As always everything was good from the beginning... the check in till check out. The breakfast which wasn't quite the usual during our last stay there were totally opposite this time... understood there was a face-lift refurbishment work carried out at the restaurant the last time and as such it was excuseable..This time around the hotel had exceeded our expectation for both the service standard and eloborate buffet breakfast readied for the guests. We would like to thank all the restaurant staff in particular the restaurant manager SK Allarakha for making every morning as a start of a pleasant day with all the courteous services extended to us by him and his lovely team..This has prompted my family to celebrate my 60th birthday in the morning of 16/1/2026 before their departure for flight.Thank you for a great and courteous service shown to my family and i.We will definitely choose to stay at the TRT again the next time around. Way2go all... Cheers!
A little outside the city center (but still within walking distance), I liked this place very much. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a good mix of local and Western cuisine.
The only surprise was that the internet was sometimes slow or unreliable for such an establishment (though it generally worked). The airport shuttle (organized through a separate company on the premises) worked very well.
I would definitely come back when I’m in Madurai again.
Good amenities, good breakfast and buffet dinners. I booked the hotel car for a day trip to Sadhguru’s Isha yoga foundation. I am impressed by the driver. He is a steady driver, knowledgeable and forthcoming in sharing his knowledge. The Chinese restaurant is great too! Overall, I find the staffs friendly and have a strong interest in fulfilling guests needs.
The lobby ambience was pleasant with ample spaces. We have given a great hospitality upon our arrival and check in. I did enjoy the roof top bar as well as bar by lobby. The food was pleasant with mostly are Indian food. Pastries and few other western foods are also well prepared. Am sure will stay here in my next visit.

Dije que había comido bien y lo pedí. Después de regresar, cambié la recepción. El precio ha cambiado. Es más caro que Ola. Doblado. Early Check In, el hotel comenzó a exigir estrictamente que no se puede registrar temprano, debe ser a las 2 pm, después de la comunicación, comprender impotente, luego salir a almorzar, regresar a las 12 del mediodía, descubrió que el hotel incluso le dio otro par de pareja blanca se registra, pero también proporciona una toalla y bebida de bienvenida. En general, el precio no está mal, es decir, la recepción es muy molesta y la situación de salud no está equipada con hardware.
El ventilador del aire acondicionado de la habitación en la que me alojé soltaba un olor acre la tercera noche. Tuvimos que rociar perfumes y spray ambiental por todas partes para dominar el olor acre.
Toallas reducidas de 2 toallas a 1 toalla a partir del día 2.
No se reponían geles de ducha ni champú.
El contenedor de basura del baño no se recogió desde el día 2 hasta que hicimos el check out.
La tarjeta de acceso a la habitación se sigue estropeando, por lo que todos los días debemos reemplazarla por otras nuevas.
Очень понравилось! Красивое гармоничное место, нет шума транспорта и людей. Получилось действительно расслабиться и с удовольствием отдохнуть. Просторный, чистый номер, внимание в мелочах к постояльцам. Территорию отеля вечером обрабатывают от насекомых. Очень вежливый гостеприимный персонал. Есть обмен валюты. Свободный доступ к бассейну, разнообразное меню на завтрак. За всё пребывание в Индии в 4-х городах из 4-х отелей этот самый лучший. Однозначно рекомендую этот отель.
I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay here. The hotel is smart, efficient, and fuss-free, which made everything easy. The room and bathroom were spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable, and I slept very well throughout my stay. Breakfast and dinner buffet was delicious.
This is honestly the best hotel I have stayed in across Coimbatore, and I would highly recommend it to anyone. The service was excellent, and special thanks to Bala, Surya, and Valli for their warmth and genuine care, they truly made my stay memorable.

Petit bémol au petit-déjeuner : la machine à café était en panne et le personnel n’a pas semblé pressé de régler le problème. De plus, bien que le service commence à 7h, tous les plats n’ont été mis en place qu’aux alentours de 7h30.
Dans l’ensemble, l’expérience reste positive, mais quelques améliorations sur la réactivité durant le service du matin seraient appréciées.

HHonser TanMy initial stay at this newly launched hotel was excellent. The modern facilities were in perfect working order, and the room was impeccably clean and comfortable. It was a promising start that convinced me to return.
Unfortunately, my second stay was profoundly disappointing and raised several concerns. The first room I was assigned had a strong, unpleasant odor. While I appreciate the staff promptly moving me to a second room, it only partially resolved the issue, as a faint strange smell persisted.
The second room had multiple functional problems:
* Non-Functional Power:** The USB ports and power sockets on the wall faulty.
* Inconsistent Hot Water:** The water heater took an excessively long time to heat up, disrupting my routine.
* Purify water contamination:** There's particles and oil from the purify water. It seems contamination from central filter.
Most alarmingly, at approximately 6 AM one morning, a **very loud alarm sounded from the door area.** This was highly disruptive and concerning, as it was unclear whether it was a security breach alarm or a triggered fire alarm. The lack of any immediate information or follow-up from the hotel staff regarding this incident left me feeling unsettled and concerned about the emergency protocols.
While the front desk staff were helpful in changing my room, the combination of maintenance failures and a confusing safety alarm indicates a significant lapse in operational standards. For a new hotel, this is troubling. I hope this feedback is taken seriously to ensure the safety and comfort of all future guests.
Bbash johnHotel looks old and too far to some locations. Didn't like the room given on the first day. Front office staff Mr Akash was very helpful to change our rooms the next day. And the conceige ( I forgot his name) was very helpful too.

They need lots of improvement in service and the rooms need some renovation as the wardrobes n carpets look old. it will also be better if they use some room freshener or candles with fragrance as the room doesn't have a pleasant smell. Overrall, it's not that great for a premium hotel.

Special thanks go to front desk officer Ms Saraswathi, and concierge Mr Daniel, Mr Vijay , Mr Rajini. Also food the spic restaurant are amazing, special thanks to restaurant staff Mr Arindam, Mr Rajesh & Mr Kartik. Overall Hyatt Regency staff make extra miles to make our stay an amazing and memorable holiday. Planning to travel again with kids.

UUsuario invitadoI had a flight that was postponed to the evening instead of the original morning time schedule. As such I needed a hotel that was near Chennai Airport for me to rest. Radisson Blu was very near the Airport, about 10 mins drive away. The hotel and room was excellent and very clean. The breakfast and lunch buffet had a wide range and very tasty. Most importantly, the staff, from the counter staff at check-in and check-out , to the concierge, the staff and managers at the restaurant and the driver of the car for the Hotel's Airport transfer were very helpful, polite and engaged me in genuine conversations to find out how my stay in the hotel was and if I needed anything. I truly enjoyed the short stay I had in the hotel. The only downside is that the hotel is only near the Airport, and is quite a drive away from the city centre.
But am excellent Hotel nevertheless.
MMir69Upon my early-morning arrival on January 9, I was informed that a fire incident had occurred and that I would be transferred to Taj Club House, with assurances that it was of an equivalent standard. After checking in, it became immediately evident that Taj Club House is not comparable to Taj Coromandel. I was assigned a first-floor room, where the hallway was lined with unpleasant odors from sports shoes, and the room itself appeared dated.
I promptly lodged a complaint with Trip; however, their Chennai partner was unreachable. According to the agent, the Duty Manager, Rose, declined to offer any compensation or partial refund, despite the fact that I had paid a premium rate for Taj Coromandel and was instead accommodated at a lower-grade property, Taj Club House.
