Check in was smooth. Villa was big, love the spacious living room. Unfortunately need to improve on housekeeping cleanliness. There was a standing stack of cigarette ash left on the dining table beside the pool. There was unwashed coffe stain on the rim of the coffee mug, no stirrer was provided for the coffee and tea satchets, not thoughtful. We hardly use the 3rd floor so cant comment. You need to move the furniture yourself if you wanna sit outside on the 3rd flr. Master bedroom was huge, with view of the sea. Toiletrie, dental kits were provided. The toilet door was abit faulty, could not close properly..sigh.. Bathroom wall looked mouldy/ dirty. We were greeted by thunderstorm the next morning, the wait for buggy took more than 15min in the morning--breakfast peak + inclement weather. Water started seeping into the 2nd flr landing during the pour, and water was dripping from the bathroom...itz crazy..fortunately we were checking out that day already.. Cant comment on other facilities as we didnt get to try..will i go again...maybe after their next round of refurbishment.

Room was relatively clean except ants on the table. However the toilet was a little dirty. The sink kept getting clogged. Ac was great and cold. The lift is very slow.

Our stay at Natra Bintan was such an amazing experience for us as a couple 🤍 We decided to go on a weekday, and honestly that was the best decision because the whole place felt so peaceful, calm, and private. The atmosphere was very relaxing with beautiful views and a quiet environment perfect for escaping from busy routines and spending quality time together. From the moment we arrived, the service was really good. The staff were all very friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel welcomed and comfortable all the time. Check-in was smooth, the room was clean and cozy, and everything was well prepared for guests. What we loved most was the overall vibe of the resort. It’s not just about the stay, but the feeling you get there slow mornings, relaxing walks, enjoying the lagoon view, and having peaceful moments together without rushing anything. It truly felt like a short healing trip for both of us ✨ Definitely recommended for couples who want a romantic, relaxing, and peaceful getaway. We would love to come back again someday 🤍

Área extensa con villas y hoteles. Ubicación: está lejos de la ciudad (no es gran cosa porque no hay nada en la ciudad de Tanjung Pinang) pero cerca de la terminal de ferry. Servicios completos, pero no estoy seguro del mantenimiento; parecía descuidado para tirolina, tiro con arco y escalada en pared. La habitación estaba bien, la cama y las almohadas eran cómodas. La presión del agua en el inodoro era baja y la ducha no era agradable. Es imposible moverse en Grab o Gojek y reserve su alquiler. El que ofrece el hotel era caro. De hecho, el hotel ofrece una serie de servicios, pero el precio es alto. Cogí el buggy para explorar y costaba 20 SGD/hora. Cenamos en una cafetería y 2 personas pagaron 80 SGD; el servicio fue bueno, pero la calidad no tanto (bastante salada).

My intention here is to provide a 100% fact based, detailed and balanced assessment of the 360° experience of this property. But before we jump in to the details, let me first say that *for the discounted VIP member price* paid on this occasion, we are 100% satisfied with our stay at MAXONE Batam (with one notable exception, see below). A big thank you to the management and team (especially front desk and concierge) for an *almost* perfect 👌🏼 stay. First visited MAXONE Batam six months ago when newly opened. A very positive experience, but my initial impressions were that overall facilities available were quite limited given the ambitious price point. This second stay confirmed my initial observations, after 6 months of operation. Quality of welcome is very good, front desk and concierge extremely professional. Well done 👏🏼. Main public areas and rooms are immaculately clean and well maintained. If you want 100% immaculately clean rooms, this is, however, probably your best choice today in Batam. Linens are top quality, fresh and clean. Abundant and carefully selected pillows. Very large king bed. If your objective is a good sleep, this is pretty much guaranteed. However, we have the following observations that indicate the typical prices asked for the standard Deluxe King rooms are ambitious and too high for what you get: - Breakfast not included - No pool or gym - Deluxe King rooms very narrow and claustrophobic for two people with luggage and shopping (but the bathrooms are a good size) - It's clear from the layout that whoever did the interior design of the Deluxe King rooms is not accustomed to, and does not have appropriate experience of, designing for compact room dimensions - much could be learned from the efficient layout of similarly compact (19m2) rooms in eg Denmark, Sweden, about the optimal use of space. - Unacceptable WiFi connectivity, whether you are a business or leisure traveller. Latency (often over 1000ms) in particular is problematic. Over 100 tests conducted on 5 different devices over 48 hours at different times of day and at all locations at the property. This is clearly a conscious cost based decision by the hotel operator and not a technical limitation, certainly not in a newly constructed property. This is particularly an issue for local business travellers such as myself because 4G/5G cellular connectivity with XL, Telkomsel etc at this location at Jln Sriwijaya / Kampung Pelita is extremely poor and always has been. *Summary and conclusions* We've stayed at almost all 3*, 4* and 5* properties in the Riau Islands over the past 10 years. This includes the two most recent 5* star properties and several newly refurbished 4* star properties in Kota Batam. As a ”user chooser” business owner who travels and works remotely 300+ days a year, I don't have a set ”budget” or ”price range” for hotels and apartments I select. I'm interested in the services and facilities received in relation to the actual price paid (after my usual VIP / frequent traveller discounts). On this occasion, my VIP member prices mean I paid very competitive prices for this stay. As a result I'm 100% satisfied with my stay at MAXONE Batam, with the exception of the WiFi provision which remains unacceptable in such a property given the kind of target customers the property would like to attract as guests.

