For our abode, we didn’t have a second thought. We had loved the hospitality of Sterling Mussoorie last year. Hence for Nainital, we booked Sterling Holiday Resorts in Nainital. Nestled amidst the picturesque hills of Nainital, far from the hustle and bustle of the city center. Our unforgettable getaway was filled with breathtaking views, delectable food, impeccable hospitality, family time and heartwarming surprises. A beautiful drive led us to the property and upon arrival, from the moment we stepped into the grand lobby, enveloped by warm smiles, we knew we were in for a treat. We were treated to refreshing welcome drinks while the staff efficiently completed the check-in formalities. The corridors which led to our rooms were adorned with pictures that captured the essence of Nainital, further amplifying the excitement for our stay. It was time to check out our heavenly rooms. The Super Premier Room with a Balcony & Valley View was a delight! Stepping inside, we were acquainted with spaciousness and artful design. The highlight, undoubtedly, was the private balcony offering a mesmerizing vista of the valley below. The room itself was a haven of comfort with calming interiors, a plush double bed overlooking the view, TV, cozy seating, ample luggage space, wardrobe, and a spacious bathroom. To add a touch of local charm, there were welcome goodies including special Uttarakhand delicacies waiting for us - a delightful start to our stay. The balcony became our favourite spot, especially during mornings and evenings. As we sipped on our cups of tea, we were enveloped by the beauty of the valley, making it the perfect way to start and end our days. After a long journey, we were famished. In-room dining came to our rescue, and we ordered some delicious grilled sandwiches with tea before heading for dinner at the hotel's restaurant. The restaurant Tadka was a visual delight, exuding elegance with a touch of greenery. Plush seating in pastel colours like pink and green created a warm and inviting ambiance. The culinary experience at Sterling Nainital was nothing short of extraordinary. Every bite here was a journey of flavours. Let us take you through the culinary extravaganza we indulged in. Our culinary adventure began with a delightful spread of appetizers. We savoured both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, including Vegetable Sweet Corn Soup, Chicken Sweet Corn Soup, and Garden Green Salad. The flavoursome soups were a perfect precursor to the mouthwatering starters. For starters, we tried the irresistible Fish Fry, Paneer Tikka, and Vegetable Kebab. The Vegetable Kebabs were particularly delightful - crispy on the outside and bursting with flavours on the inside. We had a two days at sterling mussoorie everything is fine from check in to check out the staff is great from reception to restaurant the ambience of the property is very nice only thing is the way from mall road is bit narrow. Rest evrything is fine and enjoyable definitely we will come back 😊

Antes de reservar, vi a mucha gente diciendo que la comida aquí no era buena y estaba muy nervioso. Cuando comí el buffet de desayuno, encontré que estaba bien, pero no había muchas variedades, pero la calidad estaba bien. Son las instalaciones para quejarse. No hay compartimento separado para el inodoro y la ducha. Era comprensible que el diseño no se considerara en ese momento. Pero lo que es incomprensible es, ¿no podemos agregar una cortina de ducha? Después de bañarse, el baño estaba salpicado y estropeado. Si quieres ir al baño o cepillarte los dientes más tarde, lo siento, tienes que entrar.

Un gran estancia en el hotel. Desayuno comida típica y también opciones desyunoncontinental. Cenas y comidas muy buenas, también comida típica opciones veganas y opción de pastas, pizzas y otro tipo de comidas. Respecto a los trabajadores del hotel un 10. Me han ayudado con todas las excursiones y cosas que he podido necesitar. En especial AMIT y SURAJ RANA, trato exquisito y mucha ayuda. Hicieron que mi estancia fuera muy especial. 👏👏👏 saludos

Basically receptionist female was really good. She put full effort to make us make comfortable. Food was good. The only point i like to highlight that room bedding sheets and the sofa cover was not perfectly clean.

I recently stayed at Radisson Blu and was extremely disappointed with the experience. The room was far from the standards expected from a reputed brand like this. Cleanliness issues: There were visible stains on the walls, which gave the room a very unkempt and unhygienic appearance. Facilities not functional: The intercom was not working, making it very difficult to reach the staff for assistance. Maintenance problems: There was a blockage in the basin, causing water to accumulate and adding to the inconvenience. Despite raising these concerns, Mr. Ashutosh Pandey, the General Manager of the property, was unable to provide any resolution. The lack of accountability and effective management made the stay even more frustrating. I expected much better from Radisson Blu and will think twice before choosing this hotel again.

