Acabamos de pasar la noche, pero todo salió a la perfección. Cheche suave y amigable; hermosa habitación con buen espacio, dos cómodos sillones y una buena vista, habitación y baño impecablemente limpios. Aparcar fue fácil. Buen restaurante con una buena selección de menú. El chef claramente respeta sus verduras. Superó las expectativas.

Visited this nice hotel in October on arrival we were met with a very polite receptionist who asked us to sit down and have a drink and then I’ll take it back to our room when the room is ready. We thought you’re very nice however on entering the restaurant bar area we were met via a very rude lady who wasn’t very pleasant to us. We didn’t start the break very nice following this. Are you upgraded our room and back in our room and we have the rest of the evening was nice Tracey in restaurant with extremely kind and helped her with our food and choice of drinks and dessert. The food was excellent. The room was clean and warm and the bed very Comfortable in the morning. We went for breakfast extremely hard for breakfast the following day we had a walk into Conway it was quite windy but you’re very pleasant came out to the hotel. Our room was clean and we had a cup of tea and sat in the bar area in the afternoon. I went for a swim in his lovely spa area which was extremely good and first class flying my swim. I went for a couple of beers in the bar area where Phil greeting me the extreme kindness and friendly. That evening we had an extremely lovely meal and drinks and I very pleasant. The fuse from the room were so beautiful as the weather was nice encountered this weekend. The following day we have breakfast signed out I went to our way to visit the rest of North Wales before heading home I could recommend this to everyone as a place to stay. Make sure you book your correct room and table for breakfast and dinner as it’s quite a popular venue for people in the area to visit.

My husband and I have been to the Waterloo a fair few times over the past few years. We love it as a base for activities in Snowdonia. That's why I organised a surprise birthday weekend for my husband there and I cannot thank the hotel staff enough. Reception staff (Lowri in particular) handled months of emails back and forth helping me arrange rooms, dinner times, pre orders and payments in advance. And when the family was waiting in the foyer to surprise my husband the staff were all extremely accommodating. The dogs all got lots of attention, the service was brilliant even for nearly 20 of us for dinner AND breakfast together the next day, and the food was delicious and very filling! Everyone said how wonderful the staff were - and there are some hard to please people in that group! There were comments on the comfort of the beds and the facilities overall too. So in our opinion if you want a clean, comfortable hotel with great staff in a beautiful location then this is the place. And thank you again to all the staff.

Recently booked the valentines package. (Which was extremely good value for money) Having stayed at this hotel many times before, I knew we would have a wonderful time. WOW - firstly since we last stayed, they have completely renovated the reception, bar and dining areas and what a stunning job! It feels so plush with all the attention to detail! Secondly, the food! My goodness, there was not a single fault to be found. I went for the Pate, fillet of beef and sticky toffee pudding and honestly it was DIVINE! The restaurant was full and I could hear all the other couples commenting on how beautiful the food was. Last but not least, the team! They really are so attentive, they want to make sure you have absolutely everything you need and nothing is ever too much trouble. In a nutshell - by far and wide the best weekend break away we have had in a long time. 100% recommended

El desayuno era realmente excelente en términos de selección y calidad de los ingredientes . El desayuno cocido fue excepcional, incluyendo una excelente cocina para ordenar panqueques. Excelente café. Los valores del hotel son niños. Ellos aman el hotel y no pueden esperar a volver. En la calle, estacionamiento gratuito. Esta es una joya absoluta de un hotel. The hotel has a lot going for it in terms of location, however for us the downsides overweight the good. We had booked two rooms for 3 nights, and one of the rooms we were put in the first night is simply not fit for giving to paying customers. Beautiful in design, however very strong smell of dampness in the bathroom and noise pollution from everywhere. You hear every fart from the room upstairs and hallway and there is no installation towards the front of the house, all night you hear people walking home from the pub and at 5 o clock in the morning the bin lorries and deliveries start. Strong smell of dampness in the hallway and downstairs you always smell kitchen. On the second day we were moved to a different room to the back of the building which was a lot more compfy and quiet, so at least we could sleep. The breakfast was ok but there was always a very long wait for the cooked breakfast and the buffet was constantly out of something, either bread or milk...always something missing. We cannot complain about the staff, however we did not find them particularly friendly or going the extra mile for us. When we checked out and walked by the waiter who served us for dinner and breakfast during our stay he would not even say goodbye, the young kid at reception did not ask how our stay was nor wished us a saved journey home after checking out. Its clear that given the location the hotel does not depend on their individual guests - as there are a lot of tourists coming to town. Overall we feel we had an ok stay, but will not be back and would not recommend to friends or family.
