Cet hôtel paraissait bien sur le site, mais en réalité, il est complètement délabré. Comme nous avions payé d'avance, nous n'avons pas pu changer ! Les chambres sont vieilles et vétustes : rien ne fonctionne : clim hs, literie catastrophique, pas de drap, salle de bain sale et robinetterie cassée avec uniquementde l'eau froide, toilettes cassés, la piscine est très sale et pas nettoyée et même dangereuse car des clous dépassaient par terre et les transats étaient cassés.... il n'y avait pas de quoi nous faire le petit déjeuner et un matin, nous n'avons rien eu. Tout est sale !!!!!! Le personnel ”glande” sur leur téléphone et ne s'occupe de rien !!!! Cet hôtel devrait fermer !!!! Ou bien être ”rafraîchi ” . Dommage car le concept des petites maisonnettes était sympa. Si je pouvais mettre zéro en note, je mettrai zéro !!!!!! Les photos ont l'air bien, mais c'est loin d'être bien : fuyez cet établissement !!!!! Nous avons l'habitude des logements ”rudimentaires” car nous voyageons beaucoup, mais là : fuyez !!!

This was our third time vising Amber. The location is idyllic, peaceful and very beautiful. The beach is almost always deserted. We enjoy the tropical setting, the food, the remoteness but most of all the staff. All of the staff at Amber are so friendly, so warm and so committed to making sure you have a wonderful stay that being there always feels like its our ”home away from home”. A special thanks to Ardi, Ripi and to the smiling Rani on the front desk who is always so professional and helpful with great English - an invaluable member of the team! Needless to say, we'll be back! 🙂 Ian and Victoria

One of the best hotel options that you can choose in Senggigi. The hotel is spacious and lovely, the hotel staff are super friendly and helpful, the check-in process also fast. The hotel has the amenities and facilities which you may need during your stay. The view is directly to the beach so it is very suitable for those who come to enjoy holidays alone, or with family or friends!

We stayed here in March 2023. The hotel was empty apart from us taking up 2 rooms (unless we missed other guests). The hotel was lovely but it was just very tired. It really does need some updating, but we totally understand that what with Covid and the earthquakes Lombok suffered, recovery has been slow. The rooms were clean and tidy. Only issue we had was that we struggled with the wifi. Each time it went out, we contacted reception and they managed to get it going again, but it was a regular gripe that it would only last for a short time and then have to be reset. Not the end of the world, but we did chose a hotel with wifi as we need to be in contact with work. Due to the lack of guests at the hotel they were running a very limited menu which wasn’t even open of an evening. Again, we understand that the costs of keeping it open for the minimal guests is not cost effective. However, we would have liked to know before we booked. Luckily, we found a very lovely restaurant (The Office) just over the road. Our friends had been here twice in previous years and therefore know how lovely this hotel used to be. We hope it manages to recover and get back to where it once was.

La situación del hotel y sólo maravillosa tenemos una vista a la que cortar el aire. Hotel muy limpio. Al llegar nos sorprendió la recepción La amable del personal la vista de la habitación y sólo maravillosa. Parece que estamos en un barco el hotel y rodeado de verduras y una piscina de excursiones justo woww.

Este hotel antiguo está un poco cansado (tiene 30 años), pero es funcional y tiene jardines y terrenos estupendos, y está bien mantenido. Se agradece mucho que le hayan mejorado la habitación con vistas al mar. El servicio fue rápido, aunque a veces el tiempo de espera podría mejorarse, pero qué demonios estás de vacaciones. Vale la pena mencionar la actitud acogedora y atenta de todo el personal del hotel. El desayuno bufé estaba bien equilibrado y ofrecía platos locales y occidentales. La piscina era de buen tamaño con piscina infantil separada y había suficientes tumbonas la mayor parte del tiempo. Sería bueno que hubiera más canales de televisión, pero si no, asegúrate de llevar una tableta o un iPad para estar informado de lo que ocurre. Hay Wi-Fi disponible en todas partes, así que es algo bueno. Estoy satisfecho con el hotel.

