Muy bueno hotel y buen personal. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y para ellas era buena. La habitación también era espaciosa. El precio era un poco más alto, pero la alojamiento era muy bueno.

Clean and well located . Gentle and responsive staff. Amenities seem old and dated ( position of shower knobs can’t be accessed unless you stand below shower) , had unfortunate incident of bathroom getting locked and unable to open and it was 2am typed . Staff did come and fix it within 5-7 minutes but was scary considering the hour.

The hotel has a beautiful entrance and dining area. However the rooms are quite dated and since it's in a busy part of town, you should expect to hear noose from the traffic when you're in your room. Overall, it's clean and it is relatively comfortable.

The stay was average. Initially they gave a room which did not have a functioning toilet. Later, the room had to be changed at night so that we could get a working toilet. Overall it was an average experience for the price we paid

Hotel looks good but amenities in rooms are not good. Initially I was provided with Room No 511, when checked in AC and TV was not working. they shifted to Room No 410, same issue was there also. again they shown me Room No 411, AC and TV was working but interior was not upto the mark. windows of bathroom was broken. not provided with all required essential items of rooms. all these happened in night and they took more than 40mins to provide me a room to stay finally

Not too many choice of food especially for dinner, many items are in the menu, but nothing is available when asked. Location is ok just 30 minutes away from airport. Not many aminities, property is old and need better cleaning. Linens were dirty.

Resort is pretty, stay was comfortable. But service was not upto par. We had ordered evening snacks at 6 40 pm which was delivered to our room at 9 pm. We were continuously following up with room service but the only response we received was “we will let you know”. Therefore disappointed with the service.

The resort is good for wedding only not for individuals like us, we went with our family, we booked 3 rooms for for 6 people. We were bit disappointed because we went to enjoy and we were distributed by the noise all around till late night more over the wedding people start their drum betting in the early hours of the morning to wake up us all. The good part of this resort is all staff were very helpful and well behaved, the food was very good. Buffet breakfast was also very good but you will feel you are in some market place during wedding. The wedding guests should be separated from the individual guests like us. Our humble request please advise the guest in advance if there is wedding is going on in this resort so they will not face the problem we faced.
