My partner and I received outstanding service during our stay at Residence Le Point Choisy in Mauritius. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that truly exceeded our expectations. Throughout our stay, every member of their staff went above and beyond to ensure that we felt welcomed and cared for. More so I want to extend a special thanks to Yash and Matt for arranging special activities, recommending exquisite dining options and simply attending to our needs with a smile, you both consistently demonstrated a level of professionalism and attentiveness that left a lasting impression on us. We definitely recommend guests to book at their place and we look forward to returning to your beautiful resort in the future and creating more cherished memories.

¡Magnífico hotel situado a pocos pasos de Grand-Gaube! Sitio espléndido, muy bien entretenido con muchas plantas, platos .... Diversos restaurantes están disponibles, 3 a la carta (Beach Red, Bodrum e Inti) y un general o se puede comer un buffet en el desayuno. También hay un lugar o no se puede comer Burgers, quick bite a midday ... 2 Piscinas, 1 grande al restaurante principal y una tiene el otro extremo del complejo sólo para adultos. SpA magnífico, tenis, fitness, petanque y todos los deportes acuáticos disponibles... Se adoraba .... El personal de la parte superior! Poli y de una amabilidade increíble ... ... Servicio de la parte superior! Recomiendo con firmeza.

Este hotel ha superado nuestras expectativas, el lugar en el que está ubicado, la playa, la habitación, las instalaciones y los servicios que ofrecen son excelentes, especialmente el SPA y las actividades náuticas. El restaurante Bisou, con su piscina infinita y su vegetación tropical es un paraíso. Es un hotel comprometido con el arte y la creatividad, y es verdaderamente impresionante, se han cuidado todo los detalles. El desayuno a la carta y frente al mar es una maravilla. Pero para mí lo más importante de este hotel ha sido que sus empleados y empleadas nos han hecho sentir como en casa. Muchos de ellos son de Mauricio, tienen muchos años de experiencia en turismo y, lo mejor de todo, hablan español. El restaurante Ai Kuso es brutal, tanto la comida como la repostería: calidad y creatividad. No obstante, para nosotros, el Bisou siempre será nuestro rincón exquisito. Gracias a Olivier y a todo su equipo del Bisou por hacer nuestro 20 aniversario una experiencia inolvidable.

It is the best choice we can made. We people like to discover new cultures and we are fully satisfied. The resort is cosy , lots of charms, and the deck is really nice , more than we expect. When it comes the service, there are some people from the bar to the restaurant, even from the room, they were outstanding. Zack from the bar was exceptional, Ashwin, Ajay coco, Doushan, from the kitchen Priya attentive for us. Making us Veg food , Vimah really nice and helpful lady from the housekeeping team. We had an amazing experience, and really grateful. We are coming back for sure. Big thanks to Elodie the GM and her team.

Small family orientated hotel. Perfect location. 5 minutes walk to a shopping mall and 10 minutes to the beach. Friendly staff who are very helpful. The rooms are cleaned most days to a high standard. Our room , more like an apartment. had an en-suite, kitchenette with cooking facilities, sofa, TV, dining table, and fridge, and a balcony with table and chairs. Lovely small pool with plenty of sun loungers . Perfect for small families and couples. We would love to stay there again.

Hotel complejo típicamente Mauritius muy bien organizado y encantador que ofrece muchas actividades y bien situado para radiar en el norte de Mauritius. A special shout-out to Leckraj, who went above and beyond to make this weekend perfect—thank you for the beautiful room decorations, the birthday cake, and all the little thoughtful touches! A big thank you to Nishta, who was always there whenever we needed assistance, and to Patrick, who made sure we never missed anything at the dining table. Also, a special mention to the barman, such a friendly and welcoming person! A heartfelt thank you to Anaselle and Geeta for the amazing couple’s massage—it was incredibly relaxing and truly enhanced our experience. The food was simply excellent, and our room was outstanding—spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed. The hotel itself is immaculate, peaceful, and truly relaxing. We initially planned to stay for just one night… but we loved it so much that we ended up booking an extra night! Highly recommended—can’t wait to come back!

You need to manage your expectations when you book a stay at Ocean Villas. You might have watched their fancy YouTube video but it's not reality. You'll also see videos from past guests. And it's fair to say that these videos show the icing on the cake and core ingredients. If you saw a married couple from South Africa touring the hotel, be warned that they've shown the best parts. It's a 3 star establishment. And that means you're going to have to put up with a property that was built circa 1980s. There were signs of wear and tear everywhere. As you walk through the front door, some parts of the villas needed a bit of filler and a lick of paint. Some of the furniture had seen better days and our shower door leaked every time we took a shower. But the villa was clean. The beds were comfortable and our villa had amenities that you wouldn't expect. A safe, hair dryer and a microwave was available. A bottle of mineral water (Crystal) was also provided on arrival and parking outside the villas was convenient. As for the grounds, the gardens are kept well. It's not going to blow you away but again it's 3 star. The swimming pool didn't look as clean as we'd like. We opted not to go for a dip. The cushions on the seats were covered in stains. Not great. The beach was decent. The view out to the bay was great. You can swim but when we stayed, the sea was choppy but that's not the hotel's problem. What's great about Oceans Villa is its location. You're only 5 minutes away in a car from the best public beaches. Namely Trou aux Biches, Mon Choisy, Pereybere and La Cuvette. So you're spoilt for choice. We'd like to praise the service at the hotel. The kitchen staff and serving staff were accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. The entertainment in the evening was particularly good, and you'll certainly be tapping your toes and most likely dancing. Lastly the food. There's a good selection of food but too much MSG added to it. Every morning, we woke up to that awful salty taste on our tongues. So as you can gather there's some good parts to Oceans Villas but you're going to have to put up with some bad parts. if you're on a budget and happy to stay in a 3 star establishment where you can experience the beaches in the North, it's a good place to stay. Would we stay there again? I'd most likely opt for a self catering apartment. We felt for the money, we'd get better quality of facilities but then again we'd have to prepare our food.

Wow! what a truly incredible space - I felt enchanted from the moment I arrived, with big smiles from the friendliest Team, offering iced cloths to refresh 'n cool my travel neck & hands. The decor is exquisite, & the attention to detail is on point. As I moved through the spacious eating & chill area, into the garden, I quickly realized I had arrived in a little slice of paradise. The palm trees, & garden enveloped me, & I was transported to a magical place, instantly relaxing & welcoming me 'home'. My room was beautifully set out, & the air con, as well as fan, ensured a cool resting sanctuary. The pool was exceptional, & I spent hours in its salty embrace. I walked to the local beach to snorkel with the fish & sea turtles! As well as ate from the delish food trucks, witnessing magnificent sunsets, & feeling deep gratitude. After 9 days of delight, rest, adventure, play, mixed in with a bit of work, I can quite honestly say I did not want to leave! I will always have this experience in my heart & mind, & am absolutely returning :)
