This was an excellent hotel with superb services. The staff, in particular was very helpful in arranging drives to various interesting sites. The lady called Sophia spoke excellent English which made life easy for foreigners. The only thing I would recommend is that they make an effort to clean the carpets more thoroughly.

En primer lugar, esto es claramente un golpe de “Hampton by Hilton” - marcando el mismo, el diseño de la habitación el mismo, y para ser justo ellos’han hecho un trabajo decente de ella. La ubicación es buena, aunque no hay muchos restaurantes o vistas locales a pie, necesitas un taxi. Cuando intenté usar el teléfono en la habitación para llamar a la mesa delantera y/o el mantenimiento de la casa, la línea se desconectó automáticamente. La temperatura en la habitación apenas bajó a 27/28 grados toda la noche. Los controles “inteligentes” significaron que todas las luces en el baño se abrieron tan pronto como se mudó, lo que no es lo que quieres en medio de la noche. Del mismo modo, el panel de control estaba brillando constantemente, justo al lado de la cama, lo que era muy molesto si eso afecta a su sueño (es mío). La mejor de todas fue la televisión que no se desactivaría, y era increíblemente brillante, justo delante de la cama. Si quieres una habitación oscura, con una temperatura cómoda, no es el lugar para ti... Es una vergüenza, porque el hotel tiene potencial, pero como es, no puedo recomendarlo teniendo en cuenta estos temas bastante fundamentales.

Good experience. 5 mins on taxi from the airport. Metro station is very close (10 min walk). Rooms are clean and equipped with all necessaties. Staff is friendly and welcoming.

這次的入住體驗非常滿意！酒店服務態度非常好誒！酒店的員工都很有親和力，大堂還在38樓，來到前台，小婉辦的入住，説這是酒店的特色，空中大堂，確實很美！還貼心的給我介紹了酒店的各項設施和服務！讓初來乍到的我，心裏暖暖的，酒店的位置也很方便，下了高速，就是這家酒店。房間設施非常齊全，東西都很新，佈局合理，床很舒適，不得不誇一下，窗簾的遮陽效果極強。房間隔音不錯，衞生間乾濕分離，點贊！26樓還有一體式的洗衣機，連帶烘乾機，很棒，還有健身房，很適合我們這種出差在外的人，早餐還不錯，有新疆特色美食烤包子，中西結合。期間還需要開發票，聯繫小婉，小婉及時把發票開給我了，服務好，反正強烈推薦給大家，這還是我下次出差的不二選擇！

If you’re looking for a hotel in a central area of Kashgar, this is it. It’s less than 1 block from one of the entrances to Ancient City. Seriously, just turn a corner and you’re there, next to some amazing Uyghur restaurants. The room is pretty standard and includes everything you need. Breakfast was pretty lackluster — I went at 9am and all of the dishes were cold. Even the fried rice. Didn’t bother going for the rest of my stay since inexpensive local food is everywhere. The hotel also offers free laundry machines (washer AND dryer) with free detergent. That was super useful since I was on a long solo backpacking trip. Overall, great hotel for the price. Skip the breakfast and walk a few meters around the area and get some authentic Uyghur food instead.

We had a long layover in Urumqi so decided to stay the night here. It was very nice. They provided shuttle service to and from the airport which is very nearby. It is easy to get into town as it is also not very far away. We enjoyed the gift of free dried fruit as well. The room was clean and the staff was courteous and helpful.

It is located at a 20 min walk from the train station on the 23rd floor. A chinese ID is needed to enter the building, just ask the security guard to let you in, he immediately understood where I was going and pointed me the floor number on a paper. Stayed in a 8 person dorm, amenities are good. The english at the reception varies from basic to no english at all depending on the person but nothing a translator cannot resolve. A few others travelers were staying here too during my stay. If you are a foreigner staying in Ürümqi this the hotel I would recommend.

We had a long layover in Urumqi so decided to stay the night here. It was very nice. They provided shuttle service to and from the airport which is very nearby. It is easy to get into town as it is also not very far away. We enjoyed the gift of free dried fruit as well. The room was clean and the staff was courteous and helpful.

This room was so comfy, even though it was a little small but I was travelling solo. At times I just wanted to stay in the hotel and watch TV, wspecially with the variety of movies available. It was really close to the metro station, really close to grand bazaar and the staff were really sweet and helpful. The cleaning could have been better but nothing of major concern. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Hotel is modern, extremely clean, well equipped and fantastic service. Free shuttle to and from 将军山 is super useful as taxis and cars are very limited during ski peak hours. Breakfast buffet spread has wide variety of delicious Chinese food. Super comfortable and would highly recommend it.

