple check-in. After finally getting my room key, I thought I could finally go to my room and rest at around 6:30 PM. Unfortunately, things only got worse. My initial room was on the 5th/6th floor (can’t remember exactly). When I entered, I was shocked to find that the room had clearly not been cleaned or prepared at all. It was basically left in the same condition as the previous guest had left it. The rubbish had not been cleared, the bedsheet had not been changed, and the blanket was even lying on the floor. The room was dirty & messy, which completely ruined my mood. I immediately tried to contact reception using the room phone, but the phone system also appeared to have a problem. I called three times without answering and only managed to get through on the fourth attempt. When I explained the situation, the receptionist sounded confused and seemed unaware of what had happened. I requested a room change and was told to come back down to reception. When I arrived, the staff there also seemed unaware of the situation. I had to explain everything again. One staff member then went to another staff member, who came over and asked me again what had happened. At that point, I was already very tired and frustrated from having to repeat the same explanation multiple times. After waiting for quite some time, I was told that there were no more king-size rooms available and that they could only offer me a twin room. By then, I was exhausted and simply wanted to rest, so I accepted it. Considering that the initial room was not ready due to the hotel’s own housekeeping issue, I honestly expected at least some gesture of goodwill, such as a complimentary upgrade or compensation. But that was fine. I was eventually assigned Room 719. Before I left reception, the staff simply said “sorry.” The housekeeping situation was especially disappointing. I arrived at around 6:30 PM, while the hotel’s check-out time is 12 PM. There should have been plenty of time for the room to be cleaned and prepared. Yet I was given a room that had apparently not been serviced at all. I could even see housekeeping staff walking around the floor. Unfortunately, the condition of the hotel and room was also far from satisfactory. The facilities looked old and poorly maintained, with peeling wallpaper, a damaged chair cushion, dirty carpets, and an air-conditioning system with a noticeable mouldy smell. The lobby looks reasonably well renovated, but the condition behind the surface is a completely different story. For a hotel that has only been operating for a little over 10 years, the level of deterioration and lack of maintenance is difficult to accept. What disappointed me most was that this was not just one isolated issue. The check-in process was inefficient, communication between staff was poor, the room was not ready, housekeeping was inadequate, and the room itself was poorly maintained. This was honestly one of the worst hotel stays I have ever experienced.

La piscina de lavabos en mi habitación estaba parcialmente cerrada, lo que resultó en un drenaje lento. Además, las ventanas del gran lujo están completamente selladas, por lo que es imposible obtener aire fresco. Sin embargo, debido al ruido de una familia con niños en el octavo piso y a una mejor protección sonora, necesito cambiar las habitaciones debido a un frío grave, su posterior disposición del décimo piso. Durante mi estancia, me di cuenta de una tendencia en la que la mayoría de los huéspedes extranjeros, especialmente los occidentales, fueron asignados típicamente a pisos superiores. Espero que no sea mi sensibilidad y que el hotel no discrimina por diferentes etnias, especialmente dado que pague por mi estancia!

El desayuno me sorprendió gratamente; el arroz con pollo, el nasi lemak y el roti canai estaban todos deliciosos. Sin embargo, en la zona de la piscina hacía muchísimo viento y el agua estaba heladísima; en cuanto me metí, me dio un frío que me hizo tiritar enseguida. Al hacer el check-in, nos ofrecieron palomitas y galletas que a los niños les encantaron. Se puede ir andando al centro comercial de enfrente y al parque temático i-City. En general, quedamos muy satisfechos. 😊

There are plenty to do and the staff are really friendly but could do better on their checkin system. Was queueing but other customers went ahead as their line was moving faster. Should have done a ‘a’ queue system. Early check in has additional charge and non negotiable. Asked also about additional tax payable by cash, couldn’t answer what is it for Pro: plenty activities, restaurants and comfortable beds Con: poor staff training, rooms showing signs of wear & tear despite only 2 years old (had to leave the shampoo n shower gel dispenser on the floor), poor signage on dropoff/pickup zone

El hotel está cerca del aeropuerto , tiene transfer al aeropuerto , el taxi o gran al hotel cuesta unos 6€ caro para lo cerca que está supongo que tarifa aeropuerto. La piscina está bien , muy grande , la habitación está bastante bien , grande y limpia , no muy detereriorada. Los precios para comer en el hotel son caros y cerca no hay mucha opción . El servicio de bar en piscina es muy mejorable , poca ganas de trabajar y de ver si alguien quiere algo . Muy difícil de descansar porque se escuchan muchísimo los aviones por la noche

La habitación era espaciosa. El desayuno fue uno de los mejores si comparado con otros lugares que he permanecido. La presión de la ducha era muy buena y muy agradable. La sala de gimnasio está completa. 1 descenso fue 1 de los ascensores no puede alcanzar el nivel 6 y tengo que parar en L5 y caminar con escada. La habitación era muy fría incluso me volví del aire con toda la noche.

Stayed for our Bangi Food Hunting Trip. Add on the additional bed for RM140+ inclusive breakfast. Breakfast is superb with various selections including self made juice (there is a juice machine there) and korean food (kimchi jiggae and bulgogi). The hotel itself is really nice worth its 5 star review but the location is a bit further inside. But overall it was a great stay!

Great Stay at a Brand New Hotel – Comfortable, Spacious & Family-Friendly! We stayed at the KSL Esplanade Hotel for a family trip of 4 and booked the 2-Bedroom Suite. Since it’s a newly opened hotel, all the facilities were sparkling clean and in top-notch condition. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay and would definitely return! Room & Amenities: The suite was fantastic. The highlight was the master bathroom's oversized bathtub—extremely spacious and luxurious! Toiletries were generous, and the shower gel and shampoo smelled amazing. They also thoughtfully provided large eco-friendly glass bottles of drinking water. Soundproofing & Layout: Outstanding sound insulation! My kids were watching TV in the adjoining room at a loud volume, but we couldn't hear a thing from our bedroom. The suite comes with 3 bathrooms (including a powder room in the living room), which was super convenient for a family of four. Bed & Sleep Quality: The bed was remarkably comfortable—we all slept soundly through the night. The only tiny improvement would be adding extra pillows, as each bed only had one. Breakfast: Included in our room price (around 750 per night standard, though I managed to reduce it to 650 with promos and Trip Coins). At ~45 per head, the breakfast feels a bit overpriced unless you are a big eater, especially with so many dining options at the adjacent shopping mall. Parking & Accessibility: Parking is shared with the mall and can be quite confusing on your first visit due to unclear directional signs. It might be slightly inconvenient for families with toddlers and heavy luggage. Also, elevators can be a bit slow during peak hours, but they run very fast otherwise (from G to 21st floor). Overall, a solid option in Klang with impressive rooms and comfortable bedding. Highly recommended!

Bonito hotel, cerca del aeropuerto internacional de Kuala Lumpur, a solo 8 minutos en coche. Servicio de transporte gratuito al aeropuerto. Hermosa arquitectura, agradable cena buffet. La habitación está bien, la piscina tiene una piscina separada para mujeres. Bonitas vistas.
