Overall a good stay with noajor complaint. Hotel is very popular among Singaporean during weekends and public holidays. Many eateries around the hotel area. The ksl mall.itself is a little boring with too many massage place, hair salon, main Pedi salon.

I recently stayed at St. Giles Southkey, Johor, and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is located in Mid Valley Southkey, making it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and entertainment. The direct connection to the mall was a huge plus! Rooms & Comfort: The room was spacious, modern, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and the overall cleanliness was impressive. The large windows offered a great city view, adding to the pleasant ambiance. Amenities & Facilities: The infinity pool on the rooftop was a highlight – perfect for relaxing with a great view of Johor Bahru. The gym was well-equipped, and the breakfast buffet had a good variety of local and international dishes. Service: The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and any requests were handled promptly. Location: Being attached to Mid Valley Southkey Mall means plenty of dining and shopping options just steps away. It’s also a short drive to the JB checkpoint, making it a great choice for visitors from Singapore. Overall: A comfortable and convenient stay! This is our first time staying in this hotel. The journey to and from CIQ was less than 10mins. Super convenient. KSL mall is literally behind the hotel. Reception service for check in and out was smooth and efficient. All officers are smiley and friendly. Sahur was amazing and surprised with the spread they offered. Love all the food serve and my kids love it too except for the funny taste of the milk for the cereal? (I didn't taste it tho) Room: Love the view with fireworks vibes and space. However, there is a musky smell awhile after we on the aircon. Lucky I have my perfume in handy. Towels has a funny weird smell as well but since it is a night stay only. We used it anyway. Some parts of the sink is dirty but not too noticeable. (Hopefully the carpet will be removed). Did not even get to see the pool due to the short period. Will be back again with my kids.

The hotel is located a 10 minutes walking distance from JB Central. It is connected to alot of eateries like Hua Mui which is recommended by the staffs there. The staffs are friendly and polite. Overall, the room was big and we enjoyed our stay there. There even a mama shop outside the hotel with money changer opposite the road. During our stay there is also a pasar malam there as well. No sure is it due to the fasting period.

Was pleasant surprised at what was provided in the room. A couch was provided for resting, a desk with office-like set up for charging devices, bedroom slippers, two bath robes and lovely comfortable bedding. We were also surprised to be provided a microwave and some dining utensils along with plates. The service provided was good and prompt.

Decent price. Good location. Can find eateries and convenience stores nearby within walking distance. But the hotel is surrounded by clubs and bars, so it doesn't look family friendly in my opinion. Booked sea view room, the room is very spacious, the view is great. The swimming pool is clean, there is small garden at swimming pool area it's nice. On the cons side: The hotel is quite rundown unfortunately, the standard is below the par from other Berjaya Group hotels. It could have looked grand with more maintenance and upgrading. The surrounding corridors to the room are gloomy with musty smell, lift has tobacco smell, the decoration and furniture are outdated. On the day I checked in and checked out time, there were workers cleaning the main entrance lobby floor with big pool of water, why they do it at this time??? Room cleanliness can be better. There were small flies in the toilet and the room itself. Furnitures like the tables are dusty, I had to clean them off with tissue papers. The toilet seat and the water tap head at the basin are a little flimsy though, had to use with extra careful, I was afraid it may fall off. Torn bedsheet at one corner. The room that I got at 14th floor is not really soundproof. At night, can hear loud booming bass noise from the clubs downstairs when it was time to quiet down for sleep, very annoying. Not an ideal place for a peaceful getaway. The room came with breakfast, but it was very basic. Don't expect much.

Very bad experience from this hotel specially room toilet shower was broken as I open shower it fell on me thanks I not got any injury or blood on my head I can sue or call police if I got hurt on my head with shower two times I call reception for repair nobody came then again call 3 time boy came it's really very very shocked I got save from head injury I need my refund from this hotel kindly refund the amount I already again don't want to book kindly refund amount as soon as possible not half full amount

Our 1st time checked in at R&F@Anju. The apt so clean and outside the 36th floor the view so beautiful amd amazing. Had a great time staying there for a short vacation. Will come again.

Hotel is within the nice resort area. Food options within the hotel is limited. Service staff at the pool bar was good. Cleanliness in room is not up to standard. Stains on the floor that cannot be cleaned off, wardrobe is dusty and oil stain on the mirror in toilet. If you have kids, is fine as the resort is linked to the waterpark or else go to Westin across the road FYI, Hotel charged us MYR30 for breaking a cup. I think it is part and parcel of operations for these to break and we are fine to pay but MYR30 for a non branded coffee cup is robbery.

Nice resort, big rooms and toilet with deep soaking bathtub🛁we have sent a message to hotel about celebrating our anniversary there and our room was ready with balloons, message and cake to kick off the celebration upon check in🎈🎉next to a clean private beach. Evening Happy hours at beach bar on certain days! Nice swimming pools , gym , sauna and jacuzzi at change rooms. The in house restaurant by the kids pool has nice ambience and good food. Good breakfast choices too. Bicycles for 1st hour is free and nice tracks to go around the area. More food and live band option in the evening at Hard rock hotel across the street. The hotel provides shuttle service to Hard Rock Cafe and to nearby landmark buildings.

