Excelente servicio aunque se sentía que había algunas mosquitas. De lo contrario, fue una buena estancia. El desayuno fue increíble y el personal es super amable y útil. Todo juntos muy recomendado para permanecer.

*Review: One-Night Stay at Kenilworth Hotel, Kolkata* I recently stayed for one night at the Kenilworth Hotel in Kolkata and would rate my overall experience as a 6 out of 10. The hotel has a lot going for it, especially in terms of its location and general ambiance, but there are also a few aspects that could use improvement. To begin with the positives, the hotel is situated in a very convenient and well-connected area. Being close to central Kolkata, it’s easy to access various parts of the city, whether for business or leisure. The immediate surroundings are pleasant and relatively peaceful, which added to the comfort of the stay. The room provided was decent—clean, well-organized, and equipped with the expected amenities for a four-star property. The bed was comfortable, and the room had adequate lighting and storage space. The bathroom was functional and clean, although not particularly luxurious. In terms of comfort and upkeep, the room met my expectations. One feature I particularly appreciated was the hotel’s gym facility. It was clean, well-maintained, and had a decent range of equipment for a quick workout. For a short stay, it was more than sufficient and a welcome amenity for anyone looking to stay active while traveling. However, one significant downside was the dining experience. The biggest letdown was the limited food choices, especially in the set dinner menu. While the staff were polite and the service was timely, the menu lacked variety and felt quite restrictive. For a property of this category, I had expected a broader range of options, including some regional or seasonal specials. The lack of flexibility and limited appeal of the dinner options certainly took away from an otherwise comfortable stay. It might not be a dealbreaker for everyone, but for those who enjoy exploring a hotel’s culinary offerings, this can be a sore point. The check-in and check-out processes were efficient, and the staff at the front desk were courteous and helpful. There was a general air of professionalism throughout the hotel staff, which contributed positively to the experience. In conclusion, Kenilworth Hotel offers a reliable and comfortable stay with the added benefit of a good location and useful amenities like the gym. However, the lackluster food options—especially in the set dinner menu—stand out as an area that needs improvement. With a little more attention to dining and guest preferences, the hotel could elevate its overall appeal. For now, I would consider it a decent option for short stays, especially if dining isn’t your top priority.

Yo tuve una experiencia fantástica en JW Marriott Kolkata. El equipo de concierge, Arnab, Bipul y Imran, me ayudó a encontrar uno de los mejores guías de viaje en Kolkata, el Sr. Anup Saha, que hizo mi viaje en Kolkata impresionante y memorable! El Sr. Huda fue un conductor muy agradable y confiable durante mi estancia. También quiero dar las gracias a la Equipa de Front Desk. Desafortunadamente no me dieron sus nombres, pero cuando expliqué que viajaba solo y que prefiería no quedarme en una habitación con una puerta de conexión, me ayudaron a organizar un cambio de habitación. El desayuno también era perfecto, me dio una maravillosa oportunidad de experimentar una amplia variedad de platos indios. La habitación era limpia, cómoda y tranquila, lo que facilitaba la relajación después del trabajo. El hotel está muy bien situado, y el servicio general supera mis expectativas.

This was one of our best stays in Kolkata. Hyatt Regency Kolkata is an excellent all purpose hotel with high end restaurants and five start guest services, fast Internet, clean rooms and bathrooms, fresh towels, clean water supply always and more. I highly recommend this five start hotel which has kept up to it's reputation for decades. It has a wide variety of food choices and sumptuous breakfast.

Elegant and luxurious hotel located in a beautifully renovated palace of royal family of Kolkata. Our room was very spacious, beautifully furnished with old, wooden furniture. The huge bathroom and all floors are made of marble. The hotel is located in multiple buildings of the palace complex. Delicious breakfast can be eaten outside in shaded patio or inside in air conditioned restaurant. Every evening there is a live show of folk dance performers. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at.

También FYI, me equivoqué mi tarjeta de llave de la habitación y tuve que pagar 200 por un reemplazo. En general, fue una gran experiencia y definitivamente recomendaría este lugar para cualquiera que visitara Chennai.

So the location is on the main road which I really loved unlike other properties which are inside deep alley. Food is good I ordered biryani although it doesn't tastes like famous Kolkata biryani but it was not bad. The room is small and cozy. The staff behavior is polite. There can be some issue related woth parking as the hotel doesn't have its own parking. I was on my scooter which I parked some other location.

hotel cleanliness and location is ok. only 30 to 40 mins from airport and maybe 50 to 60mins during peak hours. The room is comfortable and clean. The food (in room dining) is big portion and solo traveller cannnot order too many dishes. The reception counter is slow in serving the guests. Always seems to be multi-tasking. I.e. cannot concentrate and handle one guest at a time, while other guests just cut in and then he/she will have attention diverted. Coffeshop (place where we have breakfast) service is ok in the morning. Mainly because it is buffet. However, if lunch time 3 to 4pm, their staff is slow in responding and waiting for food and bill is very long. Their chinese resturant always seems to be closed. So within my days of stay, i visited twice and i was told it is closed. I dont use their facilities.
