«This was my second stay at a Banyan Tree property, and once again, it turned out to be a truly memorable and pleasant experience. Frank, our personal concierge, was exceptionally responsive and attentive throughout our stay. He was always quick to assist with our requests and even replied to messages after regular working hours. There was a minor housekeeping incident during our stay, but Frank handled the service recovery professionally and resolved the matter promptly. The thoughtful gesture of providing gifts and a cake was greatly appreciated, and my child absolutely loved the surprise. From start to finish, we felt genuinely well taken care of. Frank’s service was highly commendable, and he is definitely a valuable asset to the Banyan Tree Group. Our dinner experience at Baiyun was also superb. The ambience was wonderful, and the food was excellent. We also enjoyed the complimentary photoshoot session, which became one of the most memorable highlights of our trip. Our photographer was incredibly professional and patient, guiding us throughout the session and capturing many beautiful photos. In the end, I decided to purchase a photo package because the photos turned out so well and were truly worth it. The staff there were also warm, friendly, efficient, and highly responsive. There are, however, a few areas that could be improved: 1. The menu and operating schedule for Mingyue were somewhat confusing. We had planned to have dinner there one evening, only to realize that Chinese cuisine was not served on certain days and during certain hours, which required us to make alternative arrangements. 2. The soundproofing in the room could be improved, as we were able to hear our neighboring guests quite clearly even when they were speaking at normal volume. 3. The water temperature in the shower was inconsistent. Although we adjusted it to a comfortable level, the temperature would occasionally drop suddenly and become very cold. 4. Staff could perhaps be slightly more observant and proactive. On our first day, it was raining when we arrived at the room via buggy. There was no sheltered area where we alighted, so we had to stand briefly in the rain while moving our luggage. 5. The fruit platter in the room could be fresher. The apples and oranges did not seem as fresh compared to what we experienced at other hotels in Dali and Kunming. 6. Breakfast options could be expanded further. I was also hoping to find more fresh and exotic detox juices, especially ones prepared on the spot. (Similar to Bintan Banyan Tree) Despite these minor issues, our overall stay was still excellent. The scenery and views within the resort were absolutely stunning, and we especially enjoyed being able to feed the ducks and fishes. It created a very relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere for the family. Mingyue 的菜单及营业安排稍微有些混乱。我们原本计划某晚在那里用餐，后来才发现中餐只在特定日期和时段供应，导致我们需要临时另作安排。 2. 房间的隔音效果可以再加强一些，因为即使隔壁房客只是正常音量交谈，我们也能听得相当清楚。 3. 淋浴的水温不太稳定。虽然我们已经调到舒适温度，但水温偶尔还是会突然下降，变得非常冷。 4. 员工或许可以更主动及细心一些。我们第一天抵达房间时正好下雨，而下车的位置并没有遮雨处，因此我们在搬运行李时需要短暂淋雨。 5. 房内水果盘的新鲜度可以再提升。苹果和橙子的状态，相较于我们之前在大理及昆明入住的其他酒店，感觉没有那么新鲜。 6. 早餐选择方面可以再更加丰富一些。我也特别期待能有更多现做的新鲜排毒果汁或特色果汁。（类似Banyan Tree Bintan的安排） 尽管存在这些小问题，但整体入住体验依然非常优秀。度假村内的景色和环境真的非常漂亮，我们尤其喜欢可以喂鸭子和鱼儿的体验，让整个氛围变得格外轻松惬意，也非常适合家庭度假。未来有机会的话，我们一定还会想再次回来入住。»

«I must say that the service was really good. The staff is fast to reply even though it is now peak period here. Come early for breakfast if u are here during this time because there was practically nothing much left this morning. It was fine on the first day. I stayed two days. I think what attracted me to this hotel were the workshops and other activities they offer. It is also near shuhe ancient town which has a more rustic charm as compared to the other ancient towns. They are also a 7 min drive away from Muyu and Lan restaurant, some of their popular trending restaurants here. Overall the environment is very chill and has lots of green. You can call for a buggy to bring u to the main entrance or back to your room. The rooms are villa style which is refreshing after the minsu(s) I stayed in. Cleanliness wise esp the floor could be better, I gave the feedback and they immediately got housekeeper to clean up for me. A good value stay when you get the voucher on the app. I will come back again. Ps. There are 3 resorts in the same area which can be confusing. But just get the»

«在雲南六個晚上，住到的最滿意的民宿 環境：我們住的房型是家庭房，乾淨衞生明亮,房間大,衞生間寬敞。三個人住起來挺舒服的。公共空間有室外温泉池，還有個娛樂房，裏面可以打麻將桌球乒乓球，吃飯和觀景的座位也很多，可以很舒服的看着風景發發呆 服務：民宿的老闆和工作人員們有求必應，第一天來接送我們，中途出去玩回來不方便也會親自開車來接我們。到了晚上我們想打麻將三缺一，還加入了我們哈哈哈。帶着母親來， 她也很滿意 位置交通：在數數圖書館對面，距離古鎮門口300米左右，比較接近各大景點，出行的時候民宿老闆還借了電動車給我們，讓我們逛完了整個古鎮 總結，體驗感很好的一家民宿，假如下次還來騰沖，會選擇回住的一家！»

«El hotel está situado en el centro del casco antiguo de Dali, a poca distancia a pie de todos los lugares de interés turístico, dentro de las zonas peatonales. La desventaja es que no se permite el acceso de vehículos dentro de la ciudad amurallada de 8:00 a 20:00, por lo que los visitantes deben caminar una corta distancia (unos 10 minutos) desde el punto de recogida más cercano. El hotel ofrece servicio de recogida en triciclo si se solicita con antelación durante la reserva y también al realizar el check-out. Las habitaciones son bastante amplias, limpias y cómodas. Nos dieron una con buenas vistas a las montañas. El restaurante sirve deliciosa comida local, pero el precio es bastante elevado. Hay muchos restaurantes justo al lado del hotel.»

«Éramos un grupo de ocho personas y, después de 12 días viajando por Yunnan, el hotel Chengji (Aeropuerto Changshui de Kunming) fue, sin duda, el que más nos gustó. El servicio fue excepcional; desde que entramos, la recepcionista nos recibió con una sonrisa, haciéndonos sentir como en casa. Las habitaciones estaban impecablemente limpias y contaban con servicios inteligentes. Todas las zapatillas y toallas estaban desinfectadas y selladas, y la ropa de cama estaba más limpia que la de nuestra propia casa. También ofrecían transporte gratuito y un desayuno variado, nutritivo y delicioso. Recordar la actitud fría del personal en otros hoteles durante los días anteriores hizo que esta experiencia fuera un contraste enorme. «Este es el B&B más rentable en el que me he alojado. Las camas y la ropa de cama de la habitación del B&B son limpias e higiénicas. El baño está separado de las áreas húmedas y secas. Hay suministros desechables disponibles. El calentador tiene agua caliente las 24 horas del día. ¿El repelente de mosquitos está encendido por la noche? Puede dormir bien a pesar de que los mosquitos lo molesten. El secador de pelo también lo es. muy bien. La distribución de las habitaciones es cálida y sencilla. El B&B también está muy cerca del casco antiguo de Lijiang. Solo se necesitan 10 minutos para caminar. El dueño del B&B es joven y atento.
