Overall a very pleasant stay. Location is good, we just took buses to go Sakae and Nagoya Station - there is also a 7/11 across and beside is a Mega Donki. The hotel is too pretty, nice colors and adequately sized. Amenities also are provided, and staff were all accommodating. If was a great experience - too bad i didnt have the time to try the public bath. Highly recommended!

Plenty of parking lots for guests, the location is surrounded with plenty of restaurants, room is clean and efficient. There is complimentary breakfast and the spread was good!

An excellent hot spring hotel tucked away in a quiet village. Don’t let its secluded location mislead you though; access to the area is convenient and easy, whether you’re coming from western or eastern Japan. The food was delicious and the service was impeccable. The room was a lovely, traditional Japanese-style room with an excellent view of the adjacent stream and small valley. Perhaps most importantly, the hot springs themselves are just wonderful. The quality of the water is excellent and the tubs are comfortable and offer lovely views over the valley. Perhaps my favourite moment was soaking in the outdoor baths after dinner, under the gentle glow of the hanging lanterns, with the sound of the bubbling river below. Perfect! Would 100% stay again.

Very good capsule hotel, good value for the money! Very helpful staff and able to speak English (Suzuki, Chie, Arjun, thanks). Free soft drinks, free alcohol from 17-27, free breakfast and dinner, very good spa and sauna, anime corner and mini games. The difference from last year is that the top floor isn't just for man anymore, the women has their on section now, while the man has to share their section, which isn't fair. It would've been better a mixed floor or women have there own floor (Only 2 massage chairs and 1 isn't working properly on the male section, there were 3 last year). Also, you only supposed to talk on the phone in a small ”phone boot”, which is for one person, which is silly in my opinion (the women section used to be the part, where you were able to speak with others on the phone/app). I also miss the lemony ”energy” drink from the sauna and the ”flushing noise” option from the toilet from last year. It's still a very good hotel!

Se tarda de 8 a 10 minutos en caminar en dirección opuesta al metro Kuya Odori 1A. Hay una zona de desayuno de aguas termales en el primer piso y una hora feliz por la noche. La sensación general es buena. parque y una torre de televisión, puedes caminar hasta los grandes almacenes Mitsukoshi y los grandes almacenes Sakae, la calle comercial Osu, después de pasar la torre de televisión, hay una calle llena de comida, muy animada, la habitación del hotel es suficiente. , y el limpiador facial Pola en la recepción es muy bueno.

El hotel está situado justo al lado de la estación de tren, es muy conveniente. El personal es muy servicial, ayudan a mi hermano a llevar nuestro equipaje a la estación cuando todos íbamos de compras. Las instalaciones son muy nuevas, la función de reducción de ruido de las ventanas es perfecta. Es tan silencioso que incluso nuestras habitaciones están al lado de las vías del tren. Un punto que hay que apreciar es la canasta para las toallas, está tan bien preparada y es tan detallada que solo necesito recogerla y luego puedo ir directamente a las aguas termales. Disfruto especialmente la sala de descanso en el área pública de aguas termales. El ambiente es limpio, ordenado y relajado. Para el desayuno, el tipo de comida es suficiente, ni mucha ni poca. La calidad es buena en general. Sólo una sugerencia de mejora: proporcione una máquina de pesas para el equipaje. Será más conveniente para los amantes de las compras como nosotros comprobar si nuestro equipaje tiene sobrepeso. Por favor considere amablemente.

Last minute booked this hotel with onsen as this accommodation is the nearest to Nagoya station then. But it is still a 12 min walk from Meitetsu Nagoya (where you take the train to airport). Onsen is very small with 4 washing cubicles in the female. Amenities provided within the onsen are also limited eg 1 hair dryer with no seat. But the hot water relaxed the muscles after 1 day walking. I booked a bigger room that is meant for 2 to 4 pax. Comfortable stay, return your unused toothbrush and toothpaste in exchange fo a small treat. Welcome drink until 8pm is a plus point.

Номер был на двоих, с двумя отдельными кроватями. Кровати удобные, немаленькие. Понравилась подушка. Принимает нужную форму за счёт зерна во второй половине. Номера давно не ремонтировались. Мне лично было очень темно. Свет включался только в коридоре и как ночник над столиком и между кроватями. Кресло массажное в номере работало, но подставку для ног не выдвигалась. В гостинице имеется сауна, но только для мужчин! И вся информация в номере и в гостинице только на японском. Персонал вежливый.

Love the Hot SPA in the rooftop a lot, staffs are friendly, the location is super great and we can walk around all the attractions nearby on foot, supermarket just opposite to the hotel and lots of local restaurants just 1-2 mins walk, a great experience and would highly recommend
