The cottages were a little out of the way but they are perfect - toasty during winter, spacious with an ensuite bathroom per bedroom, and accessible via the frequent bus service. It’ll be even better if a microwave is provided in the cottage, and if our ski/snowboard fear can be stored in the locker room near the slopes (we arent allowed to do so and have to carry them back to our cottages everyday. We stayed at the premium room at the main building previously and would say each experience is unique, but staying at the main building would be more convenient and staying at the cottage is more special especially during winter.

La ubicación es un poco mala porque está muy lejos de todo y no hay opciones de comida cerca. Si tienes coche, no hay problema. Sin embargo, el buffet es carísimo: 8000 yenes por persona. Parece que el detergente que usaron en las sábanas me irritó la piel. Sin embargo, su atención al cliente fue fantástica, al igual que sus aguas termales.

La habitación es como suele ser habitual en hoteles de negocios. Ofrece café de cortesía y ozachuke, que estaba delicioso. Está a poca distancia a pie de las calles Matsumoto. Lawson también está convenientemente ubicado en la puerta. Sin embargo, no hay aparcamiento gratuito. Las aguas termales son modernas y suficientes.

Be careful that the actual room is not the same as trip shown. Everything is good but the room wasn’t my expected. Finally trip.com refunded me a certain amount, fair enough. Look at my photos, if you accept such a room paying this price, go for head, with free-spa, no complain. Just because it wasn’t what I wanted😂😂

Me quedé muy satisfecho con la habitación. Había una pista de esquí al otro lado de la ventana y el paisaje era particularmente hermoso. Aunque la habitación era un dúplex, el techo era muy alto, por lo que era espaciosa y no resultaba deprimente. No hay problema para que cinco personas vivan aquí, el piso de arriba es de estilo japonés y el de abajo es de estilo chino. Limpio y sanitario, con instalaciones completas, aguas termales gratuitas todos los días y un desayuno y cena muy ricos. Además, hay una lavandería de autoservicio. Además, cada habitación dispone de dos guardaesquís gratuitos, lo que es especialmente estupendo, y hay autobuses a otras estaciones de esquí todos los días. Es muy conveniente alojarse en este hotel para esquiar.

Love this ryokan! The service was just amazing! We arrived the ryokan feeling cold and asked where we could get some heat pads and was told that since the ryokan provides free shuttle to train station, they could send us to convenient store. And before it, the staff came back with some mini heat pads for us to use for the meanwhile. There was also paid shuttle to snow monkey park (500 yen per pax one way) that you can arrange with them. We had a tatami room, it was spacious and the staff came to the room to do the check in and served tea and welcome snack to us. The ryokan guests are entitled to go to nine onsens around the area for free. The ryokan provides yukatas and all necessities for it. The meals were sumptuous and super yummy. Overall, a fantastic ryokan experience for us!

Worthy, nice food and service. I love every details they put, walking on tatami and great decoration. And I can say this chain is one of the best hotel in japan. - Even room is small but lower bed makes it more spacious. And with no view room you still got sunlight dont worry. - Location is good, walkable from the station. - Breakfast is amazing! Freshly fried Tempura is authentic, also Gyudon and others also great. I love apple juice too. - Dont forget night soba and treats after onsen. - Onsen is good too but only indoor. - The rest area beside onsen is fantastic, in the morning with the view of Japanese alps they even have name of each mountain so cute. - Tips for restaurants nearby, there are izakaya food court like gathering all izakaya in one place and yiu can choose what you like

Está cerca de la estación Yudanaka, si vas a unos 200 metros del hotel, hay una terminal de autobuses del lado de Yudanaka. La estación de esquí Shiga Kogen y Snow Monkey son fácilmente accesibles. Hay una tienda de conveniencia cerca a 100 metros de distancia, pero no hay muchas tiendas cercanas abiertas, por lo que no hay mucho que ver. Sin embargo, puedes disfrutar de muchas aguas termales y una sala de juegos en el hotel. También hay una máquina de masajes para que puedas divertirte en su interior. At first, I didn’t expect much from this hotel, but everything changed when I arrived. We traveled to Karuizawa via Shinkansen, and just a five-minute walk from the JR Station, there’s a shuttle bus stop inside the shopping plaza. The hotel staff were very friendly, and check-in was smooth. Although the carpet in the room has seen many winters, it added to the cozy atmosphere. The food was excellent, and the lobby offered free coffee and soft drinks, along with a large, charming stove to keep you warm on snowy days. The ski resort is just around the corner, with rental shops, a ski academy, and ski lifts all in the same area, making it very convenient. If you’re looking to recharge your energy surrounded by nature, this is the perfect place.

Hay muchos baños, lo cual es divertido. El baño al aire libre es muy bueno. Los vestuarios son pequeños. El desayuno buffet fue abundante y el local era espacioso, lo que facilitó la elección de qué comer. Como ya teníamos media reserva, nos ofrecieron platos de Año Nuevo y sake gratis. Hubo algunos problemas con la demora del servicio de cena privada y con la guía de la habitación, pero como era Año Nuevo y el personal se esforzaba al máximo, pudimos tomarlo con humor. En comparación con antes, parece que han cambiado su enfoque para atraer a familias, y la imagen general ha renacido con un aire más joven y alegre.
