Hotel sehr toll. Restaurant sehr gut, Essen sowie Personal, Michelin auf jeden Fall verdient. SPA Bereich gut. Zimmer war leider nicht so sauber, Flecken auf dem Boden und am Bett, Aufhängemöglichkeit war lose an der Wand und schräg, unter dem Badezimmerspülbecken dreckig - bei Abreise gemeldet und sie sind uns preislich entgegengekommen,super. Waren Dankbar für Meldung. Zimmerinventar sehr schön. Bett bequem, Decken und Kissen gut. Frühstücksraum tiptop, angenehme Auswahl an Essen und Getränken. Personal sehr freundlich! Kleines Manko des 5 Sterne Hotels: ich hätte Brenesseltee gebraucht, bei Nachfrage an Rezeption wollte sich niemand darum kümmern oder die Besorgung anbieten. Mir wurden Einkaufsmöglichkeiten empfohlen zum selbst besorgen. Kundenwünsche könnten an der Rezeption verbessert werden.

The highlight of our stay at Bad Hotel Überlingen was definitely the spa area. It felt very new, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The sauna resting area, in particular, stood out—it connects directly to a garden, and from there you have a beautiful view over Lake Constance. Stepping outside for fresh air between sauna sessions, with that view in front of you, was genuinely relaxing. The gym, on the other hand, felt a bit disappointing. It’s quite small, and strangely, there were no weights available. It seemed like all the equipment was locked away in a physio or personal training room, which made the space feel incomplete for anyone wanting a proper workout. Breakfast was a much more positive experience. The selection was excellent, easily better than what I’ve come across in most German hotels. Everything was well presented, and the refilling was always timely, so nothing ever felt empty or neglected. That said, the service was a little inconsistent. One staff member—a dark hair runner in the restaurant—handled a small issue with a pepper grinder poorly, initially dismissing the concern instead of checking it. Thankfully, another server stepped in quickly and resolved the situation before it escalated further. Parking is available either at the hotel or at the car park across the street, both at €17 per day, which is straightforward but something to factor in. What really ties everything together is the location. The surroundings are beautiful—the lakefront promenade is just there, perfect for a walk, and there’s a nearby park with a charming tower that adds to the scenery. The Bodensee-Therme Überlingen is also just around the corner, making it easy to extend that spa-like feeling beyond the hotel itself. In the end, Bad Hotel Überlingen is a place where the setting and spa experience really shine, even if a few details—like the gym setup and some service moments—don’t quite match the overall potential. This is one of the very few hotel I would love to stay over again.

Hoteles muy perfectos, amplio y luminoso, el diseño es muy fuerte, dos habitaciones en el exterior, camas de aluminio exteriores también son muy cómodas y de buena calidad. Fuera de la ventana hay un paisaje de calle, el sonido del edificio de la iglesia se pone a la ventana, y el aceite respiratorio del corazón se purifica...Es el estilo de la habitación ～ que me gusta mucho a los niños y a los niños, y el alcohol es muy rico y está incluido en el costo. La tarifa de servicio puede ser encargada de tarjetas, dinero en efectivo y muy flexible. La cabeza del baño está roto, el servicio de los clientes del teléfono, abre la puerta, el chico de la recepción ha venido a reparar, no se dice que quite su ropa, la reparación de la casa de baño, esta persona no está limitada a su uso en casa, los niños dicen que puede ser porque esperan a que el reparador llegue, no sé que el año de la renovación es ～～～

Hotel Pros- Funky en una ubicación central. Puede caminar al centro de la ciudad. Muy cerca de U6 tranvía que va directamente al aeropuerto. Estaba en la habitación 520 por noches. La habitación era espaciosa con luces brillantes. La cama era grande y cómoda. El personal es joven y enérgico. Cons - desayuno no hay variedad. Envíe un mensaje al personal por tablet/ipad proporcionado en la habitación pero no hay respuesta. El refrigerador no funcionaba.

The location of the hotel was perfect as it links to the train station (google map directions failed). Breakfast spread was very good and scenic as the restaurant was located at 15th storey. 👍

El hotel tiene zoológico y estación de tren, la ubicación es muy conveniente. Tiene hoteles muy antiguos, las habitaciones tienen calor y el invierno es muy cómodo. Porque el manto es más alto, la habitación también parece amplia. Comparado con muchos hoteles europeos, la superficie de la habitación es grande. El hotel tiene un estacionamiento, 18 euros por noche, más conveniente para autoconducir.

While the hotel was generally clean and comfortable, several aspects of the stay were disappointing—especially considering the nightly room rate. One major issue was the €22 per day charge for parking. Many comparable hotels offer complimentary parking as a standard courtesy, so this felt unnecessary. Another inconvenience was the lack of daily replenishment of bottled water in the room. This is a small but basic amenity that many hotels provide, and its absence was noticeable. Additionally, the room itself felt quite old and in need of some updates. It didn’t quite match the standard expected for the price. On a positive note, the hotel is conveniently located near a Rewe supermarket, just about 2 to 3 minutes away, making it easy to grab any essentials. Overall, these added costs, the room's condition, and the overlooked details made the stay feel less guest-friendly and not quite worth the price.

Hotel is nice, good location and staff friendly and helpful. However that's when you see the staff whichis usuallyin themorning. I checked in online as requested, was informed that I will get a code for door and room. I thought it is to make thecheck in process more efficient. I came in the afternoon and couldn't get inside the building, which need the code to get in. Finally some other guests came and I got in the building, and the hotel doesn't have reception to check you in. There is only a German phone number, which I don't want to call as it is an international call for me. There is email which I could send, but nobody answered. I don't know what to do to check in. Finally I found the code in email from hotel in my spam folder and managed to find my room. It's not clear that without the code nothing you can do. I think as a hotel some human intervention maybe needed

Grand hotel, grande location. Se le pidió que se le diera una taza de té y se le dijo que no tenían ningún problema menor). Le dije a la recepción que estabamos saliendo a mediodía. Volví a la habitación en 10.30 para encontrar nuestra puerta de dormitorio abierta con todas nuestras posesiones dentro, mi maleta y mi pasaporte sentados en La parte y el limpiador en el baño. No aceptable. Todos podrían haber tomado mi maleta y pasaporte o nuestras bolsas y otras posesiones personales. La habitación es muy agradable, pero no es muy agradable. También - la confirmación de la reserva indica que teníamos una habitación doble con 2 camas dobles pequeñas. Cuando llegamos a la habitación, eran solteros que se tocan. Cuando lo preguntaba en la recepción dijeron que no tenían dobles pequeños. Así que pregunté por qué publicitaban pequeños dobles y no tenían idea.

酒店環境很不錯，房間安靜，酒店周圍配套設施也蠻好，超市在旁邊，吃飯的地方選擇也多，火車站，飯店都不遠。附近有個小廣場，偶爾能遇到本地人擺攤的集市。是個安靜美麗的小鎮。