I recently stayed at a Lotus Desaru that, while a bit dated, was surprisingly well-maintained. The loft room was spacious, and the cleanliness was top-notch, making for a very comfortable stay. However, the hairdryer in the room was inconsistent—it worked intermittently, which was a bit frustrating. The resort has a private beach which is just a 2-3 minute walk away (if your room is near the lobby) which made it easy to enjoy the sun and sand whenever we wanted. The breakfast spread was decent, though nothing extraordinary. It had the basics. The check-in and check-out process was fast, which I appreciated. Overall, while the resort may be showing its age, it still provides a pleasant and relaxing experience.

What a gem of a hotel! From the efficient check-in/check-out process, each moment was delightful. Also, the hotel has a very secure and safe environment Security personnel is also helpful and friendly. The room were clean and very comfortable, with many hand, face towels and bathrobe. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Desaru! Check in and out was efficient check-in/check-out process of the hotel. Their customer service is also commendable and offered us an excellent experience. We loved everything about this hotel, from room types, customer service, and facilities to the serene pool area. I will recommend others for sure! Breakfast, comes with many choices and fresh prata/eggs cooked on the spot. Many eateries within arm's reach. Will come back!

The resort was well maintained and beautiful! the hotel staffs were all friendly and welcoming. special thanks to Mira from the front office team. she was really accommodating and helpful when i asked for a room change because my room was really at the end and the view wasn’t what I booked for. I was travelling with young children and the view was quite depressing with a view of the carpark. after a few call exchanges, she provided us with a room change that was so much more beautiful and comfortable. we were all so thankful and appreciative for the help of Mira and probably her whole team. it made our stay so special. we will definitely come back again for our next trip to Desaru. breakfast was great, seriously our experience in this resort was one of the best in Desaru so far!

Reasonable price, good location near the beach, all rooms are facing the seaview & friendly staff, breakfast spread is quite good for the price. The facility is quite rundown, lack of maintenance - plants & landscape need to upkeep, turf with litters, aircon is very noise because air filter is choked with dust. Other nearby areas of interest are closed, Ostrich farm & Adventures park. If hotel wants to keep customers coming, they really have to take it seriously to upkeep the whole facility.

Staff at the front desk just okay. We booking for king bed but I believe it was just a queen size bedroom since we request for ground level as im pregnant. No lift provided. The interior was not very nice. The basic appliances were provided but the fridge is not functioning(not so cool) and not much space to set our foods and baby bottles etc.,. The worst was the smell from the sink (smells comes from the sewage) and need to open the exhaust fan all day long. Even i put soap the smell wont come off the smells comes from the drainage. It was bad i almost thrown up when opening the toilet door. I would not recommend staying here during monsoon seasons because we were not able to walk along the beach (the tide was high). The only thing i love were the environment of this resort (its so relaxing outside of the room) and the breakfast was superb. For dinner we went outside and eat at warung tepi futsal and the food were bad. The price almost the same as JB (quite pricey) even though JB still can get lower price.the staff at the pool counter was not friendly. His nails were so long and dirty . Not even smile at us. And answer our question smirkingly because we forgot our towel card.

Es amigable para niños de hasta 5 años, y básicamente pueden jugar en el parque temático niños de más de 105 cm de altura. Al lado del hotel está el medini mall, que tiene KFC, Burger King, Starbucks, Shizhimi y otros lugares para comer, así como un GRAN supermercado (similar al Hema en China). No hay cambio de moneda en el hotel. Solo hay un cajero automático del banco CIMB cerca del supermercado GRANDE. Este cajero automático no cobra tarifas. Si trae una tarjeta de ahorro UnionPay nacional que no cobra tarifas de retiro de efectivo transfronterizo (como Ningbo, Nongshang), puede retirar efectivo sin tarifas. Hoy en día, ningún banco en Shanghai puede cambiar ringgit, así que traje un banco de Ningbo. La prueba personal está bien. La habitación del hotel es bastante grande y hay un suministro de agua mineral. Puede pedirla en recepción después de que termine de beberla. Hay una caja fuerte en la habitación. Sigue las instrucciones para desbloquear el código y podrás conseguir Lego. El desayuno estaba bien y no estaba demasiado lleno. Hay ladrillos de Lego para construir en el vestíbulo. On the positive side, all air conditioners were operational and maintained at a comfortable cooling temperature.

Location is very nice and is a good alternative to staying near LEGOLAND Malaysia. Service was very good, front desk was very helpful and engaging. She took the time to introduce the nearby stores when we needed to get something we forgot to bring. Overall good experience, will definitely visit their starbucks machine again.

What you see is what you get. The studio room was clean and spacious with many amenities such as dryer, microwave and so on. The bed was super comfortable and had great sleep throughout the nights. Water pressure was good with heater. The common corridor was so windy even at 11th floor. Pool is Olympic size and kids friendly. There was a sauna but didn't have opportunity to use it due to lack of time. Checking in process was simple but with minor hiccup as initially I couldn't figure out where Tower C was as I saw only tower A and B. My bad. For anyone who get Tower C, I would suggest to park your vehicle at LG floor for easy access. Tower A & B could proceed with G floor parking. Great place and would recommend to anyone who wish to put night(s) there 👍

This is the 2nd time we stayed there. Easy check in. Everything is self service as it’s a service apartment. This place is nice and quiet. So no need to wait for lift for long. Private parking. Good view. The only set back is it’s not near to town. If have vehicle will be easy. Near to legoland. Quite near to Eco Botanic where there are lots of food, massage shops. It’s a pretty new estate.
