El hotel no está lejos del centro de la ciudad y el transporte público es muy conveniente. Se tarda 5 minutos en regresar al autobús del aeropuerto. Hay muchos restaurantes cerca y también está muy cerca a pie. La suite del hotel es grande, tiene aire acondicionado y está bien decorada. Es muy cómodo para vivir. Hay servicio de consigna de equipaje. Es muy moderno y recomendado.

Muy buena experiencia en el hotel HM Martinique de Magaluf los puntos positivos : 3 piscina + sauna y hammam se puede encontrar una tienda tan útil para comprar comida o bebida , El único punto negativo es el wifi que no funciona muy bien por mi parte . Le hammam n’était pas fonctionnel aussi pendant mon séjour . Plage à proximité.

Si buscas un alojamiento tranquilo, ¡esta es la mejor opción! Si tu idea de vacaciones es tener solo una actividad al día y descansar tranquilamente, este es un lugar excelente.

Overall, we were extremely pleased with our experience and would highly recommend this hotel to other families visiting the island. What We Loved: Convenient Location: The hotel's proximity to the airport was a significant plus, making our arrival and departure smooth and hassle-free, especially when traveling with family. Impeccable Cleanliness: We were consistently impressed with the high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel, from our room to the common areas. This attention to detail truly enhanced our stay. High-Quality Food: The quality of the ingredients used in the hotel's restaurants was evident in every meal. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious and fresh food on offer. Exceptional Staff Service: The staff members we encountered were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. Their dedication to providing excellent service made us feel very welcome and well taken care of. Areas for Improvement: Restaurant Staffing: During peak meal times, we noticed that the main restaurants seemed understaffed, which unfortunately led to queues. Addressing this issue would significantly improve the dining experience for all guests. Limited Daytime Activities: While this may have been due to our visit being in the off-season, we felt that there could have been more activities offered during the day to keep guests entertained. Spa Inclusivity: We were a little disappointed that access to the spa was not included in the main room price, nor was there an option to add it as part of our package. Offering this as an inclusion or an add-on option would be a great enhancement. Negative Aspects to Report: We genuinely did not encounter any negative aspects during our stay. Overall: Despite the minor areas for improvement mentioned above, our family was extremely satisfied with our stay at this hotel. We believe that if these points are addressed, future guests will undoubtedly have an even more exceptional experience. We would certainly consider staying here again on our next visit to Ibiza.

Facilities & Comfort: The resort offers a unique blend of tranquility and professional amenities. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with a comfortable desk space and fast, reliable Wi-Fi – essential for any working traveler. The ambiance was quiet and calming, perfect for focused work sessions between meetings or calls. Meeting & Work Spaces: Although I didn’t host formal meetings, the resort offers excellent quiet zones and informal seating areas where I could take video calls and work without distraction. The staff was also more than accommodating in helping me find suitable spots to work comfortably. Dining & Service: The buffet and à la carte dining options were impressive, offering healthy and diverse choices to keep me energized throughout the day. The staff was attentive, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile – whether it was arranging early breakfast or helping with printing documents. Wellness & Location: After long working hours, the resort’s spa, gym, and pool facilities were an absolute highlight. Being able to unwind with a swim or a sauna session made a huge difference in managing stress during the trip. The location, set between the bay and natural park, added an extra level of peace and beauty. Overall: PortBlue Pollentia isn’t just a leisure destination – it’s also an ideal base for business travelers seeking comfort, efficiency, and a touch of luxury. I wouldn’t hesitate to return for either work or leisure and highly recommend it to professionals looking for a productive yet restorative environment in Mallorca.

We had already paid £480 online through Trip.com for a double room for 3 nights. However, upon arrival, the hotel demanded an additional €400 simply because a second guest would be staying in the room. What made this even more unreasonable was that I checked the exact same room type on multiple other dates, and the price was identical whether selecting 1 adult or 2 adults. The listing itself also clearly indicated that the room rate included accommodation for 2 adults. Despite this, the hotel still charged an extra €400 at check-in. This additional amount only included breakfast and city tax for the second guest — there was absolutely no room upgrade, no extra bed, and no additional service provided. In fact, the amount charged was so excessive that it was close to the price of booking an entirely separate room. At check-in, the hotel stated that if we refused to pay, the second guest would not be allowed to stay. We tried multiple times to communicate with the hotel in a polite and constructive way, but there was no flexibility or reasonable attempt to resolve the issue. I completely understand paying reasonable extra charges for breakfast or local taxes, but the way this situation was handled felt extremely unfair and poorly communicated in advance. Trip.com customer service was actually very helpful throughout the process and even provided compensation themselves, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the hotel remained unwilling to address the situation fairly. The property itself may be nice, but this experience left us feeling disappointed, uncomfortable, and taken advantage of. Transparency and fairness in pricing are essential, especially for international travelers.

Cama comodísima y almohadas de 10. Vistas espectaculares al mar, pero no está a 500m del centro, más bien al doble y además hay 121 escaleras. El desayuno son 15€ en el hotel. El jacuzzi pequeñito y compartido. El personal muy amable excepto las recepcionistas de mañana.

En general, el personal es muy amable, salvo algunas excepciones. La habitación estaba limpia. Había algunos pelos negros largos por todas partes que no eran míos, pero es normal. Nada del otro mundo. El buffet del todo incluido ofrece comida típica de cafetería, nada del otro mundo, pero te llenarás bastante si no tienes grandes expectativas. Por desgracia, los tenedores siempre estaban fuera y no se podían reponer en 15 minutos. Siempre tenía que comer con una cuchara grande. Aperitivos, helados y bebidas en el bar todo el día. ¡Solo dos peticiones por la noche en el único bar de bebidas es demasiado poco para un hotel con todo incluido! ¡Hacer cola durante 20 minutos para una bebida es irrazonable! El mobiliario de la habitación es muy básico. La caja fuerte tiene un coste adicional. La cama chirría con cada movimiento. En la piscina, la mitad de las tumbonas están reservadas con toallas durante horas porque el sol no sale hasta la 1 p. m. y nadie quiere tumbarse a la sombra por la mañana. Sin embargo, por la tarde suele haber mucha gente. En general, en mi opinión, es un hotel con aire acondicionado normal, con precios superiores a la media en temporada alta.

Las instalaciones son muy buenas y nuevas. La piscina de la azotea es muy bonita. La ubicación es un poco remota, el estacionamiento es caro y el diseño de los pisos es un poco extraño... A menudo me pierdo. Cada ascensor lleva a un piso diferente. Tardo mucho en llegar desde la recepción hasta mi habitación... La actitud del servicio de recepción es muy normal, un poco impaciente, no está a la altura de un hotel de cuatro estrellas...
