El hotel estaba muy bien servido, el personal estaba muy amigable y acomodado. Tenía un snack (Fried kick wing starter) que también era muy bueno. No utilicé el spa por lo que no puedo comentar. La ubicación fue excelente a 9 minutos a pie de la estación de tren. Si volviera a Chester, me quedaría de nuevo.

Honestamente, todo lo que me ofreció fue una simple habitación para la noche que es todo lo que necesito, el hecho de que también tiene una televisión inteligente con YouTube en ella es también un enorme bono, así que gracias a todos, más la escala de equipaje también me hizo algunos favores también.

I expected a more hospitable reception, especially given the hotel’s reputation. **Room Quality:** On a positive note, the room was clean and well-appointed, featuring a lovely spacious bathroom that included a plush robe and complimentary toiletries such as shampoo and soap. I appreciated the mini bar, which had complimentary water, adding a nice touch to my stay. **Room Service:** One downside was the room service hours, which ended at 10 PM. I arrived at 8:15 PM and was informed of this limitation, which felt a bit early for a hotel of this caliber. It would have been nice to have more flexible dining options during my stay. **Dining:** The hotel itself is stunning, and the grounds are a joy to explore. I had breakfast at the brasserie restaurant, where the attentive staff made a significant difference. This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel, and our choice was primarily due to its convenient location and excellent breakfast. It is very close to the airport and very quiet at night, surrounded by farms and grassland. We love the breakfast because it is not a typical buffet. Instead, you can choose from a menu with a great variety of options, all of which taste wonderful. The restaurant's decoration is also lovely, and you will be more than satisfied with the portions. The restaurant staff are passionate, friendly, and helpful. One point to note is that the reception area often has guests around, which is just an observation and neither positive nor negative. The receptionists always do their best and are very nice and professional. However, the room design is a bit outdated.

First time taking grandson to Chester with an over night stay. First impression of Hotel including location was excellent and I have only one negative from our stay which was reported to reception on checking out. There is a big problem in the hotel with bedroom doors slamming shut noisily every time someone enters or leaves a room as they have no dampening which spoilt our evening and night in our room. The rest of the hotel was excellent with a good swimming pool and restaurant. The breakfast can only be described as superb with our grandson thoroughly enjoying it. The location including the car parking was ideal for walking round Chester City Centre with a 100 yd walk to the main streets and the Levels. Overall, I would recommend the hotel for a City Break and would easily qualify for 5 stars if they could put some dampening device / closing spring on the bedroom doors.

I took my wife here for her 60th, amazing staff receptionist charlotte was warm and knowledgable, very kind giving us a token due to birthday. The infinity pool is amazing warm clean, Shrigley would make much more money if they served drinks while in the pool, but we would still be there now. The rooms are adiquate they are clean, the shower's are amazing, Dinning for evenning meal again was excellent, the service is 11/10 and I have been in a number of Spa the meal cost were really well priced with excellent food. Breakfast in the morning self service again pleanty to choose from and again tasty with great choice. It is a amazing spa with the ability toplay gold or have a number of treatments, and well priced, I will return there

Welcoming staff, comfortable bed and spacious room, excellent leisure and spa facilities including a relaxation suite which was true to its word, plus a jacuzzi cave, like something from Alice in Wonderland, topped with the hottest steam room ive been in for years. Pool long but jot that wide for serious swimmers.

Me quedé bien con mi novia en The Tytherington. La única cosa que no nos alegraba fue la comida. Nos encantaría dar la orden en el momento oportuno, pero alguien que se sirvió después de nosotros no podía hacerlo. El personal detrás del conteo parecía inexperiente, con sólo uno o dos que sabían qué hacer, aunque ya tenían demasiado que hacer y no podían ayudar. La vista desde su jardín fue grande, sobre su campo de golf.

Was a fab stay from start to finish. Staff were very warm and welcoming , nothing was too much trouble. The bar and sitting area by reception is spacious. Rooms are roomy and very clean. Room are high quality and spa which you use with stay is Amazing. Was a lovely relaxing break and will definitely be staying again 🤗