”Excelente resort, excelente servicio” Bueno, para empezar, sí, está lejos. A una hora y media de la terminal de ferry de BBT. Pero ofrecen transporte compartido (con toalla fría, galleta y botella de agua), así que, sinceramente, no hay problema. Simplemente te relajas y, para cuando llegas, ya te has desconectado mentalmente de todo. El registro fue muy rápido. No había cola en la recepción. Mientras esperas en el vestíbulo, te ofrecen una bebida de bienvenida y una toalla fría junto con los trámites de registro. Eso ya se notaba. Y el personal estuvo atento durante toda la estancia. De verdad, no necesité llamar para nada. Todo lo que esperaba encontrar en la habitación, estaba allí. El servicio de carritos de golf está disponible hasta las 23:00 y te atienden enseguida si los llamas. La suite en sí era excelente. Un balcón exterior enorme con dos zonas de estar. También hay una hamaca para relajarse en una tarde tranquila. Dentro de la habitación, una cama de madera maciza con un colchón cómodo y sábanas limpias. Te dan almohadas tanto duras como blandas, algo que siempre agradezco. Detrás de la cama hay una mesa/silla grande. También incluye puertos de carga rápida (un buen detalle). El televisor está equipado con un dispositivo tipo Google TV con un control remoto familiar. La habitación estaba bien equipada con cuatro botellas de agua, copas de vino y otras bebidas, tazas de café/té y un minibar con las bebidas más comunes (no incluidas). Un pequeño detalle: olvidaron las cucharas para el café/té. No arruinó la experiencia, pero lo noté. El baño era grande y limpio, con lavabos dobles. Todos los artículos de tocador necesarios son de buena calidad. Sin embargo, la ducha es un poco estrecha, ya que está al lado de la bañera. Por lo tanto, moja toda la zona. Incluso si pones una toalla en el suelo, termina empapándose también. El desayuno fue excelente. Un desayuno al aire libre con una buena variedad: fruta fresca, ensaladas, platos locales, panes, patés, café/té, además de kopi y teh. La cena también estuvo deliciosa y el servicio de habitaciones fue rápido. Lo único es que la cocina cierra a las 21:30, lo cual es un poco temprano, sobre todo estando de vacaciones. No es un gran problema, pero conviene saberlo si, como yo, sueles cenar tarde. La mayor parte de la información se comparte por WhatsApp: horarios del autobús, información de salida, todo enviado sin que yo tuviera que insistir. Sencillo pero efectivo. Cada villa cuenta con dos bicicletas (una para él y otra para ella), lo cual fue divertido, sobre todo porque la zona es bastante extensa. Aunque hay algo que se podría mejorar: La piscina es demasiado pequeña. No tiene capacidad ni para el 25% de los huéspedes. Y la playa principal es muy pequeña y solo tiene dos tumbonas. Nada más. Para un lugar situado justo al borde del agua, esperaba más. Las cápsulas de café de la habitación eran malísimas. Todo lo demás en la habitación era de buena calidad, así que esto desentonaba. Cambiar las cápsulas es fácil de solucionar. Les informé con antelación de que celebrábamos nuestro aniversario de bodas, pero lo ignoraron por completo. Ni siquiera nos enviaron flores ni una tarjeta. Eso me molestó mucho. Era algo que habría hecho la estancia realmente especial y simplemente lo pasaron por alto. A pesar de eso, lo recomiendo. La comida es buena, el servicio es excelente, la habitación es cómoda y es un lugar realmente tranquilo. Y si tienes algo que celebrar, quizás deberías insistir más de una vez para asegurarte de que lo tengan en cuenta.

The staff were the highlight of the stay — consistently polite, humble, and attentive, providing excellent service throughout. Unfortunately, the villa itself was quite run down and appeared to lack proper upkeep and maintenance, which was disappointing given my expectations. There is insufficient power plug for phone / tablet charging. The breakfast spread was decent, with a reasonable variety of options to start the day. Overall, while the service was excellent, the condition of the villa fell short of expectations. Would I return? No.

The experience of staying at Sanchaya is so fabulous, impressed me deeply. The Ratree is very comfortable and lovely. The service and support from the whole team are very nice and promptly. I really love the smile of them, very sincerely and warmly. And aslo the foods in the dining room are very delicious, I really like the Indonesian foods, high quality. The hotel has beautiful lake and many lush trees, walking in the garden is so enjoyable. I am enjoying the moment at the library, peaceful and joyful. The time to circle around the lake is unforgettable to us, the best time to circle is the late of afternoon, the sunset above the lake is shocked me. Thank you guys, looking forward to staying here again.

The stay was a very pleasant and wonderful environment. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. There were also a lot of activities to do from indoors to outdoors, beach activities and the jet ski and atv experience was the best! The food there are all delicious. Travelling was also convenient as transportation are easily accessible and provided. Will surely recommend anyone visiting Bintan to stop by Holiday Inn Resort for a fun-filled vacation.

La comida era muy decepcionante, tanto el desayuno buffet como la cena de la BBQ eran de muy poca calidad y no respondieron a mis expectativas. La habitación también fue decepcionante. Incluso cuando desconecté el aire acondicionado, continuó haciendo ruido durante la noche. Además, ninguno de los paneles de control de toque en la habitación funcionaba correctamente, lo que hizo que la estancia fuera muy incómoda. El personal era muy amable y amable, y aprecio su servicio. Sin embargo, debido a la mala calidad de los alimentos y los problemas con la habitación, esta fue una experiencia muy decepcionante en general.
