Este lugar superó todas nuestras expectativas y somos viajeros ávidos. Todo comenzó con el más cálido saludo cuando entramos por las puertas y la oferta de galletas recién calientes en el check-in, la velocidad fue excelente, las tripulaciones fueron amables y siempre listas para ayudar. La habitación es básica pero tiene todo lo que necesitas, canales de televisión en abundancia, botellas de agua listas, excelente ducha y comodidades, etc. Si pudiera elegir algo, serían los pequeños ruidos de las tuberías por la noche, el aire acondicionado que podría haber estado bloqueado. mejor, pero en serio no tan malo. La cama es cómoda, la habitación está limpia y el espacio es suficiente. Muy cerca de lugares, fácil de conseguir coches. ¡Definitivamente regresaré!

Cleanliness. Clean, neat and spacious hotel. Booked a standard rooms that came with wooden vinlyn. No bath tub, which offered for deluxe room. Location. Near KSL mall. Very near to the night market, as we had planned to stroll and buy our dinner and had it at the room. Service. The breakfast counter recep, could be friendlier, seems like I owed him money. The check-in recep was polite. Amenities. Standard amenities. Could offer 1 extra white towel only.

This will be our 7th time staying over here in Amari, Johor Bahru Hotel as we simply missed the sumptuous great breakfast and facilities very much from our heart. We did a 3 Days 2 Nights. As per usual, our stay have been pleasant. For this time round, l have booked a Deluxe Room so that it is slightly more spacious than the Superior Room for more leg room movement and we lurved the ambience. Everything was okay except for the TV which was giving us some problem. One of the technician, Hafiz came to repair on the TV. At the same time he also assisted to replace the bedroom spotlight and ceiling light too. He was very professional. Overall, we have enjoyed our stay completely happily with no complaints. And we will definately be back for our short vacation once again. Thank you for having us once again. Till then.

The buffet breakfast was very good, fresh, with a large variety of options. Enjoyed the snip and cut your own salad bar. Also more restaurants with the new Kedidi to choose from. Service from the staff was very good. They were always cheerful and attentive to our needs. Facilities wise it was nice to try the new gym which was clean with many equipment though the infinity pool needs a refresh. The private beach was very clean and well maintained. We also enjoyed our spacious room facing the beach with big bathroom. However the lifts smelt a bit stale with a peculiar smell. And overall the hotel looks a bit tired and needs a good revamp especially the common areas, the lobby and plants.,

Was there for a short getaway for June. Reach the hotel with a warm welcome smile from Bell Boy, and the reception attended to us was first . We was upsad that they give us from far alway from lobby as we have our mother with us which she can't walk but we management to change a room nearer to lobby . The breakfast was nice and lunch is good . Will be back again in our next desaru treat .

It has such a high rating here thats why I booked it. But then when I read other reviews, some also gave low ratings. It is probably depends on your luck. My stay was perfect except the bathroom was very slippery because they used these glossy tiles. Hot spring 4pm-10pm, very nice. Breakfast buffet was mehhh for me.

Good hotel, there's IQIYI on TV to watch movie and drama with family. Pasar malam in front of hotel every Monday from 4.30pm worth going for delicious food. Hotel also provides payable shuttle bus to JB Sentral, anyway taking Grab from hotel is also convenient. Many eateries around, no worry for food :)

First time here for holiday with my boyfriend. The hotel are awesome and we have a wonderful day at here with the bath tub. The hotel are great clean and parking are free . We went to mini zoo and Desaru beach so near by . Aircon upstairs and downstairs are prefect . We really enjoy staying here but the room key should give us 2 Instead of one . We left the key inside the room receptionist guy wanna check out my room ( I say NO ) I left my key inside the room . He ask me to put deposit RM 50 but my wallet was in the room due to we going to the beach that why we did bring wallet out . Staying need to put deposit RM110 I can understand but return back RM 100 . Room key should give 2 Instead of 1 . We are 2 person staying inside the room . Should be reasonable abit . The Malay guy ask the lady . The lady say don’t need and that was so awesome and when we check out return back the 2 too Key no point keeping the key cause I going back Singapore . The breakfast is nice and great . We just use the meal card for breakfast . Other that time everything are prefect and great .

Hotel check-in was swift despite being a weekend as we are so used to so many JB hotels and their extremely slow check-ins. Rooms are spacious, nice touch with the bay window seats. Pool is clean and beautiful scenery. Location wise is short walk to KSL and many eateries. Getting a grab ride is convenient too and can avoid jams. The only downside was the hotel breakfast. Food were very basic and the toaster that doesn't work 😅

Is an old resort, but for the price we can’t complaint too much as well. Is a calm place but most facilities including the room is worn out, wooden smell very strong in the room, service staff is good just I think is the system make it check in very very slow, expects to wait 30 mins to 1 hour during weekends I guess. Breakfast is nothing special and dun expect too much.
