I stayed at The St. Regis Mumbai for two nights last week and had an excellent experience. The check-in process was efficient, and the staff maintained a high level of professionalism throughout my stay. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered an impressive city view. Housekeeping was consistent and attentive, ensuring everything was in order without needing to request anything. Although I did not try the breakfast service, I did visit the bar on the 37th floor, which was a highlight of the stay. The night views from the top were outstanding, and the atmosphere was refined yet vibrant. The service team at the bar was attentive, and the overall experience made for an enjoyable evening. Overall, The St. Regis Mumbai delivered a high-quality stay with strong service standards and a well-maintained property. I would highly recommend it for both business and leisure travel.

Breakfast featured a mix of continental and Indian dishes, with highlights like fresh pastries, dosas, and flavorful coffee. Lunch offered a more elaborate spread with live counters and delectable desserts, ensuring that every meal was a feast. The attentive staff at the restaurant further enhanced the dining experience with their courteous service. The bar at the resort is a cozy and inviting space, perfect for relaxing with a drink after a day of exploring. The well-curated menu of beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, ensured there was something for everyone. The bartender’s recommendations were spot-on, and the ambiance added to the charm of the evening. A special mention must be made of the resort's Christmas décor, which was absolutely delightful. From twinkling lights to thoughtfully arranged festive displays, the entire property exuded holiday cheer. The Christmas tree in the lobby was a particular highlight, and the effort to create a warm, festive atmosphere did not go unnoticed. It truly added a magical touch to our stay, making it all the more memorable. Overall, Fariyas Resort seamlessly blends luxury and comfort with its stunning location, exceptional amenities, and attentive service. Whether you’re looking for a family vacation, a romantic retreat, or a solo getaway, this resort has something for everyone. The yoga courses and Zimbabwe courses are not there but they will pretend that they are there. I asked 4 times to get the schedules through email but that email never came . Be careful cause the security at swimming pool is just like a decoration cause everyone can enter without having the room card to the swimming pool area by just jumping in while some clients are entering. And maybe there is a collaboration with the staff because actually in such beggars clothes how can they pass unobservant even the main door of the reception of the hotel! They have strict policies about cancellation which normally all the other marriotts of the world have..specially with clients who have diamond and travel genius highest level as vip clients .they dont consider that they stayed the entire week 7 days and it can happen that the last day some unpredictable work thing can happen. The 24 /7 service is just a fake thing cause if you call at a normal 10 pm the person's who ll pick up the phone after a LONG wait they still make you wait for the next morning for the concerned person to come and ask. They say ”we ll call you back but that call never comes” .

Habitación enorme y espaciosa. Los armarios y la zona del minibar estaban un poco húmedos... con olor a madera mojada. El desayuno estaba bien. Ideal para una noche si vas al aeropuerto al día siguiente. A menos de 5 minutos a pie de la Terminal 1. Hay carritos disponibles y el personal puede ayudarte con el equipaje hasta la terminal. También hay varios restaurantes en el aeropuerto si no te apetece comer sentado en el hotel.

Great experience at Taj Mahal Tower, from the check in, to the room service, to the breakfast variety and restaurant food everything was superb. Located just outside India gate. The little touches like the traditional welcome and the complimentary heritage tour make it all the more special. The room service staff were friendly and nothing was too much effort for them. I would definitely recommend it if you want a relaxing high end stay in Mumbai.

Great experience, hotel location was perfect, morning breakfast was awesome with great spread of choices. Hotel gym is perfect with good spa options.

La habitación era muy tranquila, y el hotel estaba muy tranquilo. En cuanto entre en mi habitación, me acostaba y me quedé dormido, sólo para despertar muy pronto después por el sonido de la presión -no estoy seguro de lo que era- de los dibujos, cubiertas, puertas. A continuación oí a alguien caminando por ahí con calzado muy pesado, así que llamé a la recepción y afortunadamente lo pusieron en un rato, pero luego parecía que estaban haciendo trabajos de construcción en la habitación arriba de mí - empezaron a amarrar! Sí, amarrar!!!!! ¡No hay posibilidad de dormir! ¡Llamé a la recepción otra vez, y dejaron de mover y borrar. La habitación era muy alta, y la televisión estaba en mi habitación. My stay at the Radisson Mumbai had its ups and downs. The room was comfortable, but the ongoing construction was a major issue. The noise was persistent, and on one day, the hammering was so loud, it was right next to my room, making it impossible to rest or sleep properly. A particularly frustrating experience was at the GOMA restaurant. We ordered a course meal and specifically asked about portion sizes beforehand, being told that each portion would be suitable for one person. However, when the food arrived, the portions were large enough for more than two people. We had to cancel the main course and other dishes as we couldn’t finish the earlier ones. Despite this, we were charged for the entire course. It's the restaurant’s duty to accurately inform guests about portion sizes, and this miscommunication led to an unfortunate dining experience. That said, the staff in other areas truly stood out. Shivam and Vijay from the restaurant were incredibly attentive, always remembering my regular orders and ensuring I had my coffee packed when I was rushing to work. Jaytin from Musafar Restaurant was a big help with packed lunches, always providing us with delicious food and paying close attention to our preferences. Arjun from in-room dining was consistently polite and friendly, making every meal delivery a pleasant experience. While the hotel had its challenges, the efforts of these staff members helped improve my stay.

A pleasant stay at Novotel. Very welcoming staff, polite, friendly and always ready to help. Great location near the metro station. Breakfast is top notch… I highly recommend this place…

What to write ? Everything is perfect about this property. Location perfect, Hotel perfect, Service perfect, Staff perfect, Hospitality perfect and moreover accepting and accommodating all your requests…perfect too. During this stay I did not booked breakfast but went through the offerings and I can say that is great and perfect too. Will definitely book breakfast during my next visit. Great Work Team Courtyard by Marriott and thank you for making our stay comfortable. Will keep visiting you always…☺️