Altey, como nuestra estación de tránsito central, porque ha vivido miles de hoteles comunes en la madera, así que no había esperanzas antes de quedarse aquí. Cuando entre, vine, pero cuando entré, no podía soportar tomar el teléfono móvil y pensar en elogiarlo! ¡Muy limpio!!!! Las instalaciones de acceso también son muy buenas. El agua es especialmente caliente. Por qué decir agua caliente, porque me lavé dos días con agua fría en la bodega. ¡Los hermanos de la señorita y hermana de la recepción también son muy entusiastas! No soy una guardia, ¡vive!

The place is fantastic for families or friends. It’s on the higher price point compared to hotels in the old village but it’s nearer to the ski resort. Plus, there are free shuttles to the resort so say ByeBye having to pay one way 60CNY transport to the mountains. Lastly, we got a free upgrade to a double toilet room which was rather pleasant. Though the network & wifi in the basement is almost non existent

The hotel location was great, with easy access to the ski slopes, interesting restaurants and all kinds of shopping. It was difficult to manage the over heating in the room, particularly the bathroom (bidet was a nice touch), but leaving the windows open at -20 brought the room temp down to a comfortable +22. Disappointed that the cafe/bar wasn't open, but laundry and gym were clean and modern. Rooms were 'cleaned' each day however clean cups and regular stock would have been appreciated. Water was provided. Front desk and other hotel staff very helpful and friendly.

A special shout-out to the gentleman who welcomed us; he kindly carried my luggage to the room, and I sincerely appreciate the warm reception and attention, especially in the chilly weather. This accommodation boasts the best location, right next to the famous Hemu Bridge and the closest point to access the viewing platform for stunning dawn or sunrise photography. There are numerous restaurants nearby, and we enjoyed complimentary welcome coffees and mini ice creams. The soothing sound of the Hemu riverside flowing nearby added to the overall experience.

Super and efficient service, especially the young lady in the front office called小轩. She had been helping us long before we checked in, tell us the weather and the colors of the leaves, which one of the reasons to go there. All in all excellent services.

It is directly just opposite the ancient city of Kashgar. Very convenient to get cabs to other points of interest and back to airport. It is an oasis of calm when you are inside with one of the better buffet breakfast spread and elegant dining room to be enjoyed compared to a lot of other China hotels we went to. The ancient city can get very commercialized with a whole row of loud night entertainment joints facing the hotels opposite but non the less for us with inner room facing, it was not noticeable at all. The Kashgar TV Tower is just a short walking distance down the road which is a must see for its observation deck for a bird’s eye view of the city. At night with the lights on ( the ancient city and tower) it is just magical! Furthermore if you buy a certain amount in it’s gift shop you can get a free ticket to go up. Will definitely book this hotel again if coming back.

免費接機: 飛了2500公里到了喀什古城出差旅遊， 淡季這邊酒店價格很哇塞，還有接送機服務，點贊！雖然從機場來酒店也就10公里，打車估計也沒多少，但這個服務真棒，大晚上才到的 顏值: 到了酒店後，酒店前台的新疆小姐姐，那顏值對於內地來説那就是驚艷呀，所以我就厚顏**的找小姐合影了，比心🫰🏻我在想這小姐姐要是再穿新疆當地的民族服裝，再能唱帶跳🉐 哈哈，我是不是想多了都 言歸正傳: 服務:這個酒店的服務真的沒話説，我也是做管理的，酒店的管理者用心了，前台的米日、蘇比（就是合影的）小姐姐，還有帥哥小楊經理，非常有耐心的解釋喀什古城周邊的遊玩打卡點，喀什古城城門東門口打卡，千門萬窗，彩虹巷，布袋巷，地毯街爺爺的爺爺的爸爸的囊，行吧這些**小紅書能找到的 吃的:手抓飯，薄皮包子，架子肉，烤鴿子串，恰瑪古鴿子拉麪（一開始吃是香的，後面還是抖吃中餐，不然會有點膩歪） 説一下注意不到的細節把！！！ 提醒我們喀什這邊特別幹，要多喝水，不然真的是鼻孔有血絲出來了都，所以給我們升級了他們酒店新打造的森林氧吧房，因為去塔縣那邊都是高原，説這個氧吧房裡麪的氧吧蛋就是提升房間的氧含量，同時房間裏還有加濕器，真的是提前為我們旅遊的做好了保駕護航呀！！！此處一萬個贊👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 酒店小姐姐在辦理入住時跟我們的溝通中知道我們來玩幾天，給我們推薦了旅遊打卡點，這個時間去達瓦昆沙漠玩門票**35一人，進去花220一人坐沙漠追風車，太好玩了，不用排隊不用等，開沙漠車太刺激了，然後從沙漠高處滑下來，對於我們這種沒有見過沙漠的完美，還有拍照打卡不虛此行 然後來喀什必去的塔縣路線（去塔縣需要辦邊境證 在喀什川渝大酒店警務站）還要備着氧氣罐正常20一罐，克州冰川公園打卡就行不用逗留太多，然後就是白沙湖（**上很火的，有騎氂牛拍照白沙湖50兩人，30一人），木吉火山（無人機能拍全景），然後就是雄壯的帕米爾高原了，慕士塔格冰川公園（關閉了下雪 可惜）盤龍古道也關閉了 下雪，班迪爾藍湖 最後的最後，酒店好像是知道內地來的客人多，所以早餐是正常的內地中餐早餐，很哇塞 最後給酒店的管理層領導點個贊，想我們旅遊所想，如果能把攻略做成電子檔，走起是辦理邊防證啊，多喝水，背氧氣這些細節都加上 最後祝願酒店生意興隆，好酒店就要一直紅紅火火下去

