We had a pleasant stay and the breakfast was fantastic. I bought lumpia separately during my checkout and all the staff were polite & helpful. I will definitely recommend my friends and relatives to the ALTS🤩The rooftop swimming pool is clean and the view was 👍🏼 Near for karaoke 🎤 and Near for food hunting😋

No es lo que esperaba, el hotel está mucho más usado y gastado de lo que aparece en trip.com. Necesitan urgentemente alguien que hable inglés en esa recepción, no basta solo con la buena intención sobre todo porque asienten como si te entendieran pero no funciona, en absoluto, con lo que el desencanto va en aumento. La voluntariedad de los empleados es óptima y sobre todo el servicio de limpieza hace un trabajo encomiable. Al estar en una especie de “plaza de aparcamiento “ cada vez que te recoja el Grab o el taxi tiene que recoger un ticket, validarlo en recepción y entregarlo para salir del recinto (si no lo haces así te tocará pagar, como me sucedió a mí, 5000 Rupias que además nunca volví a ver). El desayuno es bastante básico (para estándares occidentales) aunque está repleto de fritos y fideos. Café, té y zumos de calidad pésima. No merece la pena pagar el desayuno sobre todo porque la cafetería restaurante que está al lado del hotel tiene una calidad fabulosa y el cafetería está de miedo.

Aryaduta is to me a old hotel. The bed is worn out...room is quite small for 2 single bedded. But its ok... Their wide choice of buffet breakfast is their saving grace. Really nice and delicious food. Front desk to concierge is nice and friendly. My biggest DISLIKE ? Their limited lift or elevator service... There was a wedding being held there. Their lifts are constantly full...after 30min waiting...8-9 times lift doors open and close as it is full...I used the staircase. Not good....inconvenient.... Would I recommend it ? For that price, there are better choices out there... It would be a choice if my favorite hotel is fully booked.

Hotel room entrance had a bad smell (i.e. body odour) which though being treated still not solving the issue. Another things related to ammenities: in one of the day, they do not supply the cotton buds. No shaving kits all the time. In one of the day during my stay, they do not supply enough bottle water which supposed to be 2 bottles per day but at that day they just give one considering there was one bottle left from the other day. Hotel lobby is excellent

Esta es mi 2ª estancia. Me gusta el ambiente de Batiqa, así que me reservaré de nuevo. Prop.: + opciones de desayuno muy buenas. + mini gimnasio con algunos buenos equipos para trabajar + sofá en la habitación + camas cómodas con grandes cucharas Cons: - la habitación no está profundamente silenciosa. - cuando entré en la habitación, hay un olor que no sé de dónde viene

Centrally located in Palembang, close to major attractions like the Ampera Bridge and the Palembang Trade Center. It's also convenient for those visiting for business.

Relatively newer in structure and design. Love the layout of the Family Room. Love the friendly staffs from the front desk to the concierge. Their wide variety of breakfast is nice and delicious....Its my 2nd time staying there....Highly recommended
