«Great location and facilities. Breakfast is very good. The building is a little dated and floors and walls thin so you hear every footstep from above but apart from that it's a great place to stay.»

«It’s an impressive building so I was having some expectations. The room it was a bit dated in the newer part. Not many amenities as you can expect from this kind of hotel. The bar area is really nice looking over a fabulous garden and so the restaurant. On that note the food was areal let down. I have ordered a Thai green curry chicken. I was soo looking forward to this but when arrived it was a total disappointment. The chicken was probably a leftover from another meal, very dry. The sauce was nothing like green curry and the rice it was microwaved. The waitresses were very lovely and apologised and the removed it from my bill. They said that they have an agency chef! So it’s a real shame !!»

«Couple with dog. For two nights we didn't have hot water. We rang reception an spoke to the duty manager - the second time...He told us it was because there was a coach load of people staying who had all taken a shower/bath at the same time on their return, and we would have to wait until it heated up again. That didn't allow for the lack of pressure - a trickle! In the end we gave up - no shower/bath. However, the duty manager assured us that the manager would find us the next morning.... this never happened, On the Saturday night the same thing happened. The excuse given by the receptionist for the manager not having found us that morning was there was a wedding and all managers were needed - they didn't start their shift until 11am. The duty manager couldn't speak to us as he was working at the wedding - Saturday night - but Leanne assured us that she had noted our complaint and that she had written up notes, and our inconvenience (now not having hot water for two nights of a three night stay) would be reflected in our invoice on checking out. This wasn't the point. The stay was supposed to be a relaxing, super special treat, not able to have a shower or a bath at night was NOT okay! She assured us that on the third night the 'tour' party and 'wedding party' would have left. So we would have hot water. Which we did. On checking out the receptionist had no idea about our complaint, and therefore couldn't help us. We are in the process of writing a compliant, and a review. The staff and hotel did not let you down - the management did! I have a video of the water pressure. On another point, the hotel is described as dog friendly. This might be the case. You can bring your dog for a fee of £25 a night, however, on check in we were told we had to eat in the bar area or outside. Luckily the weather was okay. However, we felt like second class citizens! Not only that but the bar area has no tables at which anyone could eat a meal - the tables are all low and only fit for snacks!»

«Very accommodating. Lovely rooms. Location is great as it is near Stratford upon Avon and Warwick so you can spend a day in both. Use of facilities are good. Very happy to recommend this to someone.»

«Great location, and beautiful grounds ~ parking was hard to find.  The room was clean and tidy, with a nice firm bed, the Weather was very warm, and even though there was a fan in the room the heat was stifling and so hot! The so called “air con” was useless!  The indoor swimming pool was a good size, but it was so incredibly hot in the building, it was hard to breathe!! (Open the doors to let some oxygen in!) The evening meal was good, as was the breakfast the following morning.  Quite expensive for a mediocre stay.  Lovely staff throughout.»

«Este hotel es el hotel más rentable de mi viaje a Inglaterra, ¡muy valioso! La habitación es grande, la cama y las almohadas son muy cómodas, las instalaciones son completas, el estacionamiento es gratuito y el desayuno es excelente. De hecho, debería ser una transformación de una antigua mansión, el jardín es muy grande, me recuerda a Downton Manor. El hermano pequeño de la recepción es súper gracioso y tiene una expresión rica.»

«La ubicación del hotel es muy buena en un campo de golf en las afueras, muy cerca de la autopista pero hay que conducir. La única queja es que el desayuno es realmente malo y todo lo demás es bastante bueno. »
