Hoteles con Spa en Hampshire, Reino Unido

«Booked on the recommendation of a family member , 1st room on the ground floor was small, cold and had a broken window handle leaving the room unsecured.  We said to the reception staff who asked if we wanted moved , we moved to an ”upgraded” room on the top floor which was far better, as we were staying for 3 nights we welcomed the move.  Can’t comment on the leisure pool as we didn’t use it, given that we had paid for 3 night’s accommodation I don’t see why I would have to pay to use the pool and use towels!  Bar was ok but at times you have to wait for someone to come and serve, the bar also closed at 11pm regardless if you are staying or not. No automatic room service you have to ask for the room to be cleaned and fresh towels etc.  Many other hotels in the area so don’t think we would return»

«Stayed for a night in Winchester, place is around 8 mins walk from the train station so it is very convenient. However, the roads to it is quite dark especially in the late evening or night hence may not be suitable for solo travellers. Otherwise, it is indeed a very nice hotel and I am very very pleased.»

«It was a great experience for us as a family, I have to booked 2 rooms to accommodate the family of four, everything was absolutely fantastic. Kids enjoyed the food. It was 9/10 stars for all, except that it took us so long to wait for the room that was interconnected with the other room. I was told at first that it was interconnected but then when we went in there it wasn’t. huge thanks to Ms. Nadia from the front desk who was there to help us and got everything sorted for 10 minutes. The staff were very nice, helpful and friendly 😊 we will definitely be back again.»

«The hotel do not make it clear that you have to pay for the swimming pool each time you use it. When you have children who are expecting to swim, this is simply not good enough. When booking it clearly says there are leisure facilities, including a swimming pool. It was only when checking in that we were told you had to pay £5 per person! We booked a ‘golf view’ room. When we arrived in the room there was a view of a bush, tree and bins with golf buggies in the distance come the morning, hardly a golf view in our opinion. Very disappointed children who were excited to be able to see a fairway! Breakfast was massively understaffed. The two staff members working were working very hard but with a full hotel, there should have been more staff working. It took far too long for glasses to be topped up to use for juice and the pastries ran out and were not replaced in time for us to eat. All staff members were lovely and worked hard but I feel management need to act upon previous reviews. We were told that the golf view issue was historical and an issue with Trip and how they advertise but if this was the case, why had nothing been done to address it? We were offered a drinks voucher as compensation but we refused as we had already purchased our non-alcoholic drinks for the evening. Perhaps not the best offer for a family! We asked if we could have our swim paid for instead and were told no because the leisure facilities were separate to the hotel??»

«酒店非常漂亮，距離海克利爾城堡35分鐘車程。很有歷史感。設施也很好，除了沒有空調，房間有點悶，但這是沒有辦法的事情。酒店旁邊就是廣袤的莊園，草坪、鮮花、樹木都很漂亮，早餐也非常美味。希望有機會再來»

«It was a short trip but great value for money. I wish I had longer time to explore the spa and other facilities but definitely looking forward to other visits and longer stays to have a much fuller experience»

«Stay every year for a specific work commitment. Hotel gives me what I need and in the perfect location for work. I know what I will get every time.»

«Nice hotel. Rooms were nice however there were black hairs all over the floor in the bathroom. Good location, not to far from Winchester city centre. Disappointing that a 4* hotel charges for parking through. Didn’t even think to check this as free parking is pretty standard but they wanted £10 at check in. Disappointing»

«很厲害，非常nice的酒店，南安普頓唯一一家設施齊全，地理位置優越，服務態度可以的酒店了，其他的都一般般»