We had an incredible stay at Meno Island Villas! We had the 2-bedroom, private pool villa and stayed for almost a week. 'Google', Din, Yan, and As were awesome hosts, super friendly and always smiling, they went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable and fun. Our rooms were very comfortable, and had everything we needed. We loved using our private pool 3/4 times per day. We also had breakfast included each morning, with a good menu to choose from. It also happened to be my birthday during our stay, and the guys went out of their way to not let me forget it! They also catered to our every need, helping us carry our bags, ordering and delivering food like 'room service' from across the island, a never-ending supply of Bintangs, helping us get the best prices on tours, the service was better than I would expect at home. Could not be more complimentary!! In terms of location, getting around Gili Meno was easy, we walked everywhere (but you can take a horse and cart). You can also rent a bike, but be warned, some areas (particularly on the tracks closest to the ocean) are very sandy, so you would have to get off and walk those, but the further inland you go the more ridable the tracks. Meno Island Villas is pretty much in the centre of the island, so its close to everything. It's roughly 10mins walk to the west coast where the best snorkelling spots are (statues and turtles) as well as all the good bars/restaurants on the island. It's maybe 12mins walk the other way to the east coast where the port is, and probably 15mins to the top of the island where the best sunrise/sunset is. We explored Gili Air and Gili Trawangan on day trips as well which 'Google' helped us organise, and these were very enjoyable, I'd highly recommend going to both of them too. Gili Meno is definitely the quietest of the 3 islands (particularly during the evenings) if that is what you're after, but the snorkelling spots are PACKED during the day. A local described the islands as Meno is the honeymoon island, Trawangan is the party island and Air is the mushroom island! Getting between the islands is very easy. I suggest approaching people directly yourself though, don't go through the shuttle companies and pay 450pp, we averaged 250 for 4 people on private boats, so you can definitely negotiate pretty heavily. In the end, we had an amazing time, filled with great memories and we didn't want to leave!

Santorini se encuentra en el lado opuesto del Gili T desde el puerto. Caminé por el centro de la isla para llegar y tardé unos 25-30 minutos. Si tienes equipaje grande o con ruedas, no te lo recomendaría. Simplemente no tenía ganas de intentar razonar con los conductores de caballos (no hay Grab en la isla) porque era mi primera vez y no sabía cuánto debería costar. PD: los conductores de caballos son un estándar de 100.000. De todos modos, el complejo es decente y recibí un jugo de bienvenida. La habitación era un poco más pequeña de lo que me imaginaba. Mi mayor decepción fue que la piscina no funcionaba y reservé allí por 3 noches. Tenía que usar la piscina de mis amigos todos los días, que estaba cerca del puerto. Otro inconveniente es que el complejo está lejos de la vida nocturna, que está más cerca del puerto si planea salir hasta tarde. Y al regresar al resort, caminas o andas en bicicleta por estos caminos muy oscuros. Terminé saliendo después del día 2 porque la piscina todavía no funcionaba. En cuanto a la comida, solo probé las costillas fritas y estuvo bien. La gente era amable y el servicio era bueno, debo decir. Me compensaron dándome un alquiler de bicicleta gratis. Mi recomendación es que si planeas quedarte en un solo lugar para relajarte, Santorini está bien si la piscina está funcionando porque la playa está justo enfrente del complejo. Pero si planeas explorar la isla y posiblemente hacer vida nocturna, me quedaría más cerca del puerto.

La ubicación es buena frente a la playa, hay actividades en la playa, es decir, motocicleta eléctrica Muy abundante durante mi estancia debido a la acontecimiento anual del banco local Wifi está muy semana en el edificio, necesita mejoras serias El desayuno está bien, nada especial. Durante el duche, el agua caliente no es posible ajustar, el agua demasiado caliente o demasiado fría durante el duche. Won’t come back again due to the wifi & hot water issue
