Hoteles con Spa en Prefectura de Hiroshima, Japón

Initially i wanted to book a hotel somewhere in the downtown. But the breakfast and the dinner here caught my eyes. Also the view of the inland islands. I stayed 2 nights here, I came from Fukuoka where my plane landed. The taxi fare from hiroshima station to the hotel is about 3000-3500 yen. There is free hotel shuttle bus but i did not take it. Also, there is public bus stopping right outside the hotel (which i found out later). Though the hotel is old, it is well kept and clean. The staff were very eager to assist the guests and there is always a smile on the face. I was given the 17th floor facing east. But the morning sun was too bright. Though it didnt matter much to me. Another reason i booked this hotel is they have speed boat counter for Miyajima island. I booked one way there as I have the JR pass for return and I have plans after. One way ticket from hotel to Miyajima is 2400 yen and return is 4500 yen. There is a convenience store in the hotel. But I believe they closes at 2200. Also, there is hot spring in the hotel. There is a usage charge for it, but i do not recall the price as i did not use. I went up to the bar on the 1st night. The view was great. Most importantly the price are reasonable too. For both days, i ate at the chinese restaurant for breakfast. 1st day was Japanese breakfast set. 2nd day was Japanese buffet style breakfast. They were delicious. The western and Japanese buffet breakfast at the top floor were very crowded. But they had more selections. For my return trip to Beppu, I used the concierge (bell desk) to send my big luggage to Fukuoka. The price was okay. I took the hotel shuttle bus go Hiroshima station. It was a pleasant ride. Do take note it is first come first serve and there’s a queue. I will stay here again, should I come back to Hiroshima. Thank you.

Stayed here during a mid-February trip and the location is its greatest strength. Being directly connected to JR Hiroshima Station via the pedestrian bridge was a lifesaver, especially since we were traveling with several large suitcases. We used the Ta-Q-Bin (luggage forwarding) service to send our bags to our next stop in Nagoya, and the staff handled it perfectly. Also made use of their valet laundry service for our tops and pants—it was quick and saved us a lot of hassle. If you're looking for a stress-free base in Hiroshima, this is it.

Este es un hotel fabuloso. Eres bienvenido desde el momento en que entras y hay un ambiente muy internacional en el hotel. El check in fue sencillo y los servicios estaban bien explicados. La zona de recepción cuenta con un fantástico bar cafetería con una deliciosa variedad de pasteles y aperitivos. La habitación era muy cómoda y tenía excelentes vistas de la ciudad. Nuestra habitación tenía dos camas dobles con almohadas y ropa de cama suaves. El baño estaba bien equipado con un tocador entre el inodoro y la ducha. Las características de la habitación aumentaban la sensación de lujo, incluyendo una máquina Nespresso y un juego de té. Los artículos de tocador eran agradables y de buena marca. El personal fue excelente en todas las áreas que visitamos, incluida la salida. El Memorial de la Paz fue un paseo agradable: 20 minutos, y hay una multitud de restaurantes y bares a poca distancia a pie del hotel. Me encantó la ciudad y sin duda reservaría este hotel como base en nuestra próxima visita.

La ubicación está bien, cerca del tranvía, pero no es la calle más bonita. La habitación es muy calurosa, incómoda y diminuta. Y no son exactamente dos camas. Hay una cama doble y luego hay una escalera muy alta e incómoda para alcanzar un colchón que está muy cerca del techo. El personal no habla nada de inglés y tuvimos que usar el traductor de Google con todos. Al principio nos dieron la habitación equivocada y esperamos 40 minutos para registrarnos. La mujer no sabía que ya habíamos pagado la habitación. Al día siguiente, pedimos dejar nuestro equipaje antes de tomar el tren, a lo que accedieron. Y cuando volvimos a recogerlos, nos dijeron que nos cobrarían por este servicio, ya que estaríamos fuera durante más de una hora. El personal no fue muy cooperativo ni amable y no nos dejó ir. No hay ningún cartel ni explicación en ninguna parte sobre el hecho de que dejar el equipaje no es gratis. No está escrito en ninguna parte.

Nos alojamos aquí dos noches. No está muy cerca de la estación JR, pero aun así, el trayecto es de unos minutos y no es difícil. Me encanta el baño caliente. Hay una sauna con televisión dentro ;) ¡Qué bien! Te dan un bento para desayunar. Lo tomamos en la habitación la primera mañana y lo tomamos en el tren al día siguiente. Muy flexible y además está buenísimo.

We had a wonderful time enjoying the onsen bath, recliner lounge, ocean terrace and beautiful view from our room (Note: trip.com booking of lowest priced room with sea view is not correct as the room is located at the lowest level and you only see trees before the ocean. We need to pay extra to upgrade the room to a better view). There's a private onsen bath tub in the room too. They also provide free coffee, popsicle sticks and yukata at the lobby. Dinner and breakfast has a reasonable spread but most food (especially the fried ones) are pre-cooked and cold. So they don't taste as good. The location is high up the hills. It's not possible to get a bus and then climb up with heavy luggages. The best way is to take a taxi, so be prepared to pay the price.

En primer lugar, no puedo creer que un hotel de este calibre tenga aire acondicionado doméstico instalado. La posición era tal que el aire acondicionado daba directamente sobre la cama y era ruidoso, así que terminé apagándolo y yéndome a dormir. Había dos tipos de almohadas, pero la más suave no era muy suave, así que me pregunté si había dos del mismo tipo. Fue un fastidio para mí porque me gustan las almohadas suaves. Creo que dos ascensores son muy pocos para esta cantidad de habitaciones. Al final tuve que esperar bastante tiempo. Pensé que sería bueno tener paquetes de café de filtro en la habitación en algún lugar de esta cabina, pero no había ninguno. El gran baño público en el piso superior, que se suponía que era el mayor atractivo del hotel, tenía demasiado vidrio esmerilado, por lo que no se podía disfrutar de la vista.

This property far exceeded my expections. I give much credit to the exceptional service provided by the Front desk team and housekeeping. They have been well trained and follow-up, as and when required. It is one of those few properties which I have experienced, as a global traveller, where it was difficult to leave. As foreign guests are also using the hotel, I would recommend basic English classes be provided to help in the delivery of the service. Thank you.

Every night we were told that our kiseki dinner ”has been upgraded” due to us changing to a smaller sea view room than the only mountain view room was available through trip.com. But every night at dinner, every guest were being served the same dishes. Makes us wonder what ”upgraded” really means. We stayed for 3 nights, breakfast variety gets boring after the second morning. This being a resort, closing breakfast service at 0915 is not helping us relax...

夜ご飯を食べたら夜中に体調を崩し、食中毒でした・・・。私だけでしたら勘違いかと思いましたが家族もなったので確実だなと。レストラン？で真ん中のテーブルに次の日の朝食のための食器が並べてあり上にクロスがかけてあるし食事も美味しくありませんでした。ホテル自体はよかったので次は素泊まりにします。酷い目にあったので食事はおすすめしません。
