Fue una estancia muy agradable y todos, desde la recepcionista hasta el guardia, fueron muy amables. El ambiente fue sin duda algo que disfruté mucho: muy tranquilo, muy cerca de la playa, y nos encantó. Sin duda volveremos aquí, si Dios quiere.

My info got leaked. A scammer tried to contact me, and even told me about my stay and duration, and asked me to click on a link to make some kind of payment. Luckily the website is flagged out as dangerous and scam. I contacted trip.com who verified with the hotel owner, and i was told not to click on the link further nor make any payment. The info security is lacking here. It put the guests in a very vulnerable situation. This is my first encounter with info leaked to a ******* organisation. Book at your own risk. Managed to check in smoothly after the real hotel staff contacted us.

This is our first time staying at this hotel and dare I say, it was one of the best 5-star hotels I’ve been in. Will definitely, definitely come again. Everything and everyone were wonderful. The room was so squeaky clean and no speck of dusts anywhere. The bathroom’s design was top notch I love every inch of it. And the room had carpet-floor which made it easier and less painful for my baby to crawl around. The view was to die for. Very secluded and private and calm. Okay now the breakfast, heads off to the chef, the foods were amazing. I think this hotel has been here for quite a while now but they had managed to maintain and made it look like brand new. Two things I wanna suggest a bit, maybe can provide a prayer mat for the muslims or the front desk maybe should ask first whether we need any prayer mats, that would’ve been nice. One other thing, during breakfast, maybe can make sure the utensils are more accessible rather than upon request cause each table was provided with limited number of spoons and forks. But yeah other than that, everything was perfect from the beginning till the end. Huge thanks to Mark as well cause he did a wonderful job assisting us to our room and everything. Kudos to every staffs here, they were so nice and helpful. Oh yeah almost forgot about the welcome drinks, they were absolute perfect thank you so much. Will come again and again. Best hotel here.

The hotel was prompt in responding and very kindly taking note and made special arrangements for our occasion of our child's birthday and wedding anniversary celebration. We had a lovely surprise and birthday song played when we checked in to our room. Amazing scenic views of mountain and KL city night lights, and comfortable bedding that gives us good sleep. Comfortable space to spend good family time. We enjoyed very much and would love to return or recommend to our friends and relatives! Only 2 suggestions to make: 1) the fan in our master bedroom (room 2008) makes some noise quite often during the night, good to have it checked and fixed to not affect guests' experience, and 2) if only the shower area in the bathrooms have a door to avoid water splashing out to the toilet area.

El hotel está situado en una zona de la ciudad, donde se encuentran los alrededores de la ciudad. El desayuno estaba bajo la manga con pocas opciones, el ham de nuestro desayuno americano huele/saborreció que nos informamos al camarero. Además, había monos en todas partes, así como aves - el mono y el pájaro pueden venir libremente en la zona de desayuno que es inhigiénico y que tenía que ser caceado por el personal

Este es nuestro hotel favorito en Cherating, amamos la playa aquí con la mejor vista y sentimientos tan tranquilos. Lo que se puede mejorar es sólo la amistad del personal. Conozco este hotel reservado principalmente por la Empresa o el Gobierno para su programa o cualquier cosa. Nos esperan más. Pero nosotros como invitados pagadores podemos esperar más y hacernos caer en casa al permanecer aquí. Pero aún me encanta quedarme aquí y la próxima LaVilla. Espero que algo pueda crecer y volver aquí en el futuro. Y el cherating podría volver a ser los mejores lugares turísticos

La habitación era limpia, cómoda y bien mantenida, proporcionando todo lo que necesito para un corto estadía. La habitación era muy agradable y muy agradable. En general, recomendaría 1001 Nights Hotel para cualquiera que busque un lugar cómodo para permanecer, incluso sólo por una noche.

The villa was cool and the staffs are all friendly and cater to our request. The overall ambiance is so comfortable and definitely worth a visit for families to relax and spending time together

La casa era hermosa, y el momento en que abrimos el balcón, nos saludamos con una vista marina estupenda. Llegamos a la tarde, y la lluvia era baja a ese tiempo. Vimos a algunos turistas caminando por la playa, así que nos unimos a ellos para un paseo. El día siguiente, justo antes de salir, notamos que había llegado el aire, y vimos incluso barcos de pesca que salen al mar.

This was our 1st stay in the resort and it turned out to an interesting & awesome experience! We checked-in on 11th of March & checked-out on 13th of March. I booked a 2-single bed room but the hotel given us a king bed room at the upper floor. After talking to the front desk. I was told only king bed room was available. However, my wife didn't have a good night sleep as she was having light sleep, so easily waken-up due to noise & movement. The upper floor somehow was noisy due to the traffic outside the hotel. We have no choice but to feedback to the hotel manager on the 2nd day. The manager Ms Su was kind enough and upgraded us to a 2 bedroom suite on the ground floor, with 2 single beds & a king bed. That made our 2nd night slept peacefully. Thanks Ms Su of her attentiveness. The morning breakfast was a ala carte menu of Malaysian & western cuisine. Not a fantastic food but the service given by the professional F&B staffs made the experience so pleasant! Sincere thanks to F&B supervisor Santhosh & staff Myint of their attentive service.