We recently celebrated our anniversary at The Claridges Nabha Residence, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality that set the tone for a wonderful stay. The property is nestled amidst serene surroundings, offering the perfect mix of tranquility and luxury. Our room ( recently renovated) was beautifully decorated and thoughtfully prepared, making us feel extra special on our big day. The dining experience was exceptional – the food was delicious, with a variety of options to cater to every palate. The entire team made us feel like royalty, and their genuine care and hospitality left a lasting impression. We are so grateful for the wonderful memories created here and can’t wait to visit again. The resort was excellent. Clean and tidy. Rooms were fine. By your Staff William, We're warned about leaving doors closed because of monkeys. There are a fair number in Mussoorie. Mussoorie Brewing and Restaurant were very good. The some attractions was very stinks and not worth the visit. We were a group of 5 and 1 people were ill the next day. They shared the same plate. Your staff at main gate Kapil and Dilavar had so much their efforts in helping us for parking and repairing. The politeness and Helpful of your staffs make our day. Thank you all.

El hotel está justo enfrente de la estación de tren de Dehradun. Alguna parte de ella aún está en construcción. Pero desde la perspectiva de la estancia, está listo. Visitamos y nos quedamos aquí en nuestro camino a un Himalayan Trek. La experiencia global fue buena. El check-in era bastante suave. Ser un nuevo hotel, todo aparece y se siente nuevo. La habitación era buena con colores brillantes. El tamaño de la habitación era decente. Tenía un pequeño balcón. El baño era limpio y limpio. La cama era de buena calidad. La habitación tenía todas las comodidades necesarias. Nos encontramos en familia de 3 y por lo tanto necesitamos camas adicionales. Se le ofreció inmediatamente a petición. La comida era buena y el valor para el dinero y el servicio era atento y eficiente. La habitación estaba bien equipada y cómoda. Estaba muy contento con mi estancia. Espero estar de vuelta para una visita más larga en el futuro

It was our Anniversary and Taj team planned a Surprise which we all liked it very much. I would like to thank everyone. Shruti during check in was very humble, all other staff members during inside tour, restaurant staff, everyone was very polite. A lot of greenery, adjacent river is added advantage. Overall the recommended place, will come back again.

My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities. I particularly appreciated the comfortable bed and the thoughtful touches, like complimentary water and tea maker. The views from my room were stunning, adding to the overall enjoyment of my stay.

Estaba juntos la semana pasada de enero de 2023 durante tres días durante nuestro JimCorbett & Nainital Adventure Tour & nuestra estadía fue fantástico. La limpieza de las habitaciones era muy buena. Hostel is good ✨️ but rates are a bit high in comparsion to other hostels who are same or better than it, doms are nice & have chairs too ,but pillows are a bit hard , there should be soft pillows , front office boy & Owner Kavita mam are also very helpful & polite , but there should be proper checkin procedure & entry of all details in register like number etc , yesterday night one alchoholic got checkin at 12 am night & was disturbing everyone in ground floor dom was even pulling curtain of my dom too , such people shall not be allowed , Hot water facilties are good too , there are 2 bathrooms in 8 bed doms again a good point which most hostels lack , Wifi is good too , Location is also accesible at laxman jhula market , hostel is good at levels but need improvements too 👍

The hotel is centrally located near Parmarth Ashram. The hotel is good enough for a budget traveller. It has got a decen restaurant of its own that offers good quality food. Point to note is that this hotel is located on the other side of the Ganga river where cabs, ricks etc are not allowed and the hotel will tell you this only on the day you are arriving there. If you have luggage, you will have a hard time transporting it to the hotel across the Ram Jhula as you are at the mercy of the porters/bike guys who are the only ones allowed on the bridges (jhulas). If travelling with luggage, try to book a hotel on the opposite side the river.

Después de un viaje inaugural a este maravilloso hotel el año pasado, volví entusiasta este septiembre... Este hotel ha ido de fuerza a fuerza. Un lugar ideal para viajeros de solo y grupo, bienvenidos y cómodos, grandes habitaciones espaciosas, un gran jardín, un restaurante fantástico que sirve una amplia selección de comida, gran conexión WiFi, todos los mod cons! ¡Qué feliz ver este hotel prosperar, es un gran activo en Tapovan y una joya absoluta! Pero otra vez es la gente que realmente hace un lugar y yo daré las gracias eternas a todos los tipos que me recibieron tan amablemente, brillantes personajes que trabajan tan duro y son tan divertidos!