這次來喀什，是帶家人出來旅遊的，在網上看到了這個酒店，看了看評分以及評論內容，毅然決然的選擇了美豪麗致。實惠且驚喜。實惠的是價格方面：不到300的價格體驗到了七八百的酒店，房間乾淨衞生整潔，還有個小冰箱，裏面有飲料，咖啡包，茶包等。房間的洗漱用品用的還是八件套的，從洗髮水到洗面奶都有，對出門在外住酒店的人士來説真的很棒啊，而且大堂還有免費的水果無限吃。驚喜的是：服務很好，從進門時的保安大叔到大堂的公衞阿姨都會微笑打招呼，讓我最具有印象的是客服管家小李，她服務專業且貼心，在住當天晚上我需要洗衣服，但是呢，我當時拿下去想洗的時候，恰巧有別的客人在洗，因為是自助的，我想總不能在洗衣房等別人洗好吧，況且已經很晚了，我又犯困了，我就把衣服放在那兒排隊等候，回到房間想了想第二天我需要這幾件送洗的衣服，當我正在苦惱之際，突然想起加有客服管家小李的微信，我想都沒想就給她發訊息，大半夜的也沒有考慮到她是否已經入睡了，但是她很快就回復我了，令我驚喜的是她不僅能及時回覆我訊息，還能很及時的幫我把衣服放進洗衣機洗並且烘乾了，而且第二天她能準時地給我把衣服送上房間，真的非常感謝她，不然我都沒衣服穿了。在我們入住的時候，她主動的幫我把行李送上房間，我提出的要求她都能幫滿足，知道我帶有小朋友，她還給我送來了一套小朋友的洗漱用品和小童拖鞋，很熱情的小姑娘，晚上還送了當地水果和晚安牛奶，在住這幾天期間，需要她幫忙的地方她都能及時的幫我解決了，我真切的感受到她很用心的在做服務，離店當天，她在休息都能及時的回訪我的入住體驗，難道這不就是極致的服務？因為小李，我會再次選擇美豪麗致，美豪也因小李的服務在我心裏更加加分了。以後去到其他城市也會認準美豪麗致這個品牌啦~~

The hotel is located about 1km from town centre. There is nothing close by, but we managed to walk to town centre for dinner. Hotel was very modern and clean. However, there was no aircon.

El hotel no es bueno, el diseño es más cómodo, o bien es muy ajustado. El hombre de la recepción es un hombre atractivo, la mujer es hermosa y la actitud es modesta. La deficiencia es que hay ruido en la habitación, que debería ser el ventilador del sótano que ha estado trabajando, especialmente por la noche. La ubicación es buena, se acerca a la antigua ciudad, el transporte es conveniente, en general es excelente, volverá a permanecer la próxima vez.

Excellent location close to Kashgar ancient city and amenities.room is huge and clean every day.we loved the welcome dance hosted by hotel everyday.it is so enjoyable to watch the pretty xin Xiang girls dance we stay here for 5 days.highly recommended to all who planned to visit Kashgar.it valued for money not so expensive.
